Referring to fig. 4 to 11, a battery compartment for a mobile lighting device includes a lamp tube 11 and a tail cover assembly, where the tail cover assembly includes a knob 1, a pressing block 8 and a tail cover 6, the pressing block 8 is installed in the tail cover 6, the knob 1 is disposed between the pressing block 8 and the tail cover 6, and the tail cover 6 covers an open end of the lamp tube 11; at least one end of the knob 1 is provided with a flange 101, and the side wall of at least one side of the lamp barrel 11 is provided with a clamping groove 12 matched with the flange 101. In the embodiment, the knob 1 is placed on the pressing block 8, and the tail cover 6 limits the knob 1 on the pressing block 8; the pressing block 8 is fixedly connected with the tail cover 6, and the knob 1 can rotate between the tail cover 6 and the pressing block 8. In the embodiment, the connecting end of the tail cap 6 and the pressing block 8 covers the opening end of the lamp barrel 11, and the flange 101 is matched with the clamping groove 12 to realize the opening and closing of the tail cap assembly; when the flange 101 is screwed into the clamping groove 12, the tail cap assembly is locked on the lamp barrel 11; when the flange 101 is misaligned with the slot 12, the tail cap assembly may be disengaged from the barrel 11.
In some embodiments, the tail cap 6 and the pressing block 8 may be fixedly connected by a screw 5.
In other embodiments, the tail cover 6 and the pressing block 8 can be connected by welding or gluing.
In some embodiments, in order to better realize the positioning of the pressing block 8 and the tail cover 6, a pin 7 is also arranged between the pressing block 8 and the tail cover 6.
In some embodiments, one end of the knob 1 is provided with a flange 101; correspondingly, a clamping groove 12 matched with the flange 101 is arranged on one side wall of the lamp barrel 11; the flange 101 and the clamping groove 12 are matched to realize the locking and unlocking of the tail cover assembly and the lamp barrel 11.

Referring to fig. 3, 4, 6 and 7, in the embodiment, the knob 1 and the lamp barrel 11 are coaxially arranged, and the distance from the farthest end of the flange 101 to the central axis of the knob 1 is greater than the distance from the central point of the clamping groove 12 to the central axis of the knob 1. When the knob 1 is rotated by hand during use, the flange 101 of the knob 1 is also rotated, the part of the flange 101 farthest from the central shaft is wedged into the clamping groove 12 on the inner wall of the lamp barrel 11, in this state, the knob 1 cannot be separated from the lamp barrel 11, meanwhile, the knob 1 prevents the pressing block 8 from being separated from the lamp barrel 11, the battery cannot be taken out, and the tail cover assembly and the lamp barrel 11 are in a locking state.
Referring to fig. 8 and 11, in an embodiment, when the flange 101 is offset from the slot 12, the tail cap assembly can be removed from the lamp barrel 11, and the tail cap assembly and the lamp barrel 11 are in an open state, so that a user can detach the tail cap assembly from the lamp barrel 11 to disassemble and assemble the battery 10.
Referring to fig. 2 and 9, in an embodiment, a sliding groove 803 is formed on one side of the pressing block 8 close to the knob 1, a limiting pin 3 is formed on one side of the knob 1 close to the pressing block 8, and the limiting pin 3 slides along the sliding groove 803. In an embodiment, one end of the limit pin 3 is located in the first blind hole on the knob 1, the other end of the limit pin 3 is located in the sliding groove 803, when in use, the knob 1 is rotated, the flange 101 and the limit pin 3 wedged in the first blind hole move concomitantly, the limit pin 3 moves along the sliding groove 803, and when the limit pin 3 abuts against the inner wall of the sliding groove 803, the rotation of the flange 101 is limited; the sliding groove 803 is used for limiting the rotation angle of the knob 1, so that there are two limit angles for the rotation of the knob 1, when the flange 101 rotates by one of the limit angles, the flange 101 is wedged into the slot 12 on the inner wall of the lamp barrel 11, the lamp tail assembly is in a locked state, and when the flange 101 rotates by the other limit angle in the opposite direction, the flange 101 is staggered from the slot 12, and the tail cover assembly is in an open state.
In other embodiments, the limit pin 3 is directly welded on the surface of the knob 1 close to the pressing block 8. In other embodiments, the limit pin 3 and the knob 1 are of a unitary structure.
Referring to fig. 2, 4 and 5, in an embodiment, a positioning groove 802 is formed on one side of the pressing block 8 close to the knob 1, and a positioning pin 4 matched with the positioning groove 802 is formed on one side of the knob 1 close to the pressing block 8; and an elastic part 2 is also arranged between the positioning pin 4 and the knob 1. In an embodiment, one end of the positioning pin 4, which is far away from the positioning slot 802, is located in a second blind hole of the knob 1, and the elastic element 2 is located between the positioning pin 4 and the bottom of the second blind hole; and, the elastic member 2 is in a compressed state. In an embodiment, in order to enable the positioning pin 4 to smoothly separate from the positioning groove 802, a portion of the positioning pin 4 close to the positioning groove 802 is configured as a spherical surface, and the positioning groove 802 is a U-shaped groove. When the tail cover assembly is used, when one end of the limiting pin 3 slides to one end of the sliding groove 803, the positioning pin 4 is located in one positioning groove 802, one end of the elastic element 2 in a compressed state acts on the knob 1, and the other end of the elastic element acts on the positioning pin 4, so that the positioning pin 4 is extruded with the bottom of the positioning groove 802, and in this state, the knob 1 is obstructed by the positioning pin 4 when rotating towards any direction, therefore, the knob 1 cannot easily rotate even if being shaken or vibrated, and the tail cover assembly is ensured to be stably in a locking or opening state; the knob 1 is rotated to slide the stopper pin 3 to the other end of the sliding groove 803, in this process, the positioning pin 4 and the bottom of the positioning groove 802 are pressed against each other to overcome the elastic force of the elastic member 2, so that the positioning pin 4 is embedded into the second blind hole and rotates along with the knob 1 until the stopper pin 3 rotates to the other end of the sliding groove 803, and the positioning pin 4 moves to another positioning groove 802 on the surface of the pressing block 8. In some embodiments, the elastic member 2 is a spring.
In other embodiments, the elastic member 2 may also be a spring, a flexible block, or other elastic components.
In some embodiments, a side of the knob 1 away from the pressing block 8 is provided with a handle 101, and the handle 101 allows a user to easily rotate the knob 1.
Referring to fig. 2 and 9, in an embodiment, a sealing groove 801 is formed between the pressing block 8 and the inner wall of the lamp barrel 11, and the sealing element 9 is arranged in the sealing groove 801. In some embodiments, the seal 9 is an O-ring seal.
In other embodiments, the seal 9 is a felt or other form of seal.
Referring to fig. 1, the mobile lighting device comprises a lamp holder assembly, the lamp holder assembly is connected with any one of the battery bins for the mobile lighting device, and a lamp panel in the lamp holder assembly is electrically connected with a conductive elastic part in a lamp tube 11, so that the lamp holder assembly is powered after a battery 10 is installed.
The working principle is as follows:
when in use, firstly, the flange 101 is wedged into the clamping groove 12 on the inner wall of the lamp tube 1, the tail cover assembly is in a locking state, in this state, the positioning pin 4 is located in a positioning groove 802, and the limit pin 3 is located at one end of the sliding groove 803; because the spacer pin 3 offsets with the inner wall of spout 803 one end, lead to the knob 1 only to rotate to the other end of spout 803, rotatory handle 102 in-process, flange 101 breaks away from draw-in groove 12 gradually, locating pin 4 gets into the second blind hole and is taken away from original constant head tank 802, when the spacer pin 3 slides to the spout 803 other end and offsets with the inslot wall, knob 1 rotates and stops, the one end of locating pin 4 gets into in another constant head tank 802, the tail-hood subassembly is in the open mode, can dismantle the tail-hood subassembly, carries out the dismouting of battery 10, packs the tail-hood subassembly into lamp section of thick bamboo 1 again, rotates knob 1 and makes the tail-hood subassembly be in the lock mode once more, has accomplished the dismouting of battery 10 so far.
