3) dust formed by polishing the workpiece by the explosion-proof polishing machine 2 in the step 2) enters the bottom of the wet dust removal tower 5 through the air inlet 51 and is mixed with water and air in the sedimentation tank 13 in the wet dust removal tower 5, impurities in the dust are settled in the sedimentation tank 13, and air in the dust rises in the wet dust removal tower 5;
4) the gas rising in the wet dust removal tower 5 sequentially passes through a second packing layer 12, a second spray pipe 11, a first packing layer 10, a first spray pipe 9 and a demisting layer 8, and pollutants in the gas are removed;
5) and the gas in the wet dust removal tower 5 is connected to a workshop waste gas main pipe through the gas outlet 52 and the explosion-proof fan 6.
The working method of the liquid uniform distributor comprises the following steps:
1) the explosion-proof submerged circulation pump 7 guides the liquid in the sedimentation tank 13 into the first spray pipe 9 and the second spray pipe 11, and guides the solvent into the primary liquid storage tank 201 through a group of branch flow channels 92;
2) the primary liquid storage tank 201 is continuously filled with the solvent along with the branch flow channels 92, the liquid level is higher and higher, and after the primary liquid storage tank 201 is fully stored, the solvent overflows from the upper end part of the primary liquid storage tank 201 and flows downwards into the secondary liquid storage tanks 202;
3) the solvent in the group of secondary liquid tanks 202 flows out through the group of guide grooves 2021 and the group of second through holes 2022 and flows to the group of liquid distribution discs 203, and the solvent is dispersed and disturbed in the group of liquid distribution discs 203 to form liquid drops.
