Preferably, the live wire sleeve devices 22 of two or more socket main bodies 20 are connected with each other to form an integral structure; the zero line plug bush devices 23 of more than two socket main bodies 20 are connected with each other and are of an integrated structure; the ground wire sleeve devices 23 of two or more of the socket main bodies 20 are connected with each other, and are of an integrated structure.
The firewire plug sleeve device 22 comprises a firewire connection unit 221 and at least one firewire plug sleeve unit 222, wherein the firewire plug sleeve unit 222 integrally extends upwards and inwards from the firewire connection unit 221. The neutral wire insertion device 23 includes a neutral wire connection unit 231 and at least one neutral wire insertion unit 232, wherein the neutral wire insertion unit 232 integrally extends downward and inward of the neutral wire connection unit 231. It will be appreciated that the hot and neutral sleeve means 22, 23 of the socket body 20 are arranged to mirror the body base 21. The ground wire inserting device 24 includes a ground wire connecting unit 241 and at least one ground wire inserting unit 242, wherein the ground wire inserting unit 242 integrally extends inward and upward from the ground wire connecting unit 241.
Correspondingly, the power cable 30 comprises a live wire connection line 31, a neutral wire connection line 32 and a ground wire connection line 33, wherein the live wire connection unit 221 of the live wire plug bush device 22 is connected to the live wire connection line 31 of the power cable 30, the neutral wire connection unit 231 of the neutral wire plug bush device 23 is connected to the neutral wire connection line 32 of the power cable 30, wherein the ground wire connection unit 241 of the ground wire plug bush device 24 is connected to the ground wire connection line 33 of the power cable 30.
As shown in fig. 5A and 5B, the firewire plug unit 222 of the firewire plug and socket device 22 comprises a first firewire plug and socket 2221 and a second firewire plug and socket 2222, wherein the second firewire plug and socket 2222 is connected to the first firewire plug and socket 2221. Preferably, the firing socket unit 222 is an integrally formed structure, wherein the second firing socket 2222 integrally extends from the first firing socket 2221. The neutral wire bushing unit 232 of the neutral wire bushing device 23 includes a first neutral wire bushing 2321 and a second neutral wire bushing 2322. Preferably, the neutral plug unit 232 is of an integrated structure, wherein the second neutral plug 2322 integrally extends to the first neutral plug 2321.
In the first preferred embodiment of the present invention, the live wire plug bush unit 222 of the live wire plug bush device 22 and the neutral wire plug bush unit 232 of the neutral wire plug bush device 23 are arranged in the main body base 21 in a mirror image manner. Accordingly, the live and neutral bushing units 222 and 232 are identical in structure and shape.
For convenience of description, the live wire plug bush device 22 and the neutral wire plug bush device 23 are collectively referred to as a plug bush device 201, the live wire plug bush unit 222 and the neutral wire plug bush unit 232 are collectively referred to as a plug bush unit 202, the first live wire plug bush 2221 and the first neutral wire plug bush 2231 are collectively referred to as a first plug bush 2021, and the second live wire plug bush 2222 and the second neutral wire plug bush 2232 are collectively referred to as a second plug bush 2022. In other words, the sleeve arrangement 201 comprises the live sleeve arrangement 22 and the neutral sleeve arrangement 23, wherein the sleeve unit 202 comprises the live sleeve unit 222 and the neutral sleeve unit 232, wherein the first sleeve 2021 comprises the first live sleeve 2221 and the first neutral sleeve 2231, wherein the second sleeve 2022 comprises the second live sleeve 2222 and the second neutral sleeve 2232. The live wire connection unit 221 of the live wire bushing device 22 and the neutral wire connection unit 231 of the neutral wire bushing device 23 are collectively referred to as a connection unit 203. It is understood that the sleeve device 201 is a one-piece structure, wherein the sleeve unit 202 of the sleeve device 201 integrally extends to the connecting unit 203.
Accordingly, the first socket 2021 and the second socket 2022 of the socket unit 202 are a unitary structure, wherein the second socket 2022 integrally extends outward from the first socket 2021. The first sleeve 2021 of the sleeve unit 202 is adapted to mate with the hot and neutral pins of the three-pin plug 300, wherein the second sleeve 2022 of the sleeve unit 202 is adapted to mate with the hot and neutral pins of the two-pin plug 200.
As shown in fig. 6, when the two-pin plug 200 and the three-pin plug 300 are respectively inserted into an outlet body 20 connected to the outlet, the live pin and the neutral pin of the two-pin plug 200 are respectively electrically contacted to the second live sleeve 2222 and the second neutral sleeve 2232 of the second sleeve 2022 of the sleeve unit 202, respectively. Accordingly, the live pin and the neutral pin of the three-pin plug 300 are respectively and correspondingly electrically contacted with the first live plug 2221 and the first neutral plug 2231 of the first plug 2021 of the plug housing unit 202, wherein the ground pin of the three-pin plug 300 is correspondingly plugged into the ground plug housing unit 242.
As shown in fig. 3, 7A and 7B, the live wire insertion device 22, the neutral wire insertion device 23 and the ground wire insertion device 24 are disposed on the main body base 21, and the first insertion sleeve 2021, the second insertion sleeve 2022 and the ground wire insertion sleeve unit 242 of the insertion sleeve unit 202 are corresponding to the two-pin insertion hole 102 and the three-pin insertion hole 103 of the housing 10 through the main body base 21. The main body base 21 includes a base mounting portion 211, and at least two insertion compartments 212, wherein the insertion compartments 212 are disposed at the bottom of the base mounting portion 211, wherein the live wire insertion unit 222 and the neutral wire insertion unit 232 are fixed to the base mounting portion 211 of the main body base 21. The first and second inserts 2021, 2022 of the insert unit 202 of the live and neutral insert units 222, 232 are retained in the receptacle 212. Preferably, the main body base 21 is a one-piece structure, wherein the base mounting portion 211 and the receptacle 222 of the main body base 21 are insulating structures.
Accordingly, the base mounting portion 211 of the main body base 21 further includes a first mounting portion 2111 and a second mounting portion 2112, wherein the first mounting portion 2111 is configured to be mounted on the upper portion of the first housing 11 of the housing 10, and the second mounting portion 2112 is configured to be mounted on the inner side wall of the housing 10. The first mounting portion 2111 and the second mounting portion 2112 of the main body base 21 fix the position of the socket 212, so that when the two-pin plug 200 and the three-pin plug 300 are plugged into the jack of the housing 10, the plug blades of the two-pin plug 200 and the three-pin plug 300 are accurately plugged into the socket 212.
Preferably, in the first preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first mounting portion 2111 is fixed to the first housing 11 of the housing 10 by means of screw fixing connection. The second mounting portion 2112 is disposed on the inner side wall of the housing 10 in a sliding groove fixing manner. The second mounting portion 2112 further comprises at least one fixing member 21121, wherein the inner wall of the housing 10 is further provided with at least one sliding slot 105, wherein when the second mounting portion 2112 is mounted to the housing 10, the fixing member 21121 of the second mounting portion 2112 is slidably fixed to the sliding slot 105.
The main body base 21 is further provided with at least two base upper openings 2113 and at least two base side openings 2114, wherein the base upper openings 2113 and the base side openings 2114 can be formed at the upper portion and the side of the base mounting portion 211 for inserting a plug into the socket main body 20 from the upper end and the side of the socket. In the first preferred embodiment of the present invention, the base opening 2113 corresponds to the three-legged socket 103 of the housing 10, and the base opening 2114 corresponds to the two-legged socket 102 of the housing 10. Accordingly, the upper end of the main body base 21 is provided with three base upper openings 2113 for the three-pin plug 300 to be inserted into the socket main body 20 of the socket from the upper end of the socket from the top down. The side of the main body base 21 is provided with two base side openings 2114 for the two-pin plug 200 to be inserted into the socket main body 20 of the socket from the outside to the inside from the side of the socket.
The base-side opening 2114 is formed in the second mounting portion 2112, wherein the base-side opening 2113 is formed in the first mounting portion 2111. It is worth mentioning that the upper base opening 2113 and the base side opening 2114 of the main body base 21 communicate with the receptacle 212. The opening of the base upper opening 2113 is directed to the upper side of the inner wall of the housing 10, and the opening of the base side opening 2114 is directed to the inner side wall of the housing 10.
The receptacle 212 is disposed at the bottom of the base mounting portion 211, wherein the plug housing unit 202 is held in the receptacle 212, and the receptacle internal circuit is prevented from being short-circuited by electrically isolating the live plug housing device 22, the neutral plug housing device 23, and the ground plug housing device 24 from the receptacle 212. When the plug is inserted into the socket, the bay 212 supports the plug and socket unit 202 such that the plug and socket unit 202 is in sufficient electrical contact with the plug blade legs of the plug and excessive deformation of the plug and socket unit 202 is avoided. The socket 212 includes a live socket 2121 and a neutral socket 2122, wherein the live socket 2121 and the neutral socket 2122 are spaced apart from each other to electrically insulate the live socket 22, the neutral socket 23, and the ground socket 24.
Accordingly, the live plug and socket unit 222 is disposed in the live socket 2121, the neutral plug and socket unit 232 of the neutral plug and socket assembly 23 is disposed in the neutral socket 2122, and the ground plug and socket unit 242 of the ground plug and socket assembly 24 is held between the live socket 2121 and the neutral socket 2122. The line socket 2121 comprises a first line socket 21211 and a second line socket 21212, wherein the first line socket 21211 integrally extends from the second line socket 21212. The first firing cable insert 2221 is retained in the first firing cable housing 21211 and the second firing cable insert 2222 is retained in the second firing cable housing 21212. Neutral prong 2122 includes a first neutral prong 21221 and a second neutral prong 21222, wherein first neutral prong 2231 is retained in first neutral prong 21221 and second neutral prong 2232 is retained in second neutral prong 21222.
As shown in fig. 5A and 5B, when the plug blades of the plug are inserted into the socket, the plug blades of the plug are electrically contacted with the plug housing unit 202 of the plug housing device 201. The first sleeve 2021 of the sleeve unit 202 is further provided with a plug groove 20211, wherein the opening of the plug groove 20211 corresponds to the three-pin socket 103 of the housing 10 and the base upper opening 2113 of the base mounting portion 211. In other words, when the plug blades of the three-pin plug 300 are inserted from the three-pin insertion hole 103 of the housing 10, the plug blades are inserted into the blade grooves 20211 of the first insertion sleeve 2021 by being guided by the housing 10 and the base 21.
The first plug 2021 includes a first conductive portion 20212, a second conductive portion 20213, and a third conductive portion 20214, wherein the first to third conductive portions 20214 are disposed between the first conductive portion 20212 and the second conductive portion 20213 at intervals. The third conductive portion 20214 forms the tab groove 20211 with the first conductive portion 20212 and the second conductive portion 20213 interposed therebetween. The third conductive portion 20214 of the first plug housing 2021 is provided with at least one guiding inclined surface 20215, wherein the guiding inclined surface 20215 is formed on an inner side surface of the third conductive portion 20214, and when the plug blades are inserted into the socket, the guiding inclined surface 20215 guides the plug blades to the plug slot 20211, so as to prevent the plug blades from deviating.
The second socket 2022 of the socket unit 202 is provided with at least one tab interface 20221, wherein the tab interface 20221 is formed at an end of the second socket 2022. When the two-pin plug 200 is inserted into the socket from the two-pin jack 102 of the housing 10, the plug pins of the two-pin plug 200 electrically contact the second socket 2022 of the socket unit 202 from the pin interface 20221. The second socket 2022 of the socket unit 202 further includes a first electrical clip 20222, a second electrical clip 20223, and a third electrical clip 20224, wherein the third electrical clip 20224 is disposed between the first electrical clip 20222 and the second electrical clip 20223 at an interval. When the plug blade pins of the two-pin plug 200 are inserted into the socket, the plug blade pins are clamped between the third electrical clip 20224 and the first electrical clip 20222 and the second electrical clip 20223, so that the plug blade pins of the two-pin plug are electrically contacted with the second socket 2022.
The blade interface 20221 of the second pocket 2022 is formed at the distal end of the first electrical blade 20222, the second electrical blade 20223, and the third electrical blade 20224, and the blade interface 20221 is unfolded from the proximal end to the distal end so that the plug blade feet are accessed and guided from the distal end of the blade interface 20221 to the proximal end. It is worth mentioning that the first electrical clip 20222, the second electrical clip 20223, and the third electrical clip 20224 of the second plug 2022 are elastic conductive clips.
Preferably, in the first preferred embodiment of the present invention, the socket unit 202 of the socket device 201 is an integral socket copper sheet. More preferably, the sleeve device 201 is an integrated sleeve copper sheet conductor made of a copper sheet through a stamping process, a forging process, or a forging process. In other words, the plug housing unit 202 of the plug housing device 201 is formed with the plug slot 20211 and the plug blade interface 20221 through a stamping, forging or forging process, so as to plug the corresponding plug blade pins of the three-pin plug 300 and the two-pin plug 200.
As shown in fig. 3, the socket further includes a circuit board 40 and at least one charging device 50, wherein the charging device 50 is disposed on the circuit board 40, wherein the circuit board 40 electrically connects the charging device 50 to the live connection line 31 and the neutral connection line 32 of the power cable 30, and controls the output voltage, the output current, and the like of the charging device 50. Preferably, the charging device 50 is a USB charging device. It is worth mentioning that the type of charging device 50 is only exemplary and not limiting herein. Therefore, other types of charging devices may be applied thereto.
Correspondingly, the housing 10 is further provided with at least one charging interface 106, wherein the charging interface 106 corresponds to an interface of the charging device 50, and the charging device 50 charges an external mobile device (such as a mobile phone, a mobile charging device, a tablet computer, etc.) through the charging interface 106.
Preferably, the circuit board 40 is disposed on the first housing 11 of the housing 10, and the circuit board 40 and the charging device 50 are fixed by the first housing 11. The charging interface 106 of the charging device 50 is formed at the first housing 11 of the housing 10.
Two alternative embodiments of the socket according to the above preferred embodiment of the present invention are illustrated in the following description with reference to fig. 9A and 9B of the drawings accompanying the present invention. In the above-described first preferred embodiment of the present invention, the socket main body 20 is detachably provided to the housing 10, and therefore, in the modified embodiment of the present invention, the socket main body 20 is integrally provided to the first housing 11 or the second housing 12 of the housing 10. In other words, the socket body 20 is of an integral structure with the first housing 11 or the second housing 12 of the housing 10.
As shown in fig. 9A, the socket body 20 of the socket is integrally provided on the inner wall of the first housing 11 of the housing 10, in other words, the body base 21 of the socket body 20 is of an integral structure with the first housing 11. Accordingly, unlike the first preferred embodiment, the two-pin holes 102 of the housing 10 are overlapped with the base side opening 2114 of the socket main body 20, and the three-pin holes 103 of the housing 10 are overlapped with the base upper opening 2113 of the socket main body 20.
As shown in fig. 9B, in a second optional embodiment of the present invention, the socket body 20 of the socket comprises a body base 21, a live wire plug bush device 22, a neutral wire plug bush device 23, and a ground wire plug bush device 24, wherein the live wire plug bush device 22, the neutral wire plug bush device 23, and the ground wire plug bush device 24 are disposed on the body base 21. The live, neutral and ground plug means 22, 23, 24 of the socket body 20 are the same as in the first preferred embodiment described above, except that the body base 21 includes two plug compartments 212, wherein the plug compartments 212 are integrally provided on the inner wall of the second housing 12 of the housing 10. In other words, in this alternative embodiment of the present invention, the main body base 21 no longer includes a base mounting portion, wherein the receptacle 212 is integrally provided inside the second housing 12.
Accordingly, the live plug bush arrangement 22, the neutral plug bush arrangement 23, and the ground plug bush arrangement 24 are provided to the plug compartment 212 of the main body base 21. The socket 212 includes a live socket 2121 and a neutral socket 2122, wherein the live socket 2121 and the neutral socket 2122 are spaced apart from each other to electrically insulate the live socket 22, the neutral socket 23, and the ground socket 24. It should be noted that the two-pin jack 102 and the three-pin jack 103 of the housing 10 are respectively and correspondingly communicated with the live wire socket 2121 and the neutral wire socket 2122 of the socket 212.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the embodiments of the present invention as described above and shown in the drawings are given by way of example only and are not limiting of the present invention. The objects of the present invention have been fully and effectively accomplished. The functional and structural principles of the present invention have been shown and described in the embodiments without departing from the principles, embodiments of the present invention may have any deformation or modification.

Claims (24)

1. A receptacle adapted for mating with at least one plug, comprising:
at least one socket body, wherein said socket body comprises a body base and at least two sleeve devices, wherein said sleeve devices are disposed on said body base for fixedly supporting said sleeve devices by said body base, wherein said body base is further provided with at least two base openings and at least two base openings for allowing plug blades of said plug to be connected from said base openings to said sleeve devices from top to bottom or from said base openings from outside to inside, wherein said sleeve devices comprise a hot plug device, a neutral plug device and a ground plug device, said hot plug device comprises a hot plug unit and a hot connection unit, said hot plug unit integrally extends upwardly and inwardly to said hot connection unit, said ground plug unit comprises a neutral plug unit and a neutral connection unit, the zero line plug bush unit integrally extends downwards and inwards to the zero line connecting unit, the ground wire plug bush device comprises a ground wire connecting unit and a ground wire plug bush unit, and the ground wire plug bush unit integrally extends inwards and upwards to the ground wire connecting unit.
2. The socket of claim 1 wherein said body base is provided with three of said base upper openings, wherein a three pin plug is connected to said hot plug means, said neutral plug means and said ground plug means through said base upper openings, and wherein a two pin plug is connected to at least said hot plug means and said neutral plug means through said base side openings.
3. The socket of claim 2, wherein the sleeve device further comprises a sleeve unit and a connecting unit, wherein the sleeve unit is connected to the connecting unit, and the connecting unit fixes the sleeve unit to the body base.
4. The socket of claim 3, wherein the hub unit includes the live hub unit and the neutral hub unit, and the connection unit includes the live connection unit and the neutral connection unit.
5. The receptacle of claim 4, wherein the jack unit includes a first jack and a second jack, wherein the first jack connects the second jack to the connection unit, wherein the three-prong plug is accessed from the base side opening to the first jack, wherein the two-prong plug is accessed from the base side opening to the second jack.
6. The socket of claim 4, wherein the live plug and socket unit comprises a first live plug and socket unit and a second live plug and socket unit, wherein the neutral plug and socket unit comprises a first neutral plug and socket unit and a second neutral plug and socket unit, wherein the second live plug and socket unit integrally extends across the first live plug and socket unit, wherein the second neutral plug and socket unit integrally extends across the first neutral plug and socket unit.
7. The socket of claim 5, wherein the first sleeve defines a blade slot, wherein the blade slot opens toward the base, wherein the plug blade legs of the plug are inserted into the blade slot of the sleeve through the base opening, the plug blade legs being in electrical contact with the inside of the blade slot.
8. The socket of claim 7, wherein said first sleeve further comprises a first conductive portion, a second conductive portion, and a third conductive portion, wherein said third conductive portion is spaced from said first conductive portion and said second conductive portion to form said wafer pocket.
9. The socket of claim 8, wherein the third conductive portion is provided with at least one guiding inclined surface, wherein the guiding inclined surface is formed inside the blade groove to guide insertion of the plug blade pins of the plug into the blade groove.
10. The socket of claim 8 or 9, wherein the first conductive portion, the second conductive portion, the third conductive portion, and the tab slot are integrally formed by a stamping, forging, or forging process of the first sleeve.
11. The receptacle of claim 5, wherein the second sleeve is provided with at least one blade interface formed at an end of the second sleeve and having an opening open toward the base side, wherein when the plug is inserted, the plug blades of the plug are inserted from the base side opening into the blade interface, and the blades are in electrical contact with the second sleeve.
12. The receptacle of claim 11, wherein the second sleeve further comprises a first electrical clip, a second electrical clip, and a third electrical clip, wherein the third electrical clip is spaced between the first electrical clip and the second electrical clip, the third electrical clip holding the plug blades of the plug between the first electrical clip and the second electrical clip when the plug is inserted such that the plug blades are in electrical contact with the second sleeve.
13. The socket of claim 12, wherein the second sleeve is stamped, forged, or forged to integrally form the first electrical clip, the second electrical clip, the third electrical clip, and the tab interface.
14. The socket of claim 5, wherein the body base further comprises at least two bays, wherein the sleeve means is disposed in the bays, the live, neutral and ground sleeve means being isolated by the bays to prevent shorting of the internal circuitry of the socket.
15. The socket of claim 14, wherein the plug compartment comprises a hot plug compartment and a neutral plug compartment, wherein the hot plug device is retained in the hot plug compartment and the neutral plug compartment is retained in the neutral plug compartment, wherein the ground plug device is retained outside of the hot plug compartment and the ground plug compartment, wherein the hot plug compartment further comprises a first hot plug compartment and a second hot plug compartment, the neutral plug compartment further comprising a first neutral plug compartment and a second neutral plug compartment, wherein the first plug compartment is retained in the first hot plug compartment and the first neutral plug compartment and the second plug compartment is retained in the second hot plug compartment and the second neutral plug compartment.
16. The socket of claim 15, wherein the body base further includes a base mounting portion, wherein the pod is integrally provided to the base mounting portion, whereby the relative position of the pod is maintained stable, wherein the base mounting portion further includes a first mounting portion and a second mounting portion, wherein the base upper opening is formed at the first mounting portion and the base side opening is formed at the second mounting portion.
17. The socket of claim 16, wherein the on-base opening is formed in an upper portion of the first hot and neutral plug bays, the on-base opening being formed in a side end of the second hot and neutral plug bays.
18. The socket of claim 17, wherein the socket further comprises a housing, wherein the socket body is disposed in the housing, wherein the housing is provided with at least one three-prong receptacle corresponding to the opening in the base of the socket body and at least one two-prong receptacle corresponding to the opening in the base.
19. The socket according to claim 18, wherein the housing further comprises a first housing and a second housing, wherein the first housing and the second housing form a housing space, the socket main body is held in the housing space by the first housing and the second housing, the three-pin insertion hole is formed in an upper surface of the first housing, and the two-pin insertion hole is formed in a side surface of the housing.
20. The socket of claim 19, wherein the body base is mounted to the housing with the first mounting portion mounted to an upper portion of the first housing and the second mounting portion positioned to a side of the first housing.
21. The socket of claim 15, wherein the socket further comprises a housing, the body base being of unitary construction with the housing, wherein the hot and neutral compartments of the body base are integrally disposed inside the housing.
22. The receptacle according to claim 18, wherein the receptacle further comprises a power cable, wherein the power cable is electrically connected to the hot plug bush arrangement, the neutral plug bush arrangement, and the ground plug bush arrangement, whereby the power cable electrically connects the receptacle body to an external power source.
23. The socket of claim 22, wherein the socket further comprises a circuit board and at least one charging device, wherein the circuit board electrically connects the charging device to the power cable, and the charging device is controlled by the circuit board to charge the external mobile device.
24. The receptacle of claim 23, wherein the charging device is a USB charging device, wherein the housing further defines at least one charging interface, the charging device configured to interface with the charging interface.
