The impeller 136A is connected to the motor 133A, i.e., the impeller 136A is actuated by the power of the motor 133A to discharge the cleaning solution from the water outlet 1312A.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the circulation cleaning pump 13B includes a circulation body 131B having a water inlet 1311B and a water outlet 1312B, and when the circulation cleaning pump 13B is connected to the circulation kettle container 11B, the water inlet 1311B is kept at a predetermined distance from the bottom of the circulation kettle container 11B. In particular, the sealing control is adopted between the circulation cleaning pump 13B and the circulation kettle container 11B. It is worth mentioning that the circulation cleaning pump 13B may be implemented as a self-suction water pump or a side suction pump, which is not a limitation of the present invention. It should be added that the self-priming water pump has a certain self-priming function, and when the self-priming water pump is arranged in the circulation kettle container 11B, the self-priming water pump can be arranged at a higher position relatively. However, the self-priming water pump has high power and current, low load performance and fast flow rate decrease along with the rise of the load. Referring to fig. 6, a pipeline configuration embodiment of the circulation cleaning device 1B of the present invention is shown, and the circulation water pipe device 20B further includes at least one circulation tap 25B. It is understood that the number of the outlet water pipes 211B or the return water pipes 221B is changed in accordance with the circulation tap 25B. For example, taking the output water pipe 211B as an example, one circulation tap 25B is added, wherein a three-way tap is implemented, and then the number of the output water pipes 211B is implemented as 3. That is, one end of the first output water pipe 211Ba is connected to the circulation cleaning pump 13B through the output joint 23a, the other end of the first output water pipe 211Ba is connected to the circulation flow-dividing joint 25B, and the other two ports of the circulation flow-dividing joint 25B are respectively connected to the second output water pipe 211Bb and the third output water pipe 211 Bc. Similarly, the number of the circulation cleaning devices 30B is also changed according to the circulation tap 25B. The direct water pipe joint 32A connects the direct nozzle module 31A and the direct water pipe 21A so that the cleaning solution is sprayed from the direct nozzle module 31A to the outfit apparatus 300 for cleaning. In addition, the direct cleaning apparatus 30A further includes a direct heater 33A connected to the direct nozzle module 31A to heat the cleaning solution. In addition, the runner of the direct nozzle module 31A can be designed to be columnar, pressure atomized, oscillated, impacted, etc. so that the spraying modes of the cleaning solution are different, which is not the limitation of the present invention. Further, the usage of the direct nozzle module 31A may be changed according to actual requirements, so as to change the spraying of the cleaning solution.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the circulation cleaning device 30B includes at least one circulation nozzle module 31B. The circulation return joint 27B is connected to the circulation nozzle block 31B, the outlet pipe 211B of the outlet pipeline 21B, and the return pipe 221B of the return pipeline 22B, so as to spray the cleaning solution from the circulation nozzle block 31B to the preparation apparatus 300 when necessary, or to allow the cleaning solution to flow from the return pipe 221B to the circulation water tank apparatus 10B. In other words, the circulation cleaning pump 13B outputs the cleaning solution from the circulation water kettle device 10B to the output water pipe 211B, then flows from the output water pipe 211B to the circulation return joint 27B, then flows from the circulation return joint 26B to the circulation nozzle module 31B as required, and sprays the cleaning solution to the equipment device 300 via the circulation nozzle module 31B to clean the dirt of the equipment device 300, or flows directly from the circulation return joint 27B to the circulation water pipe 221B and flows back to the circulation water kettle device 10B. In addition, the circulation cleaning device 30B may further include a circulation heater 32B connected to the circulation nozzle module 31B to heat the cleaning solution.
As shown in fig. 7, which is a schematic illustration of the circulation cleaning apparatus 1B of the double washing apparatus 100 having 4 sets of the circulation washing devices 30B. The circulation split joint 25B is implemented in two, one being a four-way joint and one being a three-way joint. The recirculation connection 27B is implemented in four, which is a three-way connection. The number of the output water pipes 211B is 6, wherein the output water pipes are respectively a first output water pipe 211Ba, three second output water pipes 211Bb and two third output water pipes 211 Bc. The number of the return water pipes 221B is 4. Further, the circulating tap 25B of the four-way joint is respectively connected to the first output water pipe 211Ba and the three second output water pipes 211Bb, and the circulating tap 25B of the three-way joint is respectively connected to one of the second output water pipes 211Bb and the two third output water pipes 211 Bc. The circulation connection joint 26B is respectively connected to the return water pipe 221B, the circulation cleaning device 30B and the corresponding output water pipe 211B, so that the cleaning solution is continuously circulated among the circulation water kettle device 10B, the circulation water pipe device 20B and the circulation cleaning device 30B. Therefore, it can be understood that the present invention can set a plurality of circulation cleaning devices 30B according to the need of cleaning, wherein each part of the circulation pipe device 20 is correspondingly set up, which is not the limitation of the present invention.
The present invention also provides a dual cleaning apparatus method for a vehicle to clean various equipment devices 300 on the vehicle, comprising the steps of:
(a) a circulation cleaning device 1B for continuously circulating the cleaning solution;
(b) detecting the equipped device 300 to find a stain, and performing step (c);
(c) a main cleaning system for cleaning the outfit 300, wherein step (d) is performed in special cases;
and
(d) an auxiliary cleaning system cleans the dispensing device 300.
According to step (a) comprising the steps of:
(a1) the cleaning solution is output from a circulating water kettle device 10B to a circulating water pipe device 20B;
(a2) the cleaning solution flows from the circulating water pipe device 20B to a circulating return joint 27B;
(a3) the cleaning solution is diverted from the circulation return joint 27B to a circulation cleaning device 30B and a return water pipe 221B; and
(a4) when cleaning is required, the cleaning solution is sprayed from the circulation cleaning device 30B to the preparation device 300, and when cleaning is not required, the cleaning solution flows back from the return water pipe 221B to the circulation water tank device 10B.
According to the step (B), the state of the dispensing device 300 is detected by a sensing device 60, and when it is detected that foreign matter is hidden or attached to the dispensing device 300, a control device 50 issues an instruction to spray the cleaning solution to the dispensing device 300 by a direct cleaning device 30A or the circulation cleaning device 30B to remove the foreign matter.
According to step (c), wherein the special case is a malfunction of the primary cleaning system or absence of the wash solution.
According to step (c), the main cleaning system is implemented as a direct cleaning device 1A or as the circulating cleaning device 1B, which is not a limitation of the present invention.
According to step (d), the auxiliary cleaning system is implemented as the direct cleaning device 1A or the circulating cleaning device 1B, which is not a limitation of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3 to 13, there are a dual washing apparatus 100 and a vehicle 200 having the dual washing apparatus 100, implemented according to a first variation of the preferred embodiment of the present invention, in which the water jug device 10 is shared. The vehicle 200 includes a pair of washing apparatuses 100 adapted to wash respective equipping apparatuses 300 provided to the vehicle 200. In particular, the double washing apparatus 100 is used to clean or wash each of the outfits 300, and also to control or maintain the temperature of the vehicle 200. Wherein the double washing apparatus 100 includes a direct cleaning apparatus 1A, a circulation cleaning apparatus 1B, and a kettle device 10. That is, the direct cleaning apparatus 1A and the circulation cleaning apparatus 1B share the kettle device 10 in this embodiment. Both the direct cleaning apparatus 1A and the circulating cleaning apparatus 1B may be used to wash the equipping device 300, respectively, wherein the circulating cleaning apparatus 1B may further regulate the temperature of the vehicle 200. It is worth mentioning that the dual cleaning apparatus 100 can set the direct cleaning apparatus 1A or the circulation cleaning apparatus 1B as a main cleaning system and an auxiliary cleaning system, respectively, and these two sets of cleaning apparatuses can be matched to each other, and when one set has no cleaning solution or fails, the other set can be directly switched to be used. It is worth mentioning that when the direct cleaning apparatus 1A is the main cleaning system, the circulation cleaning apparatus 1B is the auxiliary cleaning system. When the direct cleaning apparatus 1A is the auxiliary cleaning system, the circulation cleaning apparatus 1B is the main cleaning system. This is not a limitation of the present invention.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the dual cleaning apparatus 100 can perform the control cleaning or the automatic cleaning to each of the outfit devices 300 of the dirty objects more quickly. Also, the double washing apparatus 100 may wash each of the outfits 300 at any time and any place, whether the vehicle 200 is running or the vehicle 200 is stopped. In particular, the user does not wash or wipe each of the outfits 300 manually in person by the double washing apparatus 100, but directly washes automatically through the double washing apparatus 100. In other words, the user can get on the vehicle when the outfit 300 is washed by the double washing apparatus 100. It is worth mentioning that two cleaning equipment 100 except being applicable to the vehicle, still can be applicable to intelligent vehicle or general vehicle, like motor vehicle, electric motor car, oil-electricity hybrid vehicle. In other words, the dual cleaning apparatus 100 may clean the equipment installed on the smart car, the motor vehicle, the electric vehicle, or the hybrid vehicle, which is not a limitation of the present invention. In addition, the outfit apparatus 300 may be implemented as a tachograph, a car backing apparatus, a camera module, a camera device, front and rear windshields, a car light, a license plate, and the like.
According to this embodiment of the present invention, the direct cleaning device 1A and the circulation cleaning device 1B are respectively connected to the kettle device 10 so as to be suitable for washing the respective outfit devices 300 provided in the vehicle. Further, in the present embodiment, the direct cleaning apparatus 1A and the circulation cleaning apparatus 1B share the kettle device 10 to wash each of the outfit apparatuses 300 at any time and any place as needed, whether the vehicle 200 is running or the vehicle 200 is stopped. In particular, the direct cleaning apparatus 1A comprises at least one direct water pipe device 20A, and at least one direct washing device 30A. The direct water pipe device 20A connects the kettle device 10 and the direct cleaning device 30A. The direct washing apparatus 30A is installed with respect to at least one of the outfits 300 of the vehicle 200. That is, the direct washing device 30A is aligned with the dispensing device 300 such that the direct water pipe device 20A delivers the washing solution in the kettle device 10 to the direct washing device 30A and sprays the washing solution through the direct washing device 30A to directly wash the dispensing device 300. In other words, the cleaning solution in the kettle device 10 flows to the direct cleaning device 30A through the direct water pipe device 20A and is sprayed to the outfit device 300 through the direct cleaning device 30A to clean the outfit device 300 by the force of the sprayed and cleaning solution flowing. In addition, the cleaning solution in the kettle device 10 may be implemented as water or cleaning solvent, which is not a limitation of the present invention. In particular, the circulation cleaning device 1B comprises at least one circulation water pipe means 20B, and at least one circulation washing means 30B. The circulating water pipe device 20B is connected with the kettle device 10 and the circulating cleaning device 30B. The circulation washing device 30B is installed with respect to at least one of the equipment devices 300 of the vehicle 200. That is, the circulation cleaning device 30B is aligned with the dispensing device 300 so that the dispensing device 300 can be directly cleaned by the cleaning solution sprayed from the circulation cleaning device 30B into the kettle device 10. In other words, the cleaning solution in the kettle device 10 flows to the circulation cleaning device 30B through the circulation water pipe device 20B and is sprayed to the outfit device 300 through the circulation cleaning device 30B to clean the outfit device 300 by the force of the sprayed and cleaning solution flowing. It is worth mentioning that the cleaning solution can flow continuously between the circulating water pipe means 20B and the kettle means 10. In other words, the cleaning solution flows through the circulation pipe means 20B without interruption, and when the outfit apparatus 300 is to be cleaned, the cleaning solution may directly flow from the circulation pipe means 20B to the circulation cleaning means 30B and be sprayed. Therefore, the washing solution can accelerate the washing speed and keep the temperature of the vehicle within a certain range. In addition, the cleaning solution in the kettle device 10 may be implemented as water or cleaning solvent, which is not a limitation of the present invention. In addition, the direct cleaning apparatus 1A and the circulation cleaning apparatus 1B may be set to the main cleaning system or the auxiliary cleaning system, respectively, as required, which is not a limitation of the present invention.
According to this embodiment of the present invention, the dual cleaning apparatus 100 further comprises a temperature control device 40 connected to the kettle device 10 to control or adjust the temperature of the cleaning solution in the kettle device 10 according to the external environment temperature or the temperature inside and outside the vehicle. It is worth mentioning that when the external environment temperature or the vehicle interior and exterior temperature is relatively low, the temperature control device 40 will increase the temperature of the cleaning solution in the kettle device 10, so that when the cleaning solution flows in the circulating water pipe device 20B, the temperature in the vehicle will increase. Similarly, when the external environment temperature or the internal and external temperature of the vehicle is relatively high, the temperature control device 40 will lower the temperature of the cleaning solution in the kettle device 10, so that the temperature in the vehicle will be lowered when the cleaning solution flows in the circulating water pipe device 20B.
According to this embodiment of the present invention, the number of the direct cleaning devices 30A of the direct cleaning apparatus 1A can be set with respect to the number of the outfit device 300, wherein the direct cleaning devices 30A are connected to the water bottle device 10 via the direct water pipe device 20A to obtain the cleaning solution. That is, the cleaning solution may be sent to at least one or more of the direct cleaning devices 30A via the direct water pipe device 20A. In addition, the number of the circulation cleaning devices 30B of the circulation cleaning apparatus 1B may be set corresponding to the number of the outfit devices 300, wherein the circulation cleaning devices 30B are connected to the water bottle device 10 through the circulation water pipe device 20B to obtain the cleaning solution. In particular, the cleaning solution can be delivered to at least one or more of the circulating cleaning devices 30B via the circulating water pipe device 20B, while the cleaning solution which reaches the circulating cleaning device 30B and is not sprayed can be returned to the kettle device 10 via the circulating water pipe device 20B. That is, the washing solution is fed out from the kettle device 10 via the kettle device 10 and flows to the circulation washing device 30B via the circulation water pipe device 20B, the washing solution is sprayed to the outfit device 300 when washing is required, and the washing solution is automatically returned to the kettle device 10 from the circulation water pipe device 20B when washing is not required.
According to this embodiment of the present invention, the double cleaning apparatus 100 further includes a control device 50, wherein the kettle device 10, the direct cleaning device 30A, the circulation cleaning device 30B, and the temperature control device 40 are respectively connected to the control device 50 to control the direct cleaning device 30A or the circulation cleaning device 30B to clean the outfit device 300 of the vehicle 200, and to control the temperature control device 40 to control the temperature of the cleaning solution. It should be noted that the control device 50 may be implemented as a control unit of the vehicle 200, or may be an independent controller. That is, when the control device 50 is a control unit of the vehicle 200, the control unit of the vehicle 200 includes the control device 50. When the control device 50 is an independent controller, the control device 50 can be independently installed on the vehicle 200 and can be connected to a control unit of the vehicle 200, and the setting manner of these is not a limitation of the present invention.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the double cleaning apparatus 100 further comprises a sensing device 60 electrically connected to the control device 50 and adapted to detect the state of the outfit device 300, when the sensing device 60 detects that a foreign object is hidden or attached to the outfit device 300, the sensing device 60 notifies the control device 50, and the control device 50 issues an instruction to enable the direct cleaning device 30A or the circulation cleaning device 30B to spray the cleaning solution to the outfit device 300 to remove the foreign object. In other words, when a stain, muddy water or dust falls to the outfit apparatus 300 and affects the use of the outfit apparatus 300, the sensing apparatus 60 notifies the control apparatus 50 so that the direct cleaning apparatus 30A or the circulation cleaning apparatus 30B sprays the cleaning solution to the outfit apparatus 300 until there is no stain, muddy water or dust on the outfit apparatus 300. It is worth mentioning that the cleaning solution in the circulating cleaning device 1B continuously flows through the circulating water pipe device 20B, and when the sensing device 60 detects that the outfit device 300 has foreign matters, the cleaning solution directly flows through the circulating water pipe device 20B to the circulating cleaning device 30B to be sprayed, so that the cleaning efficiency is effectively improved without waiting for the cleaning solution to be sent out from the kettle device 10. In other words, the present invention will more effectively and quickly wash the outfit 300 of the vehicle 200 by the circulation cleaning apparatus 1B, while also having the temperature control efficiency of the vehicle 200.

It is worth mentioning that the circulation cleaning pump 13B can continuously supply the cleaning solution from the water container 11 to the circulation water pipe means 20B. In particular, when the circulation cleaning device 30B does not spray the cleaning solution, the cleaning solution will flow back to the jug vessel 11 from the circulation water pipe device 20B.

It is worth mentioning that the filling pipe 12 can be manufactured by a blow molding process or an injection molding process, i.e. the filling pipe 12 can be implemented as a blow molding filling pipe or an injection molding filling pipe. It is worth mentioning that the circulation cleaning pump 13B may be implemented as a self-suction water pump or a side suction pump, which is not a limitation of the present invention. It should be added that the self-priming pump has a certain self-priming function, and when the self-priming pump is arranged in the water bottle container 11, the self-priming pump can be arranged at a higher position relatively. However, the self-priming water pump has high power and current, low load performance and fast flow rate decrease along with the rise of the load. In addition, the side suction pump has a large opening, so the water inlet amount is sufficient, and the large flow cleaning under the low power can be realized, but the side suction pump has no self-absorption function, so the side suction pump is required to be arranged at a low position when being arranged in the kettle container 11.
According to the utility model discloses an embodiment, direct water pipe device 20A includes at least a direct water pipe 21A and a direct joint 22A. The direct water pipe arrangement 20A further comprises at least one direct protective sleeve 24A arranged between the direct water pipe 21A and the direct connection 22A. In other words, after the direct water pipe 21A is connected to the direct connector 22A, the direct protection sleeve 24A is disposed at the connection position of the two, so as to prevent the direct water pipe 21A from falling off and leaking water.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the circulating water pipe device 20B includes an output pipeline 21B, a return pipeline 22B and at least two circulating joints 23B. The two circulation joints 23B are respectively connected to the output pipeline 21B and the return pipeline 22B. One of the circulation joints 23B is connected to the circulation cleaning pump 13B and the output pipeline 21B. The other circulation joint 23B connects the water bottle device 10 and the return line 22B. It should be mentioned that the output pipeline 21B includes at least one output water pipe 211B and at least one output fastener 212B, wherein the output fastener 212B is used for fixing the output water pipe 211B and the circulation output connector 23 Ba. The return line 22B includes at least one return pipe 221B and at least one return snap 222B, wherein the return snap 222B is used to fix the return pipe 221B and the circulation return joint 23 Bb. It will be appreciated that when the water pipe is connected to the circulation connector 23B, the circulation protection sleeve 24B is disposed at the connection position to prevent the water pipe from falling off and leaking water. In addition, the direct protective sheath 24A and the circulating protective sheath 24B may be implemented as components of the same material and the same structure, that is, the two are the same protective sheath, which is not a limitation of the present invention.
The direct water pipe apparatus 20A further includes at least one direct tap 25A. The circulation water pipe device 20BB further includes at least one circulation tap 25B. It will be appreciated that the number of direct water lines 21A will vary in cooperation with the direct tap 25A. The number of the outlet water pipes 211B or the return water pipes 221B is changed in accordance with the circulation tap 25B. In addition, the direct water pipe apparatus 20A may further include at least one direct connection joint 26A. The circulating water pipe device 20B may further include at least one circulating connection joint 26B. It will be appreciated that the number of direct water pipes 21A may also vary in conjunction with the direct connection fitting 26A. The number of the output water pipes 211B or the return water pipes 221B is also changed in accordance with the circulation connection joint 26B. In addition, the circulating water pipe device 20B further includes at least one or more circulating joints 27B. The number of recirculation unions 27B is equal to the number of recirculation cleaning devices 30B.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the direct cleaning device 30A includes at least one direct nozzle module 31A and at least one direct water pipe connector 32A. The direct water pipe joint 32A connects the direct nozzle module 31A and the direct water pipe 21A so that the cleaning solution is sprayed from the direct nozzle module 31A to the outfit apparatus 300 for cleaning. In addition, the direct cleaning apparatus 30A further includes a direct heater 33A connected to the direct nozzle module 31A to heat the cleaning solution. In addition, the runner of the direct nozzle module 31A can be designed to be columnar, pressure atomized, oscillated, impacted, etc. so that the spraying modes of the cleaning solution are different, which is not the limitation of the present invention. Further, the usage of the direct nozzle module 31A may be changed according to actual requirements, so as to change the spraying of the cleaning solution.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the circulation cleaning device 30B includes at least one circulation nozzle module 31B. The circulation return joint 27B is connected to the circulation nozzle block 31B, the outlet pipe 211B of the outlet pipeline 21B, and the return pipe 221B of the return pipeline 22B, so as to spray the cleaning solution from the circulation nozzle block 31B to the preparation apparatus 300 when necessary, or to allow the cleaning solution to flow from the return pipe 221B to the water bottle apparatus 10. In other words, the circulation cleaning pump 13B outputs the cleaning solution from the water bottle apparatus 10 to the output water pipe 211B, and then flows from the output water pipe 211B to the circulation return joint 27B, and then flows from the circulation return joint 26B to the circulation nozzle module 31B as required, and sprays the cleaning solution to the equipment apparatus 300 via the circulation nozzle module 31B to clean the dirt of the equipment apparatus 300, or flows directly from the circulation return joint 27B to the return water pipe 221B and returns to the water bottle apparatus 10. In addition, the circulation cleaning device 30B may further include a circulation heater 32B connected to the circulation nozzle module 31B to heat the cleaning solution.
It should be noted that fig. 8 to 12 are schematic views illustrating the dual cleaning apparatus of the present invention configured on a vehicle, wherein fig. 8 is configured with the direct cleaning apparatus 1A, and fig. 9 to 12 are configured with the circulating cleaning apparatus 1B. The arrangement in between is not absolute, that is, the direct cleaning apparatus 1A in fig. 8 and the circulation cleaning apparatus 1B in fig. 9 may be arranged on the vehicle at the same time. All of fig. 8 to 12 may be disposed on the same vehicle. Or different combination configurations, which is not a limitation of the present invention. In particular, the circulation cleaning device 1B in fig. 9 to 12 can also be directly replaced by the direct cleaning device 1A, and different combination example configurations are implemented, which is not a limitation of the present invention. In other words, the configuration combination of the direct cleaning apparatus 1A and the circulating cleaning apparatus 1B is adjustable according to actual needs.
The present invention also provides a dual cleaning method for a vehicle to clean various equipment devices 300 on the vehicle, comprising the steps of:
(e) a circulation cleaning device 1B for continuously circulating the cleaning solution;
(f) detecting the equipped device 300 to find a stain, and performing step (c);
(g) a main cleaning system for cleaning the outfit 300, wherein step (d) is performed in special cases;
and
(h) an auxiliary cleaning system cleans the dispensing device 300.
According to step (a) comprising the steps of:
(a1) the cleaning solution is output from a kettle device 10 to a circulating water pipe device 20B;
(a2) the cleaning solution flows from the circulating water pipe device 20B to a circulating return joint 27B;
(a3) the cleaning solution is diverted from the circulation return joint 27B to a circulation cleaning device 30B and a return water pipe 221B; and
(a4) when cleaning is required, the cleaning solution is sprayed from the circulation cleaning device 30B to the preparation device 300, and when cleaning is not required, the cleaning solution flows back to the kettle device 10B from the return water pipe 221B.
According to the step (B), the state of the dispensing device 300 is detected by a sensing device 60, and when it is detected that foreign matter is hidden or attached to the dispensing device 300, a control device 50 issues an instruction to spray the cleaning solution to the dispensing device 300 by a direct cleaning device 30A or the circulation cleaning device 30B to remove the foreign matter.
According to step (c), wherein the special case is when the primary cleaning system fails.
According to step (c), the main cleaning system is implemented as a direct cleaning device 1A or as the circulating cleaning device 1B, which is not a limitation of the present invention.
According to step (d), the auxiliary cleaning system is implemented as the direct cleaning device 1A or the circulating cleaning device 1B, which is not a limitation of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, 5 to 12, 14, there is a second modified embodiment of the water bottle apparatus 10 of the double washing apparatus 100 according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention. Furthermore, in this variant embodiment the kettle device 10 has only one washing pump, wherein the direct cleaning device 1A and the circulating cleaning device 1B are connected by means of a diverter valve. In other words, the double washing apparatus 100 includes a direct cleaning apparatus 1A, a circulation cleaning apparatus 1B, and a water jug device 10. In this variant embodiment the direct cleaning device 1A and the recirculation cleaning device 1B also share the kettle means 10, but in contrast to the second preferred embodiment there is only one pump output. Also, both the direct cleaning apparatus 1A and the circulation cleaning apparatus 1B may be used to wash the outfit 300, respectively, wherein the circulation cleaning apparatus 1B may further regulate the temperature of the vehicle 200. It is worth mentioning that the dual washing apparatus 100 can set the direct cleaning apparatus 1A or the circulation cleaning apparatus 1B as a main cleaning system and an auxiliary cleaning system, respectively, and these two sets of cleaning apparatuses can be matched to each other, and when one of them fails, it can be directly switched to the other set for use. It is worth mentioning that when the direct cleaning apparatus 1A is the main cleaning system, the circulation cleaning apparatus 1B is the auxiliary cleaning system. When the direct cleaning apparatus 1A is the auxiliary cleaning system, the circulation cleaning apparatus 1B is the main cleaning system. This is not a limitation of the present invention.
According to this embodiment of the present invention, the direct cleaning device 1A and the circulation cleaning device 1B are respectively connected to the kettle device 10 so as to be suitable for washing the respective outfit devices 300 provided in the vehicle. Further, in the present embodiment, the direct cleaning apparatus 1A and the circulation cleaning apparatus 1B share the kettle device 10 to wash each of the outfit apparatuses 300 at any time and any place as needed, whether the vehicle 200 is running or the vehicle 200 is stopped. In particular, the direct cleaning apparatus 1A comprises at least one direct water pipe device 20A, and at least one direct washing device 30A. The direct water pipe device 20A connects the kettle device 10 and the direct cleaning device 30A. In addition, the circulation cleaning device 1B comprises at least one circulation water pipe device 20B and at least one circulation washing device 30B. The circulating water pipe device 20B is connected with the kettle device 10 and the circulating cleaning device 30B. The circulation washing device 30B is installed with respect to at least one of the equipment devices 300 of the vehicle 200.
According to this embodiment of the present invention, the dual cleaning apparatus 100 further comprises a temperature control device 40 connected to the kettle device 10 to control or adjust the temperature of the cleaning solution in the kettle device 10 according to the external environment temperature or the temperature inside and outside the vehicle. The double washing apparatus 100 further includes a control device 50, wherein the kettle device 10, the direct washing device 30A, the circulation washing device 30B, and the temperature control device 40 are respectively connected to the control device 50 to control the direct washing device 30A or the circulation washing device 30B to wash the outfit 300 of the vehicle 200, and to control the temperature control device 40 to control the temperature of the washing solution. The double cleaning apparatus 100 further includes a sensing device 60 electrically connected to the control device 50 and adapted to detect a state of the dispensing device 300, and when the sensing device 60 detects that a foreign object is hidden or attached to the dispensing device 300, the sensing device 60 notifies the control device 50, and the control device 50 issues an instruction to spray the cleaning solution to the dispensing device 300 by the direct cleaning device 30A or the circulation cleaning device 30B to remove the foreign object. Two cleaning equipment 100 still includes one and hides telescoping device 70, wherein direct belt cleaning device 30A circulating cleaning device 30B with controlling means 50 connect respectively in hide telescoping device 70, it is right to be in need when being equipped with the device 300 and wasing, by controlling means 50 assigns the instruction and makes hide telescoping device 70 and release direct belt cleaning device 30A or circulating cleaning device 30B is in order to right it washs to being equipped with device 300, and after wasing the completion, by hiding telescoping device 70 and driving belt cleaning device 30 resets.
According to this embodiment of the present invention, the water bottle apparatus includes a water bottle container 11, a filling pipe 12, a common cleaning pump 13, a level sensor 14, and a diversion valve 15. The kettle vessel 11 is adapted to contain a cleaning solution, like water or a cleaning solvent. The filler pipe 12 is connected to the kettle container 11. The cleaning solution can be added to the kettle vessel 11 through the filler tube 12. The shared cleaning pump 13 is connected with the kettle vessel 11 and the diverter valve 15. The direct water pipe means 20A and the circulating water pipe means 20B are connected to the diverting valve 15, respectively. The cleaning solution in the kettle vessel 11 is delivered to the direct water pipe means 20A and the circulating water pipe means 20B via the shared cleaning pump 13 and the flow dividing valve 15. In addition, the shared cleaning pump 13 is kept at a predetermined distance from the bottom of the kettle vessel 11. It is worth mentioning that the shared cleaning pump 13 continuously delivers the cleaning solution from the kettle vessel 11 to the circulating water pipe arrangement 20B. In particular, when the circulation cleaning device 30B does not spray the cleaning solution, the cleaning solution will flow back to the jug vessel 11 from the circulation water pipe device 20B. The kettle container 11 may be manufactured by blow moulding or welding, i.e. the kettle container 11 may be implemented as a blow moulded kettle or a welded kettle. The filling tube 12 can be manufactured by a blow molding process or an injection molding process, i.e. the filling tube 12 can be implemented as a blow molding filling tube or an injection molding filling tube. The level sensor 14 can be implemented as a level gauge, an electrode level sensor, and a float level sensor, which is not a limitation of the present invention. The shared washer pump 13 may be implemented as a self-priming pump or a side-priming pump, which is not a limitation of the present invention.
According to a variant embodiment of the present invention, said direct water pipe device 20A comprises at least one direct water pipe 21A and a direct joint 22A. The direct joint 22A connects the direct water pipe 21A and the diverter valve 15. It will be appreciated that the direct connection 22A facilitates connection of the direct water line 21A to the diverter valve 15. It is worth mentioning that the direct joint 22A may be implemented as a normal joint, a quick joint or a check valve joint, which is not a limitation of the present invention. In addition, the direct water pipe 21A may be made of EPDM, PVE, HDPE materials. Further, the direct water pipe device 20A further includes a direct snap 23A to fix the direct water pipe 21A and the direct joint 22A. The direct snap 23A may be implemented as a water pipe clip, a ribbon or a sheet metal snap. The direct water pipe arrangement 20A further comprises at least one direct protective sleeve 24A arranged between the direct water pipe 21A and the direct connection 22A. In other words, after the direct water pipe 21A is connected to the direct connector 22A, the direct protection sleeve 24A is disposed at the connection position of the two, so as to prevent the direct water pipe 21A from falling off and leaking water.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the circulating water pipe device 20B includes an output pipeline 21B, a return pipeline 22B and at least two circulating joints 23B. The two circulation joints 23B are respectively connected to the output pipeline 21B and the return pipeline 22B. One of the circulation joints 23B connects the flow dividing valve 15 and the output pipe 21B. The other circulation joint 23B connects the water bottle device 10 and the return line 22B. For convenience of explanation, the two circulation joints 23B are hereinafter defined as a circulation output joint 23Ba and a circulation return joint 23Bb, respectively. It is to be understood that the circulation output connector 23Ba and the circulation return connector 23Bb are the same connector only for convenience of explaining the relationship of the components, so that different names are defined for easy interpretation, which is not a limitation of the present invention. Therefore, the circulation outlet connector 23Ba is provided to facilitate the connection of the outlet line 21B to the flow dividing valve 15, and the circulation return connector 23Bb is provided to facilitate the connection of the return line 22B to the water container apparatus 10. It is worth mentioning that the circulation joint 23B may be implemented as a normal joint, a quick joint or a check valve joint, which is not a limitation of the present invention. In addition, the direct joint 22A may also implement the same joint as the circulation joint 23B, which is not a limitation of the present invention.
It should be mentioned that the output pipeline 21B includes at least one output water pipe 211B and at least one output fastener 212B, wherein the output fastener 212B is used for fixing the output water pipe 211B and the circulation output connector 23 Ba. The return line 22B includes at least one return pipe 221B and at least one return snap 222B, wherein the return snap 222B is used to fix the return pipe 221B and the circulation return joint 23 Bb. It is understood that the outlet pipe 211B and the return pipe 221B may be implemented as water pipes made of EPDM, PVE, or HDPE, i.e. the outlet pipe 211B and the return pipe 221B may be the same water pipe. Similarly, the output buckle 212B and the backflow buckle 222B can also be implemented as a water pipe buckle, a ribbon or a metal plate buckle, etc., that is, the output buckle 212B and the backflow buckle 222B are the same buckle. That is, the output water pipe 211B and the return water pipe 221B are the same water pipe, the output buckle 212B and the return buckle 222B are the same buckle, and different names are only used for convenience of explaining the relationship between the components, which is not a limitation of the present invention.
According to the utility model discloses an embodiment, circulating water pipe device 20B still includes two at least circulation protective sheaths 24B, its set up in output water pipe 211B with between the circulation output connects 23Ba, and return water pipe 221B with between the circulation backward flow connects 23 Bb. It will be appreciated that when the water pipe is connected to the circulation connector 23B, the circulation protection sleeve 24B is disposed at the connection position to prevent the water pipe from falling off and leaking water. In addition, the direct protective sheath 24A and the circulating protective sheath 24B may be implemented as components of the same material and the same structure, that is, the two are the same protective sheath, which is not a limitation of the present invention.
The direct water pipe apparatus 20A further includes at least one direct tap 25A. The circulation water pipe device 20BB further includes at least one circulation tap 25B. It will be appreciated that the number of direct water lines 21A will vary in cooperation with the direct tap 25A. The number of the outlet water pipes 211B or the return water pipes 221B is changed in accordance with the circulation tap 25B. In addition, the direct water pipe apparatus 20A may further include at least one direct connection joint 26A. The circulating water pipe device 20B may further include at least one circulating connection joint 26B. It will be appreciated that the number of direct water pipes 21A may also vary in conjunction with the direct connection fitting 26A. The number of the output water pipes 211B or the return water pipes 221B is also changed in accordance with the circulation connection joint 26B. In addition, the circulating water pipe device 20B further includes at least one or more circulating joints 27B. The number of recirculation unions 27B is equal to the number of recirculation cleaning devices 30B.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the direct cleaning device 30A includes at least one direct nozzle module 31A and at least one direct water pipe connector 32A. The direct water pipe joint 32A connects the direct nozzle module 31A and the direct water pipe 21A so that the cleaning solution is sprayed from the direct nozzle module 31A to the outfit apparatus 300 for cleaning. In addition, the direct cleaning apparatus 30A further includes a direct heater 33A connected to the direct nozzle module 31A to heat the cleaning solution. In addition, the runner of the direct nozzle module 31A can be designed to be columnar, pressure atomized, oscillated, impacted, etc. so that the spraying modes of the cleaning solution are different, which is not the limitation of the present invention. Further, the usage of the direct nozzle module 31A may be changed according to actual requirements, so as to change the spraying of the cleaning solution.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the circulation cleaning device 30B includes at least one circulation nozzle module 31B. The circulation return joint 27B is connected to the circulation nozzle block 31B, the outlet pipe 211B of the outlet pipeline 21B, and the return pipe 221B of the return pipeline 22B, so as to spray the cleaning solution from the circulation nozzle block 31B to the preparation apparatus 300 when necessary, or to allow the cleaning solution to flow from the return pipe 221B to the water bottle apparatus 10. In other words, the shared cleaning pump 13 enables the cleaning solution to flow from the water bottle apparatus 10 to the flow divider 15, directly to the outlet water pipe 211B, then to the circulation flow-back adapter 27B through the outlet water pipe 211B, then to the circulation flow-back adapter 26B as required, and to spray the cleaning solution to the equipment apparatus 300 through the circulation flow-back adapter 31B to clean the dirt of the equipment apparatus 300, or directly to the circulation flow-back pipe 221B through the circulation flow-back adapter 27B and back to the water bottle apparatus 10. In addition, the circulation cleaning device 30B may further include a circulation heater 32B connected to the circulation nozzle module 31B to heat the cleaning solution.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the embodiments of the present invention as described above and shown in the drawings are given by way of example only and are not limiting of the present invention. The objects of the present invention have been fully and effectively accomplished. The functional and structural principles of the present invention have been shown and described in the embodiments without departing from the principles, embodiments of the present invention may have any deformation or modification.

Claims (31)

1. A pair of cleaning equipment, be suitable for the cleaning solution to wash set up in at least one outfit of vehicle, its characterized in that includes:
at least one direct cleaning device which enables the cleaning solution to be controlled to directly clean the equipment device; and
at least one circulation cleaning device which circulates the cleaning solution and is used for cleaning the equipment device by the cleaning solution in a manner of switching with the direct cleaning device.
2. The dual cleaning apparatus as recited in claim 1, wherein said dual cleaning apparatus further comprises a kettle device, wherein said direct cleaning apparatus and said recirculating cleaning apparatus are connected to said kettle device, respectively, such that cleaning solution disposed in said kettle device can flow to said direct cleaning apparatus and said recirculating cleaning apparatus, respectively.
3. The dual cleaning apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the direct cleaning apparatus comprises at least one direct water pipe means and at least one direct cleaning means, wherein the direct water pipe means connects the kettle means and the direct cleaning means, and the direct cleaning means sprays the cleaning solution to the dispensing means.
4. The dual cleaning apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the circulation cleaning apparatus comprises at least one circulation water pipe means and at least one circulation cleaning means, wherein the circulation water pipe means connects the kettle means and the circulation cleaning means, and the circulation cleaning means sprays the cleaning solution to the outfitting means.
5. The dual cleaning apparatus of claim 4, wherein the kettle device includes a kettle container, a fill tube, a direct cleaning pump, and a circulating cleaning pump, wherein the fill tube is connected to the kettle container, the direct cleaning pump is connected to the kettle container and the direct water line device, and the circulating cleaning pump is connected to the kettle container and the circulating water line device.

The dual cleaning apparatus of claim 4, wherein the water bottle means includes a water bottle container, a fill tube, a shared cleaning pump, and a diverter valve, wherein the fill tube is connected to the water bottle container, the shared cleaning pump is connected to the water bottle container and the diverter valve, and wherein the direct water pipe means and the circulating water pipe means are connected to the diverter valve, respectively.
7. The twin cleaning apparatus defined in claim 4, wherein the twin cleaning apparatus further comprises a temperature control device connected to the kettle means to control or regulate the temperature of the cleaning solution in the kettle means in response to an external ambient temperature or an in-vehicle or out-vehicle temperature.
8. The dual cleaning apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said direct cleaning apparatus includes at least one direct water kettle device, at least one direct water pipe device, and at least one direct cleaning device, wherein said direct water pipe device connects said direct water kettle device and said direct cleaning device, said direct cleaning device spraying the cleaning solution to the dispensing device.
9. The dual cleaning apparatus according to claim 8, wherein said circulation cleaning apparatus comprises at least one circulation tank means, at least one circulation water pipe means, and at least one circulation cleaning means, wherein said circulation water pipe means connects said circulation tank means and said circulation cleaning means, said circulation cleaning means spraying the cleaning solution to the dispensing means.
10. The dual cleaning apparatus of claim 8, wherein the direct water kettle device comprises a direct water kettle container, a direct fill tube, and a direct cleaning pump, wherein the direct fill tube is connected to the direct water kettle container, and the direct cleaning pump is connected to the direct water kettle container and the direct water pipe device.
11. The dual cleaning apparatus of claim 9, wherein the circulation tank assembly includes a circulation tank container, a circulation fill tube, and a circulation purge pump, wherein the circulation fill tube is connected to the circulation tank container and the circulation purge pump is connected to the circulation tank container and the circulation water line assembly.
12. The dual washing apparatus as claimed in claim 9, wherein the direct cleaning apparatus further comprises a direct temperature control device connected to the direct water kettle device to control or adjust the temperature of the washing solution in the direct water kettle device according to the external ambient temperature or the in-vehicle and out-vehicle temperatures, and wherein the circulation cleaning apparatus further comprises a circulation temperature control device connected to the circulation water kettle device to control the temperature of the washing solution in the circulation water kettle device according to the external ambient temperature or the in-vehicle and out-vehicle temperatures.
13. The twin cleaning apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the twin cleaning apparatus further comprises a control device, wherein the direct cleaning device and the circulation cleaning device are respectively connected to the control device, which controls the direct cleaning device or the circulation cleaning device to clean the outfit of the vehicle.
14. The twin cleaning apparatus according to any one of claims 7, 9 and 12, wherein said twin cleaning apparatus further comprises a control device, wherein said direct cleaning device and said circulation cleaning device are respectively connected to said control device, which controls said direct cleaning device or said circulation cleaning device to clean the outfit of the vehicle.
15. The twin cleaning apparatus according to claim 13, wherein the twin cleaning apparatus further comprises a sensing device electrically connected to the control device and adapted to detect the state of the outfit device, so that when the sensing device detects that foreign matter is hidden or attached to the outfit device, the sensing device informs the control device, and the control device issues an instruction to cause the direct cleaning device or the circulation cleaning device to spray the cleaning solution to the outfit device to remove the foreign matter.
16. The twin cleaning apparatus according to claim 14, wherein the twin cleaning apparatus further comprises a sensing device electrically connected to the control device and adapted to detect the state of the outfit device, so that when the sensing device detects that foreign matter is hidden from or attached to the outfit device, the sensing device informs the control device, and the control device issues an instruction to cause the direct cleaning device or the circulating cleaning device to spray the cleaning solution to the outfit device to remove the foreign matter.
17. The twin cleaning apparatus defined in claim 13, wherein the twin cleaning apparatus further comprises a hidden telescoping device connected to the direct cleaning device, the recirculation cleaning device and the control device to move the direct cleaning device and the recirculation cleaning device to a predetermined position and to reset.
18. The twin cleaning apparatus defined in claim 14, wherein the twin cleaning apparatus further comprises a hidden telescoping device and a recirculation cleaning pump, wherein the hidden telescoping device is connected to the direct cleaning device, the recirculation cleaning device and the control device to move the direct cleaning device and the recirculation cleaning device to a predetermined position and to reset.
19. The dual cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 13, wherein the circulation cleaning pump includes a circulation body having a water inlet and a water outlet, a connector, a motor, a filter, and an impeller, the circulation body includes a circulation kettle container, the water inlet is spaced a predetermined distance from a bottom of the circulation kettle container, the connector connects the motor and the control device, the filter is disposed at the water outlet, the impeller is connected to the motor, wherein when the control device issues a command to the motor, the motor provides power for the impeller to operate, thereby discharging the cleaning solution from the water outlet to the circulation pipe device.
20. The dual cleaning apparatus of claim 13, wherein the dual cleaning apparatus further comprises a circulation cleaning pump, wherein the circulating cleaning pump is connected with the circulating water pipe device, wherein the circulating cleaning pump comprises a circulating body, a connector, a motor, a filter and an impeller, wherein the circulating body is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet, the circulating kettle device comprises a circulating kettle container, the water inlet keeps a preset distance from the bottom of the circulating kettle container, the connector is connected with the motor and the control device, the filter is arranged at the water outlet, the impeller is connected with the motor, when the control device gives an instruction to the motor, the motor provides power for the running of the impeller, so that the cleaning solution is discharged to the circulating water pipe device from the water outlet.

The twin cleaning apparatus defined in claim 13, wherein the direct water line means includes at least one direct water line and a direct connection, wherein the direct connection connects the direct water line and the direct cleaning pump, wherein the circulating water line means includes an output line, a return line and at least two circulation connections, one of the circulation connections connecting the circulating cleaning pump and the output line and the other of the circulation connections connecting the circulating water tank means and the return line.

The twin cleaning apparatus defined in claim 14, wherein the direct water line means includes at least one direct water line and a direct fitting, wherein the direct fitting connects the direct water line and the direct cleaning pump, wherein the circulating water line means includes an output line, a return line and at least two circulation fittings, one of which connects the circulating cleaning pump and the output line and the other of which connects the circulating water tank means and the return line.

The dual cleaning apparatus of claim 21, wherein the direct water line device further comprises at least one direct tap, the number of direct water lines being matched to the direct tap, wherein the circulating water line device further comprises at least one circulation tap, the number of output water lines of the output pipeline being matched to the circulation tap, the number of return water lines of the return pipeline being matched to the circulation tap.

The twin cleaning apparatus defined in claim 22, wherein the direct water line means further comprises at least one direct tap fitting, the number of direct water lines being such as to cooperate with the direct tap fitting, wherein the recirculation water line means further comprises at least one recirculation tap fitting, the number of outlet water lines of the outlet line being such as to cooperate with the recirculation tap fitting, and the number of return water lines of the return line being such as to cooperate with the recirculation tap fitting.

The twin cleaning apparatus according to claim 22, wherein the direct water pipe means further comprises at least one direct connection joint to connect to two of the direct water pipes so as to change the length or angle of the direct water pipes, and the circulation water pipe means further comprises at least one circulation connection joint to connect to two of the output water pipes or two of the return water pipes so as to change the length or angle of the output water pipes or the return water pipes.

The twin cleaning apparatus according to claim 24, wherein the direct water pipe means further comprises at least one direct connection joint to be connected to two of the direct water pipes so as to change the length or angle of the direct water pipes, and the circulation water pipe means further comprises at least one circulation connection joint to be connected to two of the output water pipes or two of the return water pipes so as to change the length or angle of the output water pipes or the return water pipes.

The dual cleaning apparatus of claim 23, wherein the direct cleaning device includes at least one direct nozzle module and at least one direct water connection connecting the direct nozzle module and the direct water pipe to spray cleaning solution from the direct nozzle module to the outfit for cleaning.

The dual cleaning apparatus of claim 24, wherein the direct cleaning device includes at least one direct nozzle module and at least one direct water connection connecting the direct nozzle module and the direct water pipe to spray cleaning solution from the direct nozzle module to the outfit for cleaning.

The dual cleaning apparatus of claim 23, wherein the recirculation line assembly further comprises at least one or more recirculation flow joints, the recirculation cleaning apparatus comprising at least one recirculation nozzle block, the recirculation flow joints connecting the recirculation nozzle block, the outlet line, and the recirculation line.

The dual cleaning apparatus of claim 24, wherein the recirculation line assembly further comprises at least one recirculation flow swivel, the recirculation cleaning apparatus comprising at least one recirculation nozzle block, the recirculation flow swivel connecting the recirculation nozzle block, the outlet line, and the recirculation line.
31. A vehicle having a dual cleaning apparatus adapted for travel, wherein said vehicle comprises a dual cleaning apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 30.
