6. The fluid delivery device as defined in claim 5, wherein the lower plate further has a second active space defined by the retaining wall, the two side portions and the top portion, such that the retaining wall is in a concave shape.

The fluid delivery device as defined in claim 4, wherein the inner walls of the two side portions further comprise a first slide rail disposed in the first active space, and the two sides of the support structure further comprise a second slide rail, the first slide rail being capable of engaging with the second slide rail.
8. The fluid delivery device of claim 4, wherein the top lower surface further comprises a first magnetic element, and the support structure upper surface further comprises a second magnetic element, the first and second magnetic elements being magnetically attractable.
9. The fluid delivery device of claim 1, wherein the lower plate further comprises an attachment ring that matingly engages the first exit aperture.
10. The fluid delivery device of claim 1, further comprising a pad disposed on an upper surface of the support structure.
