The main clamping portion 220 can clamp workpieces made of different materials, including hard workpieces or soft workpieces, and is high in universality. The workpiece may particularly include, but is not limited to, a clamped metal workpiece, a plastic workpiece or a paper workpiece. The clamping pressure that different materials, different structure products can bear is of different size, through the accurate clamping pressure of main clamping part 220 of accurate control of pressure sensor 223's accurate pressure output, prevents to cause the damage of work piece or the product of crushing in the clamping process.
A position sensor 224 and a proximity sensor 225 are provided on the opposite surfaces of the first clamping plate 221 and the second clamping plate 222. That is, the position sensor 224 is located on the first clamping plate 221 or the second clamping plate 222, and correspondingly, the proximity sensor 225 is located on the second clamping plate 222 or the first clamping plate 221, so as to ensure that the position sensor 224 and the proximity sensor 225 are symmetrically arranged. The symmetrical position sensor 224 and the proximity sensor 225 can ensure the regular clamping space of the main clamping part 220, and can be suitable for clamping workpieces in different shapes.
The position sensor 224 is used for detecting and calibrating the position of the clamped workpiece between the first clamping plate 221 and the second clamping plate 222, so that the time for manually calibrating the point position is saved. The proximity sensor 225 is used to detect whether a workpiece is present between the first clamping plate 221 and the second clamping plate 222, and to determine the state of the main clamping portion 220 in advance, thereby saving the time of determining whether a product is present after the clamping of the conventional clamping device. The clamping and positioning device 10 is provided with the position sensor 224 and the proximity sensor 225, so that accurate positioning of the workpiece can be effectively realized.
Further, a floating member 226 is disposed between the first clamping plate 221 and the second clamping plate 222, the floating member 226 is specifically fixed on the first clamping plate 221, and the floating member 226 is used for avoiding the position deviation of the clamped workpiece during the clamping process.
The float 226 includes a slider 2261, a connection block 2262 and a resilient coupling 2263. The connecting block 2262 is fixedly connected to the first clamping plate 221, and the elastic connection 2263 is fixedly connected to the floating block 2261 and the connecting block 2262.
