Accordingly, there is a need for a wire fixing device that is easy to operate, efficient in construction, and easy to assemble and disassemble.
The technical scheme is as follows:

In one embodiment, the wire releasing part comprises a first arc-shaped surface matched with the outer wall of the cable, the wire pressing part comprises a second arc-shaped surface opposite to the first arc-shaped surface, and the second arc-shaped surface is matched with the outer wall of the cable.
In one embodiment, the wire tightening mechanism includes at least two of the connecting members, and both ends of all the connecting members are respectively connected to the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate.
In one embodiment, the pay-off seat and the part of the wire tightening mechanism for contacting the cable are made of insulating materials.
In one embodiment, the wire fixing device further comprises a bracket, and one end of the pay-off seat is connected with the bracket.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more clearly understood, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and the following detailed description. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the scope of the invention, are intended for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the wire fixing device includes: pay off seat 100 and wire grip mechanism 200, pay off seat 100 is used for placing cable 10, and wire grip mechanism 200 is used for fixing cable 10 on the pay off seat 100.
As shown in fig. 2, in one embodiment, the wire unwinding seat 100 is provided with a wire unwinding portion 110, the wire tightening mechanism 200 includes a first clamping plate 210, a second clamping plate 220 and a connecting member, the first clamping plate 210 is disposed on one side of the wire unwinding seat 100, the first clamping plate 210 is provided with a wire pressing portion 211 opposite to the wire unwinding portion 110, the second clamping plate 220 is disposed on the opposite side of the wire unwinding seat 100 from the first clamping plate 210, and two ends of the connecting member are respectively connected to the first clamping plate 210 and the second clamping plate 220.
Specifically, the last side of unwrapping wire seat 100 is seted up to unwrapping wire portion 110, first splint 210 sets up in the upside of unwrapping wire seat 100, and line ball portion 211 locates the downside of first splint 210, unwrapping wire portion 110 sets up with line ball portion 211 relatively, second splint 220 sets up in the downside of unwrapping wire seat 100, the connecting piece is used for connecting first splint 210 and second splint 220, after cable 10 placed in unwrapping wire portion 110, line ball portion 211 on the first splint 210 can extrude cable 10, play the effect of fastening cable 10.
When the cable 10 is fixed by the wire fixing device, the cable 10 needs to be placed in the pay-off part 110 on the pay-off seat 100, then the cable 10 is extruded through the wire pressing part 211 of the first clamping plate 210, so that the cable 10 is fixed, the wire fixing device only needs to place the cable 10 in the pay-off part 110, and then the cable 10 is clamped through the wire tightening mechanism 200, so that the operation is convenient, the construction efficiency is high, and the cable 10 cannot be damaged in the wire fixing process.
As shown in fig. 1-2, the wire unwinding seat 100 is further provided with a pre-assembly portion, and the second clamping plate 220 is provided with a connecting portion, wherein the pre-assembly portion is detachably connected to the connecting portion. Second splint 220 and the seat of paying out 100 of tight line mechanism 200 can dismantle the connection through portion of preassembleing and connecting portion, during the operation, can connect second splint 220 on the seat of paying out 100 earlier, and the both hands that can vacate operating personnel like this are right first splint 210 and are connected first splint 210 and second splint 220 through the connecting piece, and convenient operation is particularly suitable for single operation in high altitude, and the efficiency of construction is high.
Furthermore, the pre-assembly portion is a slot 120 formed in the pay-off base 100, the connection portion is a plug 221 formed in the second clamping plate 220, and the plug 221 is inserted into the slot 120; or the preassembly part is a plug arranged on the pay-off seat 100, the connecting part is a slot arranged on the second clamping plate 220, and the plug is inserted into the slot. Through making during bolt 221 inserts slot 120, can realize being connected of second splint 220 and drawing wire receptacle 100, convenient operation, and through extracting bolt 221 from slot 120 can realize the separation of second splint 220 and drawing wire receptacle 100, convenient operation.
In one embodiment, the latch 221 is elastically engaged with an inner wall of the slot 120. Thus, the second clamping plate 220 can be fixed to the wire-releasing seat 100.
Specifically, the slot 120 is disposed at the bottom of the wire releasing base 100, the plug 221 is disposed on the upper surface of the second clamping plate 220, the plug 221 is elastically clamped to the inner wall of the slot 120, so that the plug 221 is prevented from being separated from the slot 120 due to gravity, and the plug 221 is elastically clamped to the inner wall of the slot 120, so that the second clamping plate 220 can be more conveniently mounted and dismounted.
More specifically, the plug 221 is made of plastic and/or metal with elasticity, and the like, and the middle of the plug 221 is hollow and the upper part is open, so that when the plug 221 is inserted into the socket 120, the plug 221 and the inner wall of the socket 120 are in interference fit.
In one embodiment, the tightening mechanism 200 further includes an adjusting member abutting against the first clamping plate 210 or the second clamping plate 220, and the adjusting member is used for moving the first clamping plate 210 and the second clamping plate 220 toward or away from each other. In this way, the degree of fastening of the first clamping plate 210 to the cable 10 can be changed by the adjusting member.
As shown in fig. 2, in one embodiment, the connecting member is provided with an abutting portion, the first clamping plate 210 is provided with a first assembling hole 213, the second clamping plate 220 is provided with a second assembling hole opposite to the first assembling hole 213, the connecting member passes through the first assembling hole 213 and the second assembling hole, and abuts against one side of the second clamping plate 220 far away from the first clamping plate 210, and the adjusting member is movably disposed on the connecting member and abuts against one side of the first clamping plate 210 far away from the second clamping plate 220. In this way, by moving the adjusting member on the connecting member, the distance between the first clamping plate 210 and the second clamping plate 220 can be changed, thereby adjusting the fastening degree of the first clamping plate 210 to the cable 10.
As shown in fig. 2, specifically, the connecting member is a bolt 230, the adjusting member is a nut 240, the first clamping plate 210 is provided with a first assembling hole 213, the second clamping plate 220 is provided with a second assembling hole opposite to the first assembling hole 213, the bolt 230 passes through the first assembling hole 213 and the second assembling hole, and makes the head 231 of the bolt abut against one side of the second clamping plate 220 away from the first clamping plate 210, and the nut 240 is in threaded connection with the bolt 230 and abuts against one side of the first clamping plate 210 away from the second clamping plate 220. Thus, by rotating the nut 240, the distance between the first clamping plate 210 and the second clamping plate 220 can be changed, thereby adjusting the fastening degree of the first clamping plate 210 to the cable 10. More specifically, the first and second mounting holes 213 and 213 are through holes. It will be appreciated that the head 231 of the bolt is the abutment of the connector.
In another embodiment, the connecting member has an abutting portion, the first clamping plate 210 has a first assembling hole 213, the second clamping plate 220 has a second assembling hole opposite to the first assembling hole 213, the connecting member passes through the first assembling hole 213 and the second assembling hole, and abuts against one side of the first clamping plate 210 away from the second clamping plate 220, and the adjusting member is movably disposed on the connecting member and abuts against one side of the second clamping plate 220 away from the first clamping plate 210. In this way, by moving the adjusting member on the connecting member, the distance between the first clamping plate 210 and the second clamping plate 220 can be changed, thereby adjusting the fastening degree of the first clamping plate 210 to the cable 10.

More specifically, the first assembly hole and the second assembly hole are through holes. It will be appreciated that the head of the bolt is the abutment of the connector.
In one embodiment, the adjusting member is a spring, one end of the connecting member is connected to the second clamping plate 220, the other end of the connecting member is connected to one end of the spring, and the other end of the spring abuts against one side of the first clamping plate 210 away from the second clamping plate 220. So, can change the distance between first splint 210 and the second splint 220 through the compression degree of external force adjusting spring, and after cable 10 put the unwrapping wire portion 110, the first splint 210 of spring automatic compression for first splint 210 and second splint 220 draw close each other, make cable 10 fastened, need not artifical manual regulation, convenient operation. And, the pressure of the first clamping plate 210 on the electric wire can be changed by replacing springs with different elastic coefficients.
Optionally, the connecting piece is long rod-shaped, the lower extreme and the second splint 220 fixed connection of connecting piece, and the upper end of connecting piece is equipped with the arch that extends along the horizontal direction, and the upper end and the protruding connection of spring, the lower extreme and the first splint 210 of spring keep away from one side butt of second splint 220.
In another embodiment, the adjusting member is a spring, one end of the connecting member is connected to the first clamping plate 210, the other end of the connecting member is connected to one end of the spring, and the other end of the spring abuts against one side of the second clamping plate 220 away from the first clamping plate 210. Optionally, the connecting piece is long rod-shaped, the upper end of the connecting piece is fixedly connected with the first clamping plate 210, the lower end of the connecting piece is provided with a protrusion extending along the horizontal direction, the lower end of the spring is connected with the protrusion, and the upper end of the spring is abutted against one side of the second clamping plate 220 far away from the first clamping plate 210.

As shown in fig. 2, in one embodiment, the wire releasing portion 110 includes a first arc-shaped surface 111 adapted to the outer wall of the cable 10, the wire pressing portion 211 includes a second arc-shaped surface 212 opposite to the first arc-shaped surface 111, and the second arc-shaped surface 212 is adapted to the outer wall of the cable 10. First arcwall face 111 and second arcwall face 212 all with the outer wall adaptation of cable 10, so, can reduce first splint 210 and the harm of seat 100 to cable 10 of paying out as far as possible, avoid cable 10 to be destroyed.
Specifically, the wire releasing portion 110 is a wire releasing slot opened on the wire releasing base 100, the first arc-shaped surface 111 is an arc-shaped structure recessed upwards, the second arc-shaped surface 212 is an arc-shaped structure recessed downwards, the diameter of the first arc-shaped surface is consistent with the diameter of the cable 10, and the diameter of the second arc-shaped surface is consistent with the diameter of the cable 10.
In one embodiment, the contact surface between the upper surface of the second clamping plate 220 and the lower surface of the payoff seat 100 is a plane. In this way, the stability and accuracy of the installation of the entire wire tightening mechanism 200 can be improved.
As shown in fig. 1-2, in one embodiment, the tightening mechanism 200 includes at least two connecting members, and the two ends of all the connecting members are connected to a first clamping plate 210 and a second clamping plate 220, respectively. In this way, the fastening degree between the first clamping plate 210 and the second pole plate can be improved.
Alternatively, the first clamping plate 210 and the second clamping plate 220 are both of a square plate structure, and at least one opposite corner of the first clamping plate 210 and the second clamping plate 220 is connected by a connecting member. Specifically, in this embodiment, there are 4 connecting members, and two ends of the four connecting members are respectively connected to four corners of the first clamping plate 210 and the lower second clamping plate 220.
In one embodiment, the payoff seat 100 and the tightening mechanism 200 are made of insulating material for contacting the cable 10. Therefore, the condition that the whole wire fixing device is electrified due to cable leakage can be avoided, and safety is guaranteed.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in one embodiment, the wire fixing device further includes a bracket 300, and one end of the wire seat 100 is connected to the bracket 300. The bracket 300 is used for mounting the wire releasing seat 100 and plays a role in fixing. Specifically, one end of the payout seat 100 is fixed to the bracket 300 by a bolt.
Optionally, the number of the wire payoff seats 100 and the number of the wire tightening mechanisms 200 are at least two, the at least two wire payoff seats 100 correspond to the at least two wire tightening mechanisms 200 one by one, a single wire payoff seat 100 and a single wire tightening mechanism 200 are matched to form a group, and the at least two wire payoff seats 100 are arranged on the support 300 at intervals.
Specifically to this embodiment, pay off seat 100 and tightening mechanism 200 are 4, and 4 pay off seats 100 correspond to 4 tightening mechanisms 200 one-to-one, and 4 pay off seats 100 are arranged along the length direction of support 300 at parallel intervals.
In another embodiment, the end of the wire unwinding seat 100 is slidably engaged with the bracket 300, so that the position of the wire unwinding seat 100 on the bracket can be adjusted, thereby adjusting the distance between two adjacent wire unwinding seats 100 and ensuring that two adjacent wire unwinding seats 100 are at a safe distance. Specifically, the support 300 is provided with a sliding groove, the end of the pay-off seat 100 is provided with a sliding block, and the sliding block is elastically clamped with the groove wall of the sliding groove.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
