The fresh air system for the kitchen according to claim 4, wherein an outdoor temperature sensor (30) is further arranged in the system, the outdoor temperature sensor (30) is electrically connected with the fresh air controller (4), and when the outdoor temperature measured by the outdoor temperature sensor (30) is lower than the temperature threshold set by the fresh air controller (4), the fresh air controller (4) automatically controls the fresh air preheater (20) to heat the entering fresh air.

The fresh air system for the kitchen according to any one of claims 2-5, characterized in that a lampblack sensor (9) is further arranged in the system, connected with the fresh air controller (4) and used for detecting the content of lampblack in the kitchen, the lampblack sensor (9) transmits a detection signal thereof to the fresh air controller (4), and when the detected lampblack concentration exceeds a lampblack concentration threshold value set by the fresh air controller (4), the fresh air controller (4) increases the current operating gear of the fresh air fan (2) according to the detected lampblack concentration.
7. Fresh air system for kitchen use according to claim 6, characterized in that the smoke sensor (9) and the PM2.5 sensor (5) are arranged on a wall flush with the head area of the operator in front of the extractor hood (6) or on a control panel of the extractor hood (6).

The kitchen fresh air system according to claim 6, wherein the fresh air controller (4) includes a data acquisition module, a gear determination module and a gear control module, the data acquisition module is connected with the PM2.5 sensor (5) and the lampblack sensor (9), the gear determination module is provided with a PM2.5 threshold and a lampblack concentration threshold of a plurality of air volume gears, receives the PM2.5 and lampblack concentration detection data acquired by the data acquisition module, determines an air volume gear required by a kitchen according to the set PM2.5 threshold and lampblack concentration threshold, and automatically controls the current operation gear of the fresh air fan (2) through the gear control module.
9. The kitchen fresh air system according to claim 8, wherein 3-7 air volume gears are arranged in the fresh air controller (4), the air speed of the fresh air outlet is 0.5m-2m/s, and each air volume gear corresponds to a PM2.5 threshold value arranged in the gear judging module one by one.
10. The kitchen fresh air system according to claim 9, wherein 3 air volume gears are arranged in the fresh air controller (4), and the PM2.5 threshold value and the air speed corresponding to each air volume gear are as follows:
first gear:PM2.5 threshold less than 50 μ g/m3The wind speed is 0.5-0.8 m/s;
second gear: PM2.5 threshold 50-150 μ g/m3The wind speed is 1.2-1.4 m/s;
third gear: PM2.5 threshold 150-3The wind speed is 1.8-2 m/s.
