The pre-cleaning device for injection-molded parts shown in fig. 1 comprises a spray chamber 10, a wiping chamber 20 and a drying chamber 30 which are arranged in a line, and a conveying line 40 which penetrates through the spray chamber 10, the wiping chamber 20 and the drying chamber 30. The spray chamber 10 is provided with a plurality of rows of inclined spray pipes 11 which are communicated with the alcohol tank through liquid pipes; the drying chamber 30 is provided therein with a plurality of rows of inclined hot air pipes 31 which are communicated with a heat source through air pipes. The wiping chamber 20 is provided with one or more sets of wipers 21. The inclination angle of the spray pipe and the hot air pipe is 10 degrees. The spray chamber 10 is provided with a plurality of rows of inclined spray pipes which are communicated with the alcohol tank through liquid pipes; a plurality of rows of inclined hot air pipes are arranged in the drying chamber 30, and the hot air pipes are communicated with a heat source through air pipes. More than one set of wipers are disposed in the wiping chamber 20. The inclination angle of the spray pipe and the hot air pipe is 10 degrees. The pre-cleaning equipment before spraying of the injection molding part is characterized by comprising a spraying chamber, a wiping chamber, a drying chamber and conveying lines, wherein the spraying chamber, the wiping chamber and the drying chamber are arranged in a straight line; the spraying chamber is internally provided with a plurality of rows of inclined spraying pipes which are communicated with the alcohol tank through liquid pipes; more than one group of wiping pieces are arranged in the wiping chamber; each group of wiping pieces consists of a mounting box, sponge, dust-free cloth and a support, wherein the mounting box is mounted on the support by adopting a double-head fisheye connecting rod, a plurality of tension springs are arranged between the mounting box and the support, the sponge is embedded at the bottom of the mounting box and protrudes outwards, and the dust-free cloth covers the bottom surface of the sponge; and a plurality of rows of inclined hot air pipes are arranged in the drying chamber and are communicated with a heat source through air pipes.
