Insulation test of the insulating sleeve: the insulation sleeve 101 penetrates through a through channel 513 on the main vertical frame 5, then the position of the transition connecting piece 52 relative to the main vertical frame plate 51 is adjusted until an insulation sleeve fixing hole 522 on the transition connecting piece 52 corresponds to a flange connecting hole on the insulation sleeve 101, and then the insulation sleeve 101 is fixed through a corresponding bolt; after the insulating sleeve 101 is fixed, the main stand 5 is grounded, a test bus is installed in the insulating sleeve 101, the bus is electrified, and then various performances of the insulating sleeve 101 can be detected.
Insulation test of the contact box: the distance between the auxiliary vertical frame 6 and the main vertical frame 5 is adjusted according to the size of the contact box 102, then the contact box 102 is fixed on the main vertical frame 5 and the auxiliary vertical frame 6, after the contact box 102 is fixed, the main vertical frame 5 and the auxiliary vertical frame 6 are grounded, then corresponding bus bars are installed in the contact box 102 and are electrified, and at the moment, various performances of the contact box 102 can be detected.
Insulation test of the insulating support: the one end of the embedded screw thread part of the insulating support corresponds to the insulating sleeve fixing hole 522 on the transition connecting piece 52 of the main stand 5, or corresponds to the contact box mounting hole 514 on the main stand 5, or corresponds to the contact box fixing hole 63 on the auxiliary stand 6, then the fixing of the insulating support is realized through a bolt, after the insulating support is fixed, the main stand 5 or the auxiliary stand 6 for fixing the insulating support is grounded, then the bus is installed at the other end of the insulating support, and various performances of the insulating support can be detected after the bus is electrified.
