In operation, when the loaded carton moves to the middle of two short edges at the top of the carton and is located between two top short edge folding assemblies 81, under the control of the controller, the two top short edge folding assemblies 81 start to operate, the top lifting cylinder 816 drives the top short edge folding support plate 811 to move forwards until the pressing plates at the tail ends of the top folding crank arms 815 are located on two sides of the top short edges and just face the top short edges, then the top short edge cylinder 812 drives the top rack 818 to move, the top rack 814 rotates under the meshing action and drives the top folding crank arms 815 to rotate, the pressing plates at the tail ends of the top folding crank arms 815 rotate towards the bottom side inside the carton, and the top short edges at two sides of the carton are folded inwards until being perpendicular to the side face of the carton.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 8, the top folding device 8 further includes a top long-edge folding assembly 82 disposed right opposite to the top long edge of the carton, the top long-edge folding assembly 82 includes a top long-edge folding support 821 horizontally fixed on the upper portion of the rack, a top long-edge cylinder 822 is fixed on the lower surface of the top long-edge folding support 821, the movable end of the top long-edge cylinder 822 transversely extends out to be connected with two top folding claws 823 which are oppositely disposed and symmetrical, a top upright 824 is fixed on the top long-edge folding support 821, a top groove is disposed on the top upright 824, and the two top folding claws 823 are connected in the top groove through a top rotating shaft 825 and are driven by the top long-edge cylinder 822 to rotate around the top rotating shaft 825 to open and close the top long. During operation, after the top minor face of carton is folded, under the control of controller, the expansion end of long limit cylinder 822 in top retracts and drives two folding claws 823 to rotate inwards to fold the long limit in top inwards, when the long limit in top inwards folds and folds the edge of the short limit in top, the cylinder 812 in top minor face of folding subassembly 81 in top works and drives the rack 813 in top to move, the arm 815 in top edge folding turns back to the initial position outwards, the cylinder 816 in front and back movement drives the folding extension board 811 in top minor face to retreat to the initial position, simultaneously the folding claw 823 in top continues to rotate inwards to fold the long limit in top inwards until flattening.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 9, the capping device 9 includes a top adhesive tape sealing assembly 91 disposed downstream of the top long-edge folding assembly 82, the top adhesive tape sealing assembly 91 is disposed right above the magazine moving mechanism 10, a fixed end of a top adhesive tape sealing cylinder 911 is connected to the rack, a movable end of the top adhesive tape sealing cylinder 911 extends downward toward the top of the carton, and the movable end is provided with a top adhesive tape 912; capping device 9 is still including the top cutting assembly 92 that is used for cutting off the adhesive tape, and this top cutting assembly 92 sets up the top adhesive tape pastes the position that seals assembly 91 front side and squint to the carton moving direction that has loaded, and top cutting assembly 92 includes that the top adhesive tape cuts off cylinder 921, and the stiff end that the cylinder 921 was cut off to the top adhesive tape is connected with the frame, and the loose end that the cylinder 921 was cut off to the top adhesive tape transversely stretches out and is fixed with top cutting blade 922 on this loose end towards the lower surface of top adhesive tape 912. The during operation, also fold the back when the long limit at carton top, under the control of controller, top adhesive tape pastes the one end of sealing cylinder 911 control top adhesive tape 912 and stretching out to the long limit of top of carton formation's centre joint, simultaneously workbin moving mechanism 10 work drives the carton overall movement that has filled, top adhesive tape 912 is sealed up until the long limit centre joint of whole top is sealed up with the long limit centre joint of carton top for the carton removal, then top adhesive tape cuts off cylinder 921 control top and cuts off blade 922 and stretches out, the cutting edge of top cutting off blade 922 cuts off the adhesive tape upwards, accomplish joint sealing work.
