Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种自拍装置,包括夹持手机的夹持机构、伸缩杆、套设在伸缩杆外的手柄以及无线遥控器,所述夹持机构包括上夹持部、下夹持部以及为上夹持部提供回复力的弹性拉伸部,所述弹性拉伸部分别连接上夹持部、下夹持部,所述下夹持部设置在伸缩杆顶端,所述手柄内设有用于容纳无线遥控器的容置腔。当不需要使用无线遥控器时,可以将无线遥控器夹置于上夹持部和下夹持部之间,然后通过收缩伸缩杆,使所述下夹持部、弹性拉伸部以及无线遥控器均容置于容置腔内。即通过将无线遥控器容置于手柄内,代替设置在手柄的侧面,减小自拍装置的径向尺寸,大大提高自拍装置的整洁性,方便使用和携带。

本实用新型涉及自拍设备技术领域,尤其是一种自拍装置。
背景技术
目前,自拍杆已经广泛的被人们用于手机自拍,它能够在一定的长度范围内任意伸缩,使用者只需将手机或者相机固定在伸缩杆上,通过遥控器就能实现多角度自拍。
市场上大部分自拍杆都是通过手柄上的按钮来控制自拍,也有通过无线遥控器来远距离控制自拍的,一般的无线遥控器都安装在手柄的侧面上,显得非常突兀,严重影响自拍杆整体的美观。因此,现有技术还有待于改进和发展。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种外观整洁、使用方便的自拍装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种自拍装置,包括夹持手机的夹持机构、伸缩杆、套设在伸缩杆外的手柄以及无线遥控器,所述夹持机构包括上夹持部、下夹持部以及为上夹持部提供回复力的弹性拉伸部,所述弹性拉伸部分别连接上夹持部、下夹持部,所述下夹持部设置在伸缩杆顶端,所述手柄内设有用于容纳无线遥控器的容置腔,所述无线遥控器可拆卸的夹置于上夹持部和下夹持部之间,通过收缩伸缩杆,使所述下夹持部、弹性拉伸部以及无线遥控器均容置于容置腔内。
进一步地,所述下夹持部通过连接板安装在伸缩杆顶端,所述连接板的底端转动的安装在伸缩杆顶端,所述弹性拉伸部转动的安装在连接板上。
进一步地,所述连接板通过第一轴转动的安装在伸缩杆顶端,所述弹性拉伸部通过第二轴转动的安装在连接板上,所述第一轴与第二轴相互垂直。
进一步地,所述自拍装置还包括三个用于支撑的支脚,所述三个支脚均转动的安装在手柄上,收合后围成一个用于容纳伸缩杆的收纳空间。
进一步地,所述自拍装置还包括三个隐藏在手柄内并可从手柄底面伸出的支杆以及连接环,所述支杆转动安装在连接环上,所述连接环套设在所述伸缩杆外,并可沿着伸缩杆的轴向滑动;当支杆支撑自拍装置时,所述手柄底面抵靠在支杆上。
进一步地,所述手柄的底部设有安装块,所述安装块上设有按钮,所述按钮上设有三个卡销,每一所述支杆的底端设有与卡销配合的卡槽;当支杆隐藏于手柄内时,卡销与卡槽卡合。
进一步地,所述无线遥控器包括外壳,所述外壳内设有电池、电路板以及磁铁,所述外壳上还设有自拍按键,所述自拍按键、电池分别与电路板电连接。
进一步地,所述外壳包括相互配合的上壳和下壳,所述下壳上设有用于放置电池的第一槽。
进一步地,所述下壳上还设有用于放置磁铁的第二槽。
进一步地,所述外壳与手柄接触的一面呈圆弧形,该圆弧形的弧度与所述手柄的外表面弧度匹配。
相对于现有技术,本实用新型提供的一种自拍装置,其手柄内设有用于容纳无线遥控器的容置腔,当不需要使用无线遥控器时,可以将无线遥控器夹置于上夹持部和下夹持部之间,然后通过收缩伸缩杆,使所述下夹持部、弹性拉伸部以及无线遥控器均容置于容置腔内。即通过将无线遥控器容置于手柄内,代替设置在手柄的侧面,减小自拍装置的径向尺寸,大大提高自拍装置的整洁性,方便使用和携带。

具体实施方式
现结合附图,对本实用新型的较佳实施例作详细说明。
如图1至3所示,本实用新型提供一种自拍装置,包括夹持手机的夹持机构10、伸缩杆20、套设在伸缩杆20外的手柄30以及无线遥控器40。夹持机构10包括上夹持部11、下夹持部12以及为上夹持部11提供回复力的弹性拉伸部13,弹性拉伸部13分别连接上夹持部11、下夹持部12,下夹持部12设置在伸缩杆20顶端。手柄30内设有用于容纳无线遥控器40的容置腔31,无线遥控器40可拆卸的夹置于上夹持部11和下夹持部12之间,通过收缩伸缩杆20,使下夹持部12、弹性拉伸部13以及无线遥控器40均容置于容置腔31内。
由于手柄30内设有用于容纳无线遥控器40的容置腔31,当不需要使用无线遥控器40时,可以将无线遥控器40夹置于上夹持部11和下夹持部12之间,然后通过收缩伸缩杆20,使所述下夹持部12、弹性拉伸部13以及无线遥控器40均容置于容置腔31内。即通过将无线遥控器40容置于手柄30内,代替设置在手柄30的侧面,减小自拍装置的径向尺寸,大大提高自拍装置的整洁性,方便使用和携带。
在本实施例中,上夹持部11、下夹持部12均设有防滑的软胶垫,弹性拉伸部13为导杆与弹簧配合的结构,具有还有支撑臂等结构。
如图4所示,所述无线遥控器40包括外壳,外壳内设有电池41、电路板42以及磁铁43。所述外壳上还设有自拍按键44,所述自拍按键44、电池41分别与电路板42电连接。当然,电路板42上还可设有蓝牙模块,使用时通过蓝牙模块与手机连接,然后通过自拍按键44来实现手机自拍。
具体地,所述外壳包括相互配合的上壳45和下壳46,所述下壳46上设有用于放置电池41的第一槽47。其中,电池41为钮扣电池。另外,所述下壳46上还设有用于放置磁铁43的第二槽48。该磁铁43主要是为了实现将无线遥控器40吸附在手柄30上,方便使用。当然,无线遥控器40还可以拿在手上使用,实现远距离遥控拍摄。
如图5所示,为了使无线遥控器40与手柄30配合更加稳定。所述外壳与手柄接触的一面呈圆弧形,该圆弧形的弧度与手柄30的外表面弧度匹配。如图6所示,当需要使用无线遥控器40时,拉伸伸缩杆20,使无线遥控器40位于手柄30外,然后从上夹持部11和下夹持部12之间取出无线遥控器40,最后通过磁铁43与手柄30内的磁铁相互吸附,实现吸附在手柄30上。这时候使用时,跟一般自拍杆的使用方式一样,用手抓住手柄30,同时可以按压自拍按键44,实现自拍。其中,手柄30整体呈圆柱形。
在本实施例中,所述下夹持部12通过连接板14安装在伸缩杆20顶端,所述连接板14的底端转动的安装在伸缩杆20顶端,所述弹性拉伸部13转动的安装在连接板14上(参考图3)。具体地,连接板14通过第一轴15转动的安装在伸缩杆20顶端,所述弹性拉伸部13通过第二轴16转动的安装在连接板14上,所述第一轴15与第二轴16相互垂直。当手机被夹在上夹持部11、下夹持部12之间时,可以通过外力使弹性拉伸部13绕第二轴16旋转,从而实现手机横屏和竖屏的切换,使用方便。通过夹持机构10绕第一轴15、第二轴16旋转,实现调节自拍角度的目的,大大提高自拍效果。
在其它实施例中,夹持机构10的结构还可以是已知的其它结构。
在本实施例中,所述自拍装置还包括三个用于支撑的支脚50,所述三个支脚50均转动的安装在手柄30上,收合后围成一个用于容纳伸缩杆20的收纳空间。
在其它实施例中,如图7和8所示,如图7和8所示,所述自拍装置还包括三个隐藏在手柄30内并可从手柄30底面伸出的支杆61以及连接环62。所述支杆61转动安装在连接环62上,所述连接环62套设在所述伸缩杆20外,并可沿着伸缩杆20的轴向滑动。当支杆61支撑自拍装置时,所述手柄30底面抵靠在支杆61上,实现支撑。
如图8和9所示,手柄30的底部设有安装块32,安装块32上设有按钮33,按钮33上设有三个卡销34。每一支杆61的底端设有与卡销34配合的卡槽63,当支杆61隐藏于手柄30内时,卡销34与卡槽63卡合,实现支杆61的定位,避免支杆61随意滑动。另外,为了增加支撑的稳定性,每一支杆61的底端均设有防滑的防滑垫64。

1.一种自拍装置,包括夹持手机的夹持机构、伸缩杆、套设在伸缩杆外的手柄以及无线遥控器,所述夹持机构包括上夹持部、下夹持部以及为上夹持部提供回复力的弹性拉伸部,所述弹性拉伸部分别连接上夹持部、下夹持部,所述下夹持部设置在伸缩杆顶端,其特征在于,所述手柄内设有用于容纳无线遥控器的容置腔,所述无线遥控器可拆卸的夹置于上夹持部和下夹持部之间,通过收缩伸缩杆,使所述下夹持部、弹性拉伸部以及无线遥控器均容置于容置腔内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自拍装置,其特征在于,所述下夹持部通过连接板安装在伸缩杆顶端,所述连接板的底端转动的安装在伸缩杆顶端,所述弹性拉伸部转动的安装在连接板上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的自拍装置,其特征在于,所述连接板通过第一轴转动的安装在伸缩杆顶端,所述弹性拉伸部通过第二轴转动的安装在连接板上,所述第一轴与第二轴相互垂直。
