Referring to fig. 5, the process of scanning the document according to the present invention is as follows:
firstly, when the mobile device 10 is installed, in order to ensure that the mobile device 10 can correctly collect a document image of a document to be scanned, the mobile device 10 and the mobile device support 20 are controlled to perform the following operation steps:
a user starts the mobile device holder 20 and the mobile device 10 used with the mobile device holder 20; after the mobile device support frame 20 is started, the paper feeding control module 282 is called, and the paper feeding control module 282 checks the following items: an abnormal state such as whether there is a document to be scanned in the paper feed tray 263 or not, and whether there is a jam in the paper feed path. If no abnormal condition is detected, a private communication network is established between the mobile device holder 20 and the mobile device 10, which in the preferred embodiment is through optical image recognition. The mobile device 10 captures an optical image of the mobile device holder 20 and determines the communication sent from the mobile device holder 20 accordingly. Since the capabilities of capturing images and processing optical images are built into the mobile device 10, it is not necessary to add additional units for receiving communication. The communication transmitted by the mobile device holder 20 is a one-way communication, and it is not necessary to receive any information returned by the mobile device 10 in design, and the communication method does not pass through a public network such as the internet, cellular network, etc., and only needs to perform one-to-one communication in a short distance area, so the installation cost of the transmitting module 281 can be reduced.
Then, the sending module 281 is called and sends a communication to the mobile device 10 through the private communication network, and in this preferred embodiment, the sending module 281 controls the lighting unit to adjust the exposure at the scanning position, so as to transmit different information. The mobile device 10 is activated to call the communication module 141, and the communication module 141 receives the communication through the mobile device 10 in a manner of continuously capturing images at intervals, and selects one of the following operations according to the received communication content:
when the received communication content does not show the characteristics of the scanning position at all, for example, the image shows full black or a pattern/contour outside the mobile device holder 20, the communication module 141 initiates an operation and displays an instruction to bring the photographing lens close to the mobile device holder 20 through the touch panel display 13.
When the received communication content already includes the feature at the scanning position, the communication module 141 calls the position correction module 147, and the position correction module 147 initiates an operation to further calculate the relative position between the mobile device 10 and the mobile device support 20, and displays an indication message for correcting the relative position through the touch panel display 13.
When the received communication content shows that the characteristics at the scanning position are acquired, and the relative position between the mobile device 10 and the mobile device support frame 20 is calculated to be zero after the position correction module 147 is called, the position correction module 147 initiates an operation and displays an indication that the position correction is completed through the touch panel display 13.
In this embodiment, it is disclosed that the sending module 281 sends an image containing features at a scanning position to the mobile device 10, and accordingly calculates the relative positions of the mobile device support 20 and the mobile device 10, and initiates corresponding operations according to the different relative positions. However, this is for illustration of communication only and should not be limited to the image at the scanning position.
Referring again to fig. 6, a process is disclosed in which a user has completed assembly of the mobile device cradle 20 with the mobile device 10 and is ready to begin scanning. In order to realize the automation of scanning multi-page documents, the mobile device 10 and the mobile device support 20 are controlled to perform the following operation steps:
the mobile device support frame 20 starts the paper feeding control module 282 and checks the following steps: abnormal states such as whether a document is to be scanned in the paper feed cassette 263 and whether a paper jam occurs in the paper feed channel;
if no abnormal state is detected, a private communication network is established between the mobile device 10 and the mobile device support frame 20, and the sending module 281 is called to send communication to the mobile device 10 through the private communication network, in this embodiment, the sending module 281 initiates an operation and controls the paper feeding unit 25 to start feeding the document to be scanned at a fixed speed and the illuminating unit to illuminate the scanning position;
the mobile device 10 is activated to call the communication module 141, and the communication module 141 receives the communication through the photographing unit 11 in a manner of continuously capturing images at intervals, and selects one of the following operations according to the received communication content:
when the communication content includes the feature that the scanning position is already in the illumination state, the photographing unit 11 is controlled to collect the document to be scanned passing through the scanning position at a fixed time interval, obtain a document image and temporarily store the document image in a native image link, and simultaneously call the image checking module 142, the image cropping module 143, and the image connecting module 146 to execute the corresponding operations;
when the communication content includes the feature that the scanning position is not in the illumination state, the touch panel display 13 is controlled to display the indication information that the mobile device support frame 20 is not normally operated.
In this embodiment, the communication sent by the mobile device holder 20 to the mobile device 10 is an image at a scanning position, and the mobile device 10 confirms whether the mobile device holder 20 completes paper feeding preparation or not according to different exposure levels of the received image, so as to initiate a corresponding operation, however, it should be noted that the communication is only used for illustration and is not limited to image exposure levels.
In another possible embodiment, the sending module 281 may include, but is not limited to: the characteristic differences of texture, pattern, color, etc. send a communication containing the information that the mobile device support frame 20 completes paper feeding preparation to the mobile device 10, so that the mobile device 10 initiates corresponding operations in response to the communication.

if no abnormal state is detected, a private communication network is established between the mobile device 10 and the mobile device support frame 20, and the sending module 281 is called to send communication to the mobile device 10 through the private communication network, in this embodiment, the sending module 281 initiates an operation and controls the paper feeding unit 25 to start feeding the document to be scanned at a fixed speed and the illuminating unit to illuminate the scanning position;
the mobile device 10 is activated to call the communication module 141, and the communication module 141 receives the communication through the photographing unit 11 in a manner of continuously acquiring images at intervals;
calling the image feature module 144, the image feature module 144 finds out the feature points included in the communication, and selects one of the following operations according to the number of the feature points:
when the communication includes information that the mobile device support frame 20 completes paper feeding preparation and the number of feature points included in the content of the communication is greater than a threshold value, the display file includes a considerable amount of information such as patterns, characters, textures and the like. Different image blocks can be accurately spliced by utilizing a characteristic point comparison mode.
At this time, the photographing unit 11 is controlled to capture the document to be scanned at the scanning position at a fixed time interval, obtain the document image and temporarily store the document image in the original image link, and simultaneously call the image checking module 142, the image cropping module 143, the image feature module 144, and the image collage module 145 to execute the corresponding operations.
When the number of feature points included in the content of the communication is less than a threshold value, a display file may include a large number of blank or single textures with high repeatability. Under the condition, the image blocks are difficult to be spliced by utilizing a characteristic point comparison mode, so that the image blocks are combined into the whole page of document image by adopting a mode of directly continuing with a fixed image length.
At this time, the photographing unit 11 is controlled to capture the document to be scanned passing through the scanning position at a fixed time interval, obtain the document image and temporarily store the document image in the original image link, and simultaneously call the image checking module 142, the image cropping module 143, and the image splicing module 146 to execute the corresponding operations.
In the present embodiment, the communication sent by the mobile device cradle 20 to the mobile device 10 is an image at a scanning position, and the mobile device 10 initiates a corresponding operation according to the number of feature points received by the image, however, it should be noted that the above communication is only used for illustration and is not limited to the number of feature points of the image.
In another possible embodiment, the sending module 281 may include, but is not limited to: the difference in characteristics such as texture, pattern, exposure, color, etc. sends the communication to the mobile device 10, which in turn causes the mobile device 10 to initiate a corresponding operation in response to the communication.
