When the skirting line assembly of the present embodiment is assembled, the hook 133 of the upper clip 130 hooks the hook groove 162 of the upper skirting line 160, and then the insertion piece 132 of the upper clip 130 is inserted into the slot 161 of the upper skirting line 160, so as to fasten and fix the upper clip 130 and the upper skirting line 160; then, the hook 143 of the lower clip 140 hooks the engaging groove 171 below the inner side of the lower skirting line 170, and the clip 144 of the lower clip 140 is pushed into the limiting groove 172 of the lower skirting line 170, so that the end of the clip 144 passes over the end of the slope 173 on the upper surface of the limiting groove 172 and abuts against the slope 173, thereby engaging and fixing the lower clip 140 and the lower skirting line 170, and completing the assembly of the skirting line assembly.
When the skirting line assembly is installed, the upper skirting line 160 is fixed to a predetermined position of the wall 6 together with the upper clip 130 fastened thereto by a fixing member such as a screw 4, the elastic top plate 141 of the lower clip 140 fixed to the lower skirting line 170 is inserted into a gap between the wall 6 and the floor 5, and the upper portion of the lower skirting line 170 is pushed toward the wall 6, so that the end of the slope 175 of the inner groove 174 of the upper end thereof passes over the clip 131 of the upper clip 130, and the end of the clip 131 of the upper clip 130 abuts against the slope 175 of the lower skirting line 170, thereby fastening and fixing the lower skirting line 170, and completing the installation.
