本实用新型公开了一种防止叶轮卡死和降低噪音的水泵,包括泵体,所述泵体的一侧设置有进水口,所述泵体的另一侧设置有出水口,所述泵体内设置有泵轴,所述泵轴上设置有叶轮;所述叶轮包括轮盘和固定于所述轮盘一侧的弧形叶片,所述轮盘的中心设有轴孔,所述弧形叶片以所述轴孔为中心周向分布,所述轮盘的侧壁设有吸音降噪层;所述弧形叶片的上端设有弧形刀片,所述弧形刀片为具有锯齿端的刀片,所述弧形刀片的锯齿端远离所述弧形叶片的上端,所述弧形刀片的弧形方向与所述弧形叶片的弧形方向一致;所述弧形叶片的侧壁涂布有润滑层。本实用新型能够将进入水泵内的杂物切碎,防止叶轮卡死,且水泵使用时产生的噪音较低,减少噪音污染。

本实用新型属于水泵技术领域,特别是涉及一种防止叶轮卡死和降低噪音的水泵。
背景技术
水泵是输送液体或使液体增压的机械。它将原动机的机械能或其他外部能量传送给液体,使液体能量增加,主要用来输送液体包括水、油、酸碱液、乳化液、悬乳液和液态金属等。也可输送液体、气体混合物以及含悬浮固体物的液体。
叶轮是水泵中的核心部件,叶轮大多是由轮盘和设置在轮盘上的叶片组成,现有技术的水泵在使用过程中,进入到水泵内的杂物易使叶轮出现抱死的现象,因此需经常对水泵进行清理;并且,水泵产生的噪音较大,长时间与水泵打交道的人会导致身体变差,引发各种健康问题。

本实用新型主要解决的技术问题是提供一种防止叶轮卡死和降低噪音的水泵,能够将进入水泵内的杂物切碎,防止叶轮卡死,且水泵使用时产生的噪音较低,减少噪音污染。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的一个技术方案是:一种防止叶轮卡死和降低噪音的水泵,包括泵体,所述泵体的一侧设置有进水口,所述泵体的另一侧设置有出水口,所述泵体内设置有泵轴,所述泵轴上设置有叶轮;
所述叶轮包括轮盘和固定于所述轮盘一侧的若干弧形叶片,所述轮盘的中心设有轴孔,若干所述弧形叶片以所述轴孔为中心周向分布,所述轮盘的侧壁设有吸音降噪层,所述吸音降噪层的厚度为所述轮盘的侧壁的厚度的1/12-1/10;
所述弧形叶片的上端设有弧形刀片,所述弧形刀片为具有锯齿端的刀片,所述弧形刀片的锯齿端远离所述弧形叶片的上端,所述弧形刀片的弧形方向与所述弧形叶片的弧形方向一致;
所述弧形叶片的侧壁涂布有润滑层,所述润滑层的厚度为所述弧形叶片的厚度为1/4-1/3。

1、本实用新型的弧形叶片的上端设有弧形刀片,该弧形刀片能够将进入水泵内的杂物切碎,防止叶轮卡死,导致水泵停机,利于提高工作效率;
2、本实用新型的轮盘的侧壁设有吸音降噪层,超细离心玻璃棉制成的吸声降噪层具有吸声效果好的优点,再加之弧形叶片的侧壁涂布有润滑层,减少叶片与水体的摩擦,利于减少噪音污染。

实施例:一种防止叶轮卡死和降低噪音的水泵,如图1-图3所示,包括泵体1,所述泵体1的一侧设置有进水口2,所述泵体1的另一侧设置有出水口3,所述泵体1内设置有泵轴6,所述泵轴6上设置有叶轮4;
所述叶轮4包括轮盘41和固定于所述轮盘41一侧的若干弧形叶片42,所述轮盘41的中心设有轴孔43,若干所述弧形叶片42以所述轴孔为中心周向分布,所述轮盘的侧壁设有吸音降噪层,所述吸音降噪层的厚度为所述轮盘的侧壁的厚度的1/12-1/10;
所述弧形叶片42的上端设有弧形刀片44,所述弧形刀片44为具有锯齿端的刀片,所述弧形刀片44的锯齿端远离所述弧形叶片42的上端,所述弧形刀片44的弧形方向与所述弧形叶片42的弧形方向一致;
所述弧形叶片42的侧壁涂布有润滑层,所述润滑层的厚度为所述弧形叶片42的厚度为1/4-1/3。
还包括发动机5,所述发动机5的输出轴与所述泵轴6动力连接。
所述吸音降噪层位于所述轮盘靠近所述弧形叶片42的一侧。
所述锯齿端包括若干等间距分布的锯齿441。
所述锯齿441的截面为三角形。
所述吸音降噪层由离心超细玻璃棉制成。
所述弧形叶片42为六个,六个所述弧形叶片42的大小、形状和结构均相同。

所述叶轮包括轮盘(41)和固定于所述轮盘一侧的若干弧形叶片(42),所述轮盘的中心设有轴孔(43),若干所述弧形叶片以所述轴孔为中心周向分布,所述轮盘的侧壁设有吸音降噪层,所述吸音降噪层的厚度为所述轮盘的侧壁的厚度的1/12-1/10;
所述弧形叶片的上端设有弧形刀片(44),所述弧形刀片为具有锯齿端的刀片,所述弧形刀片的锯齿端远离所述弧形叶片的上端,所述弧形刀片的弧形方向与所述弧形叶片的弧形方向一致;
所述弧形叶片的侧壁涂布有润滑层,所述润滑层的厚度为所述弧形叶片的厚度为1/4-1/3。
