Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the marking device 100 of the preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a panel assembly 110, a marking plate 120 and a magnetic attraction member 130.
The panel assembly 110 includes a first panel 111 and a second panel 112. The first panel 111 and the second panel 112 are stacked and spaced apart from each other, and at least the second panel 112 is a transparent member. Specifically, only the second panel 112 may be a transparent member, or both the first panel 111 and the second panel 112 may be transparent members. In addition, the first panel 111 and the second panel 112 are made of a material having a good waterproof and dustproof performance and a good mechanical strength.
The identification plate 120 is clamped between the first panel 111 and the second panel 112, and is stacked with the first panel 111 and the second panel 112. The label plate 120 has a label face 121, the label face 121 facing the second panel 112. The identification information may be provided on the identification surface 121 as needed. Since the second panel 112 is a transparent plate, the maintenance personnel can observe the identification information from the side of the second panel 112 opposite to the identification surface 121 during observation. The specific content of the identification information is not limited herein, for example, the identification surface 121 is a green substrate, a gray circle is drawn in the middle of the identification surface 121, and black "work here" is printed in the circle.
The identification plate 120 is clamped between the first panel 111 and the second panel 112, and the identification plate 120 and the panel assembly 110 can be fixed, so that the identification plate 120 and the panel assembly 110 form a unified whole. Specifically, when the identification plate 120 is clamped between the first panel 111 and the second panel 112, the first panel 111 and the second panel 112 also protect the identification plate 120. When the entire marking device 100 is dropped to the ground and trampled by a person, or is contaminated by human factors during the installation process, the wiping of the first and second panels 111 and 112 can be resumed to clean the marking function of the marking plate 120, thereby providing the marking device 100 with better marking reliability.
It should be noted that, in order to prevent the sign board 120 from being dirty, the first panel 111 and the second panel 112 should completely cover two opposite surfaces of the sign board 120.
Specifically, the first panel 111 and the identification plate 120 may be adhered by transparent glue when they are fixed, or they may be integrally formed by mounting and pressing with fasteners.
Specifically, the first panel 111, the second panel 112, and the identification panel 120 may have the same shape or different shapes. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the first panel 111, the second panel 112 and the identification plate 120 have the same shape and size. Therefore, the first panel 111, the second panel 112 and the identification plate 120 are convenient to align and clamp to form a whole, and the formed whole has neat edges and beautiful appearance.
In addition, the first panel 111, the second panel 112, and the identification panel 120 may be rectangular, circular, triangular, or other shapes. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the first panel 111, the second panel 112 and the identification plate 120 are all rectangular.
The rectangular first panel 111, the rectangular second panel 112 and the rectangular identification plate 120 are easy to form, which facilitates to reduce the production cost of the identification device 100. Moreover, the rectangle is a more square figure, and has a better area of the identification area 121, so as to facilitate the layout design of the identification information on the identification board 120 according to the requirement.
Specifically, the identification panel 120 may be made of paper, glass, plastic, or other material. Specifically, in this embodiment, the identification plate 120 is a polyvinyl chloride plate.
The polyvinyl chloride plate is convenient to obtain materials and convenient to reduce the cost. Moreover, the ground color of the polyvinyl chloride is generally white or light yellow, so that when the identification information is arranged on the polyvinyl chloride plate, a large contrast can be formed between the ground color of the polyvinyl chloride plate and the color of the identification information, so that the identification plate 120 is more striking and is convenient for maintenance personnel to check.
Referring to fig. 4, the magnetic attraction member 130 is disposed on a side of the identification plate 120 opposite to the identification surface 121, and the magnetic attraction member 130 penetrates through and protrudes from the first panel 111. Specifically, the magnetic attraction member 130 may be a permanent magnet, a soft magnet, or the like. Preferably, the magnetic attraction member 130 is made of permanent magnet, which has a long service life.
Generally, the switch cabinet has a metal surface, and by providing the magnetic adsorption member 130, when the identification device 100 is installed, the identification device 100 is directly adsorbed to a proper position of the switch cabinet through the magnetic adsorption member 130, so that the identification device 100 can be firmly installed in the switch cabinet to prevent the identification device 100 from falling. The identification device 100 which is not easy to fall off enables maintenance personnel to find the corresponding maintenance team in time under the guidance of the identification information, and therefore the identification device has better identification reliability.
When specifically adsorbing identification means 100 on the cubical switchboard, usually adsorb identification means 100 on the surface of cubical switchboard, and identification face 121 dorsad cubical switchboard to make things convenient for the maintenance personal to watch.
Specifically, the magnetic attraction member 130 may be one, two, or more. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the number of the magnetic attraction pieces 130 is multiple, and the magnetic attraction pieces 130 are uniformly distributed on the identification plate 120.
Therefore, a plurality of uniform magnetic attraction forces are formed at a plurality of positions of the switch cabinet and the identification plate 120 to stably fix the identification device 100 on the switch cabinet and prevent the identification device 100 from falling.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the identification plate 120 is rectangular, and a plurality of magnetic attraction members 130 are disposed at intervals along the length and width directions of the identification plate 120. The magnetic attraction members 130 are arranged in a plurality of rows and columns and are distributed on the surface of the identification plate 120 opposite to the identification surface 121.
It should be noted that, in another embodiment, a plurality of magnetic attraction members 130 may also be disposed along the circumferential direction of the identification plate 120. Moreover, when the magnetic attraction member 130 is mounted on the identification plate 120, the magnetic attraction member 130 may be adhered to the identification plate 120, or a groove may be formed in the identification plate 120, and the magnetic attraction member 130 is clamped in the groove to achieve fixation.
In the present embodiment, the first panel 111 and the second panel 112 are both transparent members.
The second panel 112 is a transparent member, which facilitates the maintenance personnel to observe the identification information from the outside of the identification device 100 and to find the corresponding maintenance team under the guidance of the identification information. The first panel 111 is a transparent member, which facilitates the observation of the magnetic attraction member 130 and the operation of the magnetic attraction member 130 penetrating through the first panel 111 when the identification device 100 is assembled. Therefore, by providing the first panel 111 and the second panel 112 as transparent members, the assembly of the identification device 100 and the reading of the identification information can be facilitated.
Specifically, the first panel 111 and the second panel 112 may be made of transparent glass, plastic or other polymer materials. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the first panel 111 and the second panel 112 are both plastic members.
The transparent plastic member has high transparency and better mechanical strength. When the identification device 100 falls off the switch cabinet under the influence of external factors, the plastic component can keep a perfect shape, so that the recycling rate of the identification device 100 can be improved. Furthermore, plastic parts are generally waterproof and dustproof, and can be reused after wiping even if the first panel 111 and the second panel 112 are dirty.
In the embodiment, the first panel 111 has a stepped hole 1112, the magnetic attraction member 130 is a stepped structure, and the magnetic attraction member 130 penetrates through and is clamped in the stepped hole 1112.
The hole walls of the magnetic attraction piece 130 and the stepped hole 1112 in the stepped structure are decreased along the direction from the identification plate 120 to the first panel 111. Therefore, when the stepped structure is disposed through the stepped hole 1112, the wall of the stepped hole abuts against the surface of the stepped structure, so as to prevent the magnetic attraction force between the switch cabinet and the magnetic attraction member 130 from being too large to cause the magnetic attraction member 130 and the identification plate 120 to be separated and attracted to the switch cabinet when the identification device 100 is disassembled, thereby enabling the identification device 100 to have better reliability.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, in order to enhance the mounting firmness of the magnetic adsorbing member 130, a sealant may be further filled between the hole wall of the stepped hole 1112 and the magnetic adsorbing member 130, so that the magnetic adsorbing member 130 and the first panel 111 are mounted firmly, and the magnetic adsorbing member 130 is prevented from falling off.
Referring to fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the panel assembly 110 further includes a surrounding plate 140. The enclosure 140 extends along the circumferential direction of the first panel 111 and is detachably connected to the first panel 111 and the second panel 112, respectively.
The shroud 140 extends circumferentially of the first panel 111 to form an annular structure. Specifically, the enclosing plate 140 may be wrapped around the sides of the first panel 111, the second panel 112 and the identification plate 120 to enhance the stability of the installation among the first panel 111, the second panel 112 and the identification plate 120. By providing the enclosing plate 140, even when the first panel 111, the second panel 112 and the identification plate 120 are loosened, the enclosing plate 140 can fix the first panel 111, the second panel 112 and the identification plate 120 from the circumferential direction of the first panel 111, the second panel 112 and the identification plate 120 to form a firm whole.
In another embodiment, the enclosing plate 140 may also be enclosed to form a folded edge structure having a notch, and the location of the notch is not limited. It is only necessary to ensure that the enclosure 140 reinforces the mounting of the first panel 111, the second panel 112, and the identification panel 120.
The enclosing plate 140 is detachably connected to the first panel 111, the second panel 112 and the identification plate 120, and when the identification plate 120 inside the enclosure needs to be replaced, the enclosing plate 140 can be firstly detached, so as to detach the panel assembly 110 and the identification plate 120. After the sign board 120 is replaced, the first panel 111, the second panel 112 and the sign board 120 are reassembled, and the enclosing plate 140 is wrapped around the first panel 111, the second panel 112 and the sign board 120 again, so that the enclosing plate 140, the first panel 111 and the second panel 112 can be reused.
The enclosure 140 may be fixedly connected to the first panel 111 and the second panel 112 without regard to cost and resource recycling.
Further, in the present embodiment, two opposite sides of the first panel 111 are provided with first mounting holes 1113, and two opposite sides of the second panel 112 are provided with second mounting holes 1121. The enclosure plate 140 is formed with a first protrusion 141 and a second protrusion 142. The first protrusions 141 correspond to the first mounting holes 1113 of the first panel 111 one by one, and the second protrusions 142 correspond to the second mounting holes 1121 of the second panel 112 one by one.
By arranging the first protrusion 141, the second protrusion 142, the first mounting hole 1113 and the second mounting hole 1121, the first protrusion 141 is clamped in the first mounting hole 1113, and the second protrusion 142 is clamped in the second mounting hole 1121, so that the enclosure plate 140 can be detachably connected to the first panel 111 and the second panel 112. Moreover, the arrangement of the protrusions and the mounting holes makes the installation between the enclosing plate 140 and the first panel 111, the second panel 112 and the identification plate 120 simple, which facilitates to improve the installation efficiency of the identification device 100.
It should be noted that, in another embodiment, the first mounting hole 1113 may also be disposed along the circumferential direction of the first panel 111, the second mounting hole 1121 is disposed along the circumferential direction of the second panel 112, the first protrusion 141 is disposed at one side edge of the enclosure 140 and is disposed along the circumferential direction of the enclosure 140, and the second protrusion 142 is disposed at the other side edge of the enclosure 140 and is disposed along the circumferential direction of the enclosure 140.
In another embodiment, the first protrusion 141 may be disposed on the first panel 111, the second protrusion 142 may be disposed on the second panel 112, and the first mounting hole 1113 and the second mounting hole 1121 may be disposed on the enclosure 140. Alternatively, in another embodiment, the first panel 111, the second panel 112 and the shroud 140 may be connected by screw holes and bolts.
During the installation of the first panel 111, the second panel 112, and the enclosure 140, the width of the enclosure 140 is preferably equal to the sum of the thicknesses of the first panel 111, the second panel 112, and the identification panel 120. Thus, the edge of the enclosed marking device 100 can be ensured to be smooth, and the appearance is better.
In this embodiment, the identification device 100 further includes a transparent mounting plate 150. The mounting plate 150 is disposed at an end of the second panel 112, and encloses a receiving cavity 151 with an opening 152 with a surface of the second panel 112 facing away from the label plate 120.
Therefore, a signboard carrying different identification information from that on the signboard can be received in the receiving cavity 151 from the opening 152. For example, a signboard carrying identification information related to maintenance personnel to maintain teams, units, responsible persons and the like is placed, so that the maintenance personnel can conveniently and quickly find the corresponding switch cabinet. When the signboard is placed, the signboard is parallel to and stacked on the second panel 112.
Moreover, the opening 152 allows for flexible insertion, removal, or replacement of the identification plate for different service team requirements, thereby providing greater flexibility in the use of the identification device 100.
Further, in the present embodiment, a through groove 153 is formed at an edge of the opening 152.
The through grooves 153 can form a space between the mounting plate 150 and the signboard to eliminate the interference of the mounting plate 150 to the signboard, facilitate the clamping of the signboard from the through grooves 153, and replace the signboard.
Particularly, when the signboard is set, it is required to ensure that the signboard does not shield the identification information on the signboard 120. Since the first panel 111, the second panel 112 and the identification panel 120 are rectangular. It is preferable that the identification information of the identification plate 120 covers the end of the identification plate 120 far from the mounting plate 150 and the area between the two ends of the identification plate 120 to form a conspicuous identification information for guiding the maintenance personnel to approach the switch cabinet to be maintained. And then, the maintenance team corresponding to the user is found according to the identification information on the signboard. By providing the mounting plate 150 at one end of the second panel 112, the identification information on the identification plate 120 can be conveniently and fully distributed, so as to improve the utilization space of the identification plate 120.
In the present embodiment, the mounting plate 150 has a rectangular shape, the mounting plate 150 extends in the width direction of the second panel 112, and the opening 152 is opened at one end of the mounting plate 150.
Therefore, the mounting plate 150 is regularly mounted on the second panel 112, so that the area of the second panel 112, which is the rest of the information that can pass through the sign board 120, is also regularly arranged, thereby facilitating the layout of the sign information on the sign board 120. And the opening 152 is disposed at one end of the mounting plate 150, i.e. the opening 152 is located at one side of the second panel 112. The sides of the second panel 112 do not have any objects that could be obscured so that the sign can be quickly inserted or removed to improve the efficiency of installation of the sign device 100.
Further, in the present embodiment, there are a plurality of mounting plates 150, and the plurality of mounting plates 150 are disposed in parallel along the length direction of the second panel 112.
Since the same switch cabinet may require several different maintenance teams to operate at the same time. Therefore, by providing a plurality of mounting plates 150, a plurality of receiving cavities 151 can be formed on the surface of the second panel 112 facing away from the identification surface 121, and each receiving cavity 151 receives a maintenance team information to prompt the maintenance personnel to quickly find the working place.
Specifically, the opening 152 is disposed at one end of the mounting plate 150, so that when the plurality of signboard is mounted in the corresponding accommodating cavity 151, the plurality of signboard is inserted into and taken out of the accommodating cavity without interference, thereby facilitating replacement of the signboard.
It should be noted that adjacent mounting plates 150 may be spaced apart or may be positioned adjacent to each other. Preferably, they are disposed closely together, so that the footprint of the mounting plates 150 is reduced, thereby facilitating the utilization of space in the panel assembly 110 and the sign board 120.
In the present embodiment, the mounting plate 150 is made of the same material as the first panel 111 and the second panel 112, and is a plastic member. In another embodiment, the material used to form the mounting plate 150 and the first and second panels 111 and 112 may be different.
In the above-mentioned identification device 100, when being installed, the identification plate 120 is clamped between the first panel 111 and the second panel 112, the identification surface 121 of the identification plate 120 faces the second panel 112, and the second panel 112 is a transparent member, so that a maintenance worker can observe the identification information on the identification plate 120 from the side of the second panel 112 facing away from the identification surface 121. Moreover, the label plate 120 sandwiched between the first and second panels 111 and 112 is also protected from being soiled. The magnetic adsorbing member 130 penetrates through and protrudes from the first panel 111, so that the magnetic adsorbing member 130 is adsorbed on the metal surface of the switch cabinet, and the installation of the identification device 100 can be realized, thereby playing a guiding role. By providing the magnetic attraction member 130, the identification device 100 can be stably mounted on the switch cabinet to prevent the identification device 100 from falling. Therefore, the above-mentioned identification apparatus 100 has better identification reliability.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only represent some embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is specific and detailed, but not to be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, without departing from the spirit of the present invention, several variations and modifications can be made, which are within the scope of the present invention.
