The following describes the skirting line assembly, the fixing buckle and the skirting line in further detail with reference to the attached drawings. It should be understood that the following examples are illustrative only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

Example 1

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a first embodiment of a fixing buckle 10 and a skirting line 30 is provided to constitute the skirting line assembly of the present invention. It should be understood that, since the installation process of the fixing buckle 10 only needs to push the lower skirting line 42 of the split type skirting line 40 to the wall surface, so that the fixing head 14 of the fixing buckle 10 is clamped into the clamping slope 43 of the upper skirting line 41, the clamping and fixing of the skirting line can be completed, and it is not necessary to firstly clamp the lower skirting line upwards into the notch and then push the lower skirting line downwards for clamping as in the case of the existing split type skirting line, so that the gap between the upper and lower skirting lines can be small enough, which is helpful to improve the aesthetic appearance of the whole skirting line.

The difference from the fixed buckle 10 of embodiment 1 is that, because it is a split buckle, the upper end of the lower buckle body 71 is not provided with a clamp head.

As shown in fig. 9, an accommodating groove 81 and a first limiting groove 83 are disposed above the inner side of the integrated skirting line 80 along the length direction thereof, the accommodating groove 81 and the first limiting groove 83 correspond to the hook 62 and the clip 63 of the upper buckle 60, respectively, wherein a locking groove 82 matched with the hook 62 of the upper buckle 60 is disposed at the lower end of the accommodating groove 81, so that the hook 62 of the upper buckle 60 can be locked by hooking in the locking groove 82 after installation; the first limiting groove 83 is used for accommodating the clip 63 of the upper buckle 60, and the lower surface of the first limiting groove 83 is provided with an upward slope 84, and the slope 84 is used for abutting against the tail end of the clip 63 of the upper buckle 60 to limit and fix the upper buckle 60, as in embodiment 1.

A second limiting groove 85 and a clamping groove 86 are arranged below the inner side of the integrated skirting line 80 along the length direction of the integrated skirting line, the second limiting groove 85 and the clamping groove 86 respectively correspond to the clamp 73 and the hook 72 of the lower buckle 70, wherein the second limiting groove 85 is used for accommodating the clamp 73 of the lower buckle 70, the upper surface of the second limiting groove 85 is provided with a downward slope 87, and the slope 87 is used for abutting against the tail end of the clamp 73 of the lower buckle 70 so as to limit and fix the lower buckle 70; the locking groove 86 is matched with the hook 72 of the lower buckle 70, so that the hook 72 of the lower buckle 70 can be hooked in the locking groove 86 to be fixed after installation.

When the skirting line assembly of the present embodiment is assembled, the hook 62 of the upper clip 60 is hooked on the slot 82 in the receiving groove 81 of the integrated skirting line 80, and then the clip 63 of the upper clip 60 is pushed toward the first limiting groove 83 of the skirting line 80, so that the end of the clip 63 abuts against the slope 84 of the first limiting groove 83, thereby fixing the upper clip 60 and the skirting line 80; then, the hook 72 of the lower buckle 70 is hooked in the clamping groove 86 below the inner side of the skirting line 80, and the clip 73 of the lower buckle 70 is pushed towards the second limiting groove 85 of the skirting line 80, so that the tail end of the clip 73 is abutted against the slope 87 of the second limiting groove 85, and the lower buckle 70 and the skirting line 80 are fixed to complete the assembly.

When the skirting line assembly is installed, the fixing strip 20 shown in fig. 4 is also used; firstly, fixing the fixing strip 20 at a preset position of the wall body 6, then inserting the elastic top sheet 74 of the lower buckle 70 of the skirting line assembly into a gap between the floor 5 and the wall body 6, pushing the upper part of the skirting line assembly to approach the wall body 6, making the clamping head 64 of the upper buckle 60 cross the tail end of the clamping part 22 of the fixing strip 20, and further being clamped and fixed by the clamping part 22, thus completing the installation. When the skirting line assembly of the present embodiment is assembled, the hook 62 of the upper clip 60 is hooked in the first slot 111 of the lower skirting line 110, and then the clip 63 of the upper clip 60 is pushed toward the first limiting groove 112 of the lower skirting line 110, so that the tail end of the clip 63 passes over the tail end of the slope 113 of the first limiting groove 112 and abuts against the slope 113, thereby fixing the upper clip 60 and the lower skirting line 110; then, the hook 72 of the lower buckle 70 is hooked in the second catching groove 86 of the lower skirting line 110, and the clip 73 of the lower buckle 70 is pushed toward the second limiting groove 114 of the lower skirting line 110, so that the tail end of the clip 73 passes over the tail end of the slope 116 of the second limiting groove 114 and is abutted against the slope 116, thereby the lower buckle 70 is fastened and fixed with the lower skirting line 110, and the assembly of the skirting line assembly is completed.

When the skirting line assembly is installed, the upper skirting line 100 is first fixed to a predetermined position of the wall 6 by a fixing member, such as a screw 4, and then the elastic top plate 74 of the lower buckle 70 of the skirting line assembly is inserted into the gap between the wall 6 and the floor 5, and the upper end of the lower skirting line 110 is pushed to approach the wall 6, so that the chuck 64 of the upper buckle 60 passes over the end of the engaging slope 101 at the bottom end of the upper skirting line 100 and abuts against the engaging slope 101, thereby engaging and fixing the skirting line assembly and completing the installation. Fig. 12 shows a view of the skirting line assembly of this embodiment after installation.

As in the case of embodiment 2, with the fixing clip 50 of this embodiment, the gap between the upper and lower skirting lines can be small enough, which is helpful to improve the appearance of the entire skirting line. In addition, the end of the screw 4 for fixing the upper skirting line 100 can be covered by the lower skirting line 110, which is also beneficial to the beautiful appearance of the skirting line.

Example 5

The fifth embodiment of the skirting line assembly of the present invention comprises a fixing buckle 120 shown in fig. 13 and a skirting line 150 shown in fig. 14.

As shown in fig. 13, the fixing clip 120 is a split structure, and includes an upper clip 130 and a lower clip 140; as shown in fig. 14, the skirting line 150 used with the present invention is also a split type skirting line, which includes an upper skirting line 160 and a lower skirting line 170, wherein:

the upper buckle 130 of the fixing buckle 120 is provided with a clamping structure at one side for clamping and fixing with the upper skirting line 160 of the split type skirting line 150, and the lower end of the upper buckle 130 is provided with a clamping hook 131 for fixing the lower skirting line 170 at the upper end; specifically, the fastening structure of the upper buckle 130 includes an insert 132 and a hook 133 disposed at a top and bottom position on one side of the upper buckle 130, the insert 132 is formed by extending from the upper portion of the upper buckle 130 to one side, and the hook 133 is formed by extending from the lower portion of the upper buckle 130 to one side and then bending upwards; those skilled in the art will readily understand that the reversed arrangement of the male tab 132 and the hook 133 can also achieve the function of snap-fastening the upper skirting line 160, and the position of the male tab 132 and the hook 133 on the upper buckle 130 is not limited to the upper and lower ends as shown, but is also feasible at a suitable position in the middle.

The lower buckle 140 is also provided with a clamping structure at one side for clamping and fixing with the lower skirting line 170 of the split type skirting line 150, and the bottom end of the lower buckle 140 extends downwards and slantways to one side of the lower skirting line 170; as in the previous embodiment, when the skirting line is installed, as shown in fig. 15, the elastic top sheet 141 extends between the wall 6 and the floor 5 adjacent to the wall for pushing the floor 5 on one side of the wall to the outside of the wall 6, so that the floors 5 are tightly adhered to each other, and the gap between the floors is avoided. Similarly, as shown in fig. 13, the end of the elastic top sheet 141 is further lifted to form a protrusion 142, so as to better fulfill the function of pushing the floor 5; the engaging structure of the lower catch 140 includes a hook 143 and a clip 144 provided in an up-and-down position on one side of the lower catch 140, and the configuration of the hook 143 and the clip 144 is the same as that of the hook 72 and the clip 73 of the lower catch 70 of embodiment 3, and the orientation is also the same.

As shown in fig. 14, the inner side of the upper skirting line 160 of the split type skirting line 150 is provided with a slot 161 and a hook 162, which are respectively arranged at positions corresponding to the insert 132 and the hook 133 of the upper buckle 130, so as to facilitate the fastening and fixing with the upper buckle 130; the lower skirting line 170 is provided with a limiting groove 172 and a clamping groove 171 at the lower part of the inner side, the positions of the limiting groove 172 and the clamping groove 171 respectively correspond to the hook 143 and the clamping clip 144 of the lower buckle 140 for hooking the hook 143 and accommodating the clamping clip 144, wherein the upper surface of the limiting groove 172 is provided with a downward slope 173 for abutting against the tail end of the clamping clip 144 of the lower buckle 140, and the lower buckle 140 and the lower skirting line 170 are clamped and fixed by hooking the hook 143 to the clamping groove 171 and abutting against the tail end of the clamping clip 144 to the slope 173 of the limiting groove 172; the inner side of the upper end of the lower skirting line 170 is further provided with a groove 174, and the lower surface of the groove 174 is provided with an upward slope 175 for the end of the hook 131 of the upper buckle 130 to abut against, so as to fasten and fix the lower skirting line 170 and the upper skirting line 170.

When the skirting line assembly of the present embodiment is assembled, the hook 133 of the upper clip 130 hooks the hook groove 162 of the upper skirting line 160, and then the insertion piece 132 of the upper clip 130 is inserted into the slot 161 of the upper skirting line 160, so as to fasten and fix the upper clip 130 and the upper skirting line 160; then, the hook 143 of the lower clip 140 hooks the engaging groove 171 below the inner side of the lower skirting line 170, and the clip 144 of the lower clip 140 is pushed into the limiting groove 172 of the lower skirting line 170, so that the end of the clip 144 passes over the end of the slope 173 on the upper surface of the limiting groove 172 and abuts against the slope 173, thereby engaging and fixing the lower clip 140 and the lower skirting line 170, and completing the assembly of the skirting line assembly.

When the skirting line assembly is installed, the upper skirting line 160 is fixed to a predetermined position of the wall 6 together with the upper clip 130 fastened thereto by a fixing member such as a screw 4, the elastic top plate 141 of the lower clip 140 fixed to the lower skirting line 170 is inserted into a gap between the wall 6 and the floor 5, and the upper portion of the lower skirting line 170 is pushed toward the wall 6, so that the end of the slope 175 of the inner groove 174 of the upper end thereof passes over the clip 131 of the upper clip 130, and the end of the clip 131 of the upper clip 130 abuts against the slope 175 of the lower skirting line 170, thereby fastening and fixing the lower skirting line 170, and completing the installation. Fig. 15 shows a schematic view after the installation is completed.

Example 6

The sixth embodiment of the skirting line assembly of the present invention comprises a fixing clip and a skirting line 180 as shown in fig. 16, wherein the fixing clip adopts the form of the lower clip 70 as shown in fig. 8.

As shown in fig. 16, the skirting line 180 is an integrated skirting line, a first limiting groove 181 is disposed above the inner side of the skirting line, and an upward slope 182 is disposed on the lower surface of the first limiting groove 181 for fastening and fixing the skirting line 180 above the skirting line; a second limiting groove 183 and a clamping groove 184 are arranged at the upper and lower positions below the inner side of the skirting line 180, the second limiting groove 183 is matched with the clamping clip 73 of the lower buckle 70, and the upper surface of the second limiting groove 183 is provided with a downward slope 185 for abutting against the tail end of the clamping clip 73 of the lower buckle 70; the engaging groove 184 is matched with the hook 72 of the lower buckle 70, and the lower buckle 70 can be engaged and fixed with the skirting line 180 by hooking the hook 72 of the lower buckle 70 to the engaging groove 184 of the skirting line 180 and abutting the end of the clip 73 against the slope 185 of the second limiting groove 183.

When the skirting line assembly of the present embodiment is assembled, the hook 72 of the fixing clip 70 is hooked into the slot 184 below the inner side of the skirting line 180, and then the clip 73 of the fixing clip 70 is pushed toward the second limiting groove 183 below the skirting line 180, so that the end of the clip 73 passes over the end of the slope 185 on the upper surface of the limiting groove 183 and abuts against the upper surface of the limiting groove 183, thereby fastening and fixing the fixing clip 70 and the skirting line 180, and completing the assembly.

Installation of the above-described skirting line assembly requires the use of a retaining clip strip 190 as shown in fig. 17. As shown in fig. 17, the fixing clip strip 190 includes an upper fixing portion 191 and a hook 192 extending from a lower end of the fixing portion 191, the fixing portion 191 is used for fixing to the wall 6 by, for example, a screw 4, and the hook 192 is used for fixing the skirting line assembly above. When the skirting line assembly is installed, the fixing clamping strip 190 is firstly fixed at a preset position of the wall body 6, then the elastic top sheet 74 at the bottom end of the fixing buckle 70 of the skirting line assembly is inserted into a gap between the wall body 6 and the floor 5, and then the upper end of the skirting line assembly is pushed to the wall surface, so that the tail end of the slope 182 at the lower surface of the limiting groove 181 above the inner side of the skirting line 180 passes over the tail end of the hook 192 of the fixing clamping strip 190, and then the tail end of the hook 192 of the fixing clamping strip 190 is abutted against the slope 182, and the skirting line assembly is installed and. Fig. 18 shows a view of the skirting line assembly of this embodiment after installation.

Claims (19)

1. A skirting line, which is used with the fixing buckle as claimed in claim 1 or 8, wherein the inner side of the skirting line is provided with at least one slot and a limiting groove along the length direction thereof in pairs, the slot is matched with the hook of the fixing buckle for hooking the hook of the fixing buckle, and the limiting groove is matched with the clip of the fixing buckle for abutting against the tail end of the clip.

13. The skirting line as claimed in claim 12, wherein the upper surface of said retaining groove is provided as a downward slope or the lower surface of said retaining groove is provided as an upward slope for securing the clip ends of the clip against.

14. The skirting line as claimed in claim 12, wherein said skirting line further comprises a separate retaining groove formed along the length thereof at the inner side thereof for engaging and fixing the skirting line to the wall.

15. The skirting line as claimed in claim 14, wherein the upper surface of said retaining groove is provided as a downward slope or the lower surface of said retaining groove is provided as an upward slope.

16. A skirting line, which is used with the fixing buckle of claim 1 or 8, wherein the skirting line is a split type skirting line, comprising an upper skirting line and a lower skirting line, wherein:

the upper skirting line is used for being fixed with a wall body, and the lower end of the inner side of the upper skirting line is provided with a clamping structure which is used for being clamped and fixed with a limiting groove of the lower skirting line or a clamping head of a fixing buckle which is clamped and fixed with the lower skirting line;

the inner side of the lower skirting line is provided with at least one clamping groove and a limiting groove in pair along the length direction, the clamping groove is matched with the hook of the fixing buckle and used for hooking the hook of the fixing buckle, and the limiting groove is matched with the clamping clip of the fixing buckle and used for abutting against the tail end of the clamping clip; and, the upper end of lower skirting line is equipped with solitary spacing groove, perhaps is equipped with the dop rather than the upper end of the fixed buckle of block fixation.

17. The skirting line as claimed in claim 16, wherein the engaging structure of the inner lower end of the upper skirting line is an obliquely downward engaging slope.

18. The skirting line as claimed in claim 16, wherein the engaging structure of the inner lower end of the upper skirting line is a hook of a fixing buckle engaged with the upper skirting line.

19. A skirting line assembly, characterized in that it comprises a fixing clip according to any of claims 1-11, and a skirting line snap-fitted to said fixing clip.
