According to the display screen, the box body is simple in connection structure and stable in connection, and the use reliability of the product is improved; in addition, the arc-shaped connecting plate ensures that the display screen has a proper arc angle.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an arc-shaped spliced LED box provided by an embodiment of the first aspect of the present application includes: a plurality of cases 10 and a plurality of arc-shaped connection plates 20.

As shown in fig. 3, in an embodiment of the present application, the LED box further includes: a connecting member 30.
One end of the connecting member 30 is fixedly connected to the case 10 through the connecting hole 24 of the arc-shaped connecting plate 20, and the other end thereof interferes with the arc-shaped connecting plate 20.
In this embodiment, one end of the connection member 30 is connected to the tank 10 through the arc-shaped connection plate 20, and the other end thereof interferes with the arc-shaped connection plate 20 to complete the fixed connection of the arc-shaped connection plate 20 to the tank 10. In an alternative embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 3, the connection member 30 is a screw. The screw connection mode has simple connection structure, convenient assembly and disassembly and is beneficial to maintenance; in addition, the screw connection is reliable, so that the connection reliability between the parts is ensured, and the market competitiveness of the product is increased.
In another embodiment of this application, the arc connecting plate and box joint are provided with the joint piece on, be provided with the joint groove on the box, and the joint piece inserts in the joint inslot to make arc connecting plate and box fixed connection. As shown in fig. 4, in one embodiment of the present application, the arc-shaped connecting plate 20 is provided with a processing groove 23, and the processing groove 23 is located at the junction of the first surface 21 and the second surface 22. Arc connecting plate 20 generally adopts digit control machine tool machine-shaping, because first face 21 and second face 22 have certain contained angle, and first face 21 intersects with second face 22, can cause the influence to the processing of another face when processing arbitrary one of them face, and the digit control machine tool has higher machining precision, and production efficiency is low. And the processing groove 23 is arranged, and a processing space is formed at the junction of the first surface 21 and the second surface 22, so that the influence caused by the processing between the first surface 21 and the second surface 22 can be reduced, the production efficiency of the arc-shaped connecting plate 20 can be improved, and the production and manufacturing cost of products can be reduced.
As shown in fig. 4-6, in one embodiment of the present application, the mating surfaces include a first surface 21 and a second surface 22.

As shown in fig. 3, 7 and 8, in one embodiment of the present application, the LED box further includes: and a positioning pin 40.
One end of the positioning pin 40 is provided with a stopper portion 41, and the positioning pin 40 has a through hole 42 penetrating therethrough.
The case 10 is provided with a positioning groove, the other end of the positioning pin 40 passes through the connecting hole 24 and is inserted into the positioning groove, and the limiting part 41 interferes with the arc-shaped connecting plate 20. One end of the connecting member 30 is fixedly coupled to the case 10 through the through hole 42.
In the assembling process, the connecting hole 24 on the arc-shaped connecting plate is aligned with the positioning groove on the box body 10, one end of the connecting piece 30 passes through the connecting hole 24 to be connected with the box body 10, and the other end of the connecting piece interferes with the arc-shaped connecting plate 20, so that the fixed connection between the arc-shaped connecting plate 20 and the box body 10 is completed. The setting of locating pin 40 aligns the connection structure of the connecting hole 24 of the arc-shaped connecting piece and the box body 10, and the worker puts the connecting piece 30 into the locating pin 40 and fixedly connects the connecting piece 30 with the box body 10, so that the process that the worker aligns the connecting piece 30 with the arc-shaped connecting piece and the box body 10 is omitted, on one hand, the assembly efficiency of the product is improved, the production efficiency of the product can be improved, and the production and manufacturing cost of the product can be reduced. On the other hand, the positioning accuracy of the box body 10 and the arc-shaped connecting plate 20 is ensured, and the arc-shaped angle for splicing the adjacent box bodies 10 can be ensured.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, in one embodiment of the present application, the outer surface of the positioning pin 40 is provided with a step 43, and the step 43 is located in the connecting hole 24 and abuts against the case 10. The connecting hole 24 is a stepped hole, and the stopper 41 abuts against a stepped surface of the stepped hole.
In this embodiment, the step 43 and the stepped hole are provided, so that the positioning pin 40 can perform a better positioning function, the matching precision of the arc-shaped connecting plate 20 and the box body 10 can be further improved, and the arc-shaped angle of the splicing of the adjacent box bodies 10 can be ensured.
In one embodiment of the application, the arc-shaped connecting plate is provided with a hidden groove, and the other end of the connecting piece is positioned in the hidden groove. The condition that the connecting piece protrudes out of the arc-shaped connecting plate to scratch an operator is avoided, so that the safety of product assembly can be improved.
In one embodiment of the present application, the mating surface is an arcuate surface.
In this embodiment, partly laminating with the surface of a box of arcwall face, another part laminating with the surface of another box of arcwall face because the arcwall face has certain radian, makes two boxes that adjacently set up have fixed arc angle, guarantees the arc angle of the concatenation of adjacent box promptly to the installation accuracy of product has been guaranteed.
An embodiment of the second aspect of the present application provides a display screen, and the LED box body is arc-shaped spliced according to any one of the above technical solutions.
