fig. 4 shows a schematic view of a conventional window regulator.
Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 2, a window regulator 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a bracket 8, an electric driver 1, and a transmission mechanism (not shown).
The bracket 8 is formed by a stamping process using a metal plate. The bracket 8 includes a shaft portion 82, three mounting portions 84, and three fixing holes 80. The mounting portion 84 is used to be fixed to another member. For example, a window glass (not shown) may be provided in a door of the vehicle, and the mounting portion 84 may be fixed with screws into a door interlayer below the window glass of the vehicle. Each fixation hole 80 is located between one of the mounting portions 84 and the shaft portion 82. The edges of the bracket 8 are folded to form the ribs 86 so that the bracket 8 can provide sufficient strength in a light weight and thin profile. The shaft portion 82 of the bracket 8 is located between the plurality of fixing holes 80. In some embodiments, the line connecting the three fixing holes 80 forms an isosceles triangle, and the shaft portion 82 is located at the middle of the isosceles triangle. At the time of punching, a protrusion is formed on the shaft portion 82 via a drawing process. The center of the protrusion is provided with a shaft hole 820 penetrating through, and the side surface of the protrusion is provided with a connecting port 822.
The electric drive 1 comprises an armature part 10, an electric control part 14 and a transmission part 12. The electric control portion 14 includes an electric control unit (not shown) and an electric connector 140. The electronic control unit is installed inside the electronic control unit 14, and electrically connects the electrical connector 140 and the armature portion 10. The transmission portion 12 includes a housing 120, an output portion 2, and a plurality of mounting posts 3. In some embodiments, the housing 120 is injection molded from plastic, and when the housing 120 is injection molded, three mounting posts 3 are integrally formed on the housing 120. The connecting lines of the three mounting columns 3 form an isosceles triangle, and the output part 2 is positioned in the middle of the isosceles triangle. Referring to fig. 3, each mounting post 3 includes at least two elastic arms 32, and the free ends of the elastic arms 32 are provided with the locking bodies 30, and the locking bodies 30 protrude outward from the elastic arms 32. The tip of the clasp body 30 forms a smooth guide surface 34. Two of the three mounting posts 3 are close to the electric control part 14, and the other is far from the electric control part 14. The output 2 is provided with a plurality of teeth 22, the middle of the output 2 having a central axis 20. The output 2 outputs a rotary motion when the electric drive 1 is in operation. The transmission mechanism converts the rotary motion output by the output part 2l into linear motion, and the translational motion acts on the glass to realize the lifting action of the glass.
When installed, the bottom bracket 20 is installed in the shaft hole 820, the output part 2 is installed at the position of the shaft part 82, and the teeth 22 can be engaged with other parts through the connecting port 822. Each mounting post 3 passes through the fixing hole 80 and the snap-in body 30 snaps onto the bracket 8 to fix the electric drive 1 relative to the bracket 8. The installation is quick and convenient, and the overall manufacturing cost of the glass lifter 10 can be reduced.
