The chassis 1 mainly comprises a box body 101, a left side plate 102, a right side plate 103, a lower cover plate 104, a mounting bracket 105, a rubber foot pad 106, a handle 107, a conductive rubber strip 108, a latch hook 109, a guide nail 110 and a nameplate 111, and comprises a motherboard 302 and a circuit module 301 which are mounted inside.

As shown in fig. 4, a groove for attaching a nameplate 111 is designed on the back surface (back plate) of the box 101, and can indicate information such as a product name, a product model, a product number, and the like. As shown in FIG. 8, two threaded holes are left at the front end of the right side plate 103 for mounting the handle 107. Two threaded holes are reserved at the rear end for installing the guide nail 110, and a groove structure is further designed on the side wall and two threaded holes are reserved for installing the lock hook 109.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the handle 107 has a trapezoidal cross section and the root section is larger than the top section, i.e. the design of the variable cross section is adopted, which not only facilitates the operation, but also ensures the sufficient strength of the handle.
As a priority scheme, the outer surfaces of the box 101, the left side plate 102, the right side plate 103 and the lower cover plate 104 are all designed with long rectangular heat dissipation fins 113 with a cross section of 2mm × 2mm, so that the surface area is increased, heat dissipation is facilitated, the appearance is attractive and elegant, and different sizes and patterns can be designed according to needs.
As shown in fig. 10, the top of the mounting bracket 105 is provided with three threaded holes, which can be fixed on the cross beam inside the box 101 by using countersunk screws, and the bottom is provided with three threaded holes, which can be fixed on the lower cover plate 104 by using screws. The mounting brackets 105 are four in number and are symmetrically mounted on two sides of a cross beam inside the box body 101. The mounting bracket 105 has three rails 114 for fixedly mounting the circuit module 301, and the number of the rails and the distance between the rails 114 can be adjusted according to the size of the circuit module. A plurality of rectangular through holes are formed between the guide rails 114, so that the weight of the mounting bracket 105 can be effectively reduced, and the total weight of the chassis is further reduced.
As shown in fig. 9, the battery pack 2 is mainly composed of a battery case 201 and a lock 202. The battery pack 2 is fixed in position by the guide pins 110 and locked by the locking catches 202 in cooperation with the locking hooks 109 on the left and right side plates.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, the circuit module 301 is mounted and fixed in the manner shown in fig. 2. Specifically, the motherboard 302 may be vertically fixed at a middle position of the case 101 by the cross member 112, and arranged perpendicular to the front panel of the case 101. The circuit module 301 is fixed in position by the guide rails 114 on the mounting bracket 105 and is connected to the motherboard 302 on the front surface of the case 101 by wires, and the rear side can be fastened by the left side plate 102 (right side plate 103). The circuit module 301 is closely connected with the left side plate 102 and the right side plate 103, and is also beneficial to heat conduction and diffusion.
The mounting holes on the front surface of the case 1 (i.e., the front panel of the case 101) are divided into connector mounting holes, indicator light mounting holes, and power switch mounting holes, and the connector mounting holes are used for mounting various connectors 304, in this embodiment, the connectors 304 include: two optical signal interfaces (J599/24YC08C1C-M), two gigabit network interfaces (YW123F01BL), two high and low frequency signal hybrid interfaces (J599/24WC60PN) and two radio frequency signal interfaces (SMA-KHD 8). The pilot lamp mounting hole is used for mounting the signal pilot lamp 306. The power switch mounting hole is used for mounting the power switch 305. The connector 304, the power switch 305 and the signal indicator 306 are all connected to the motherboard 302 by cables to connect with the circuit module 301.
