Toilets have a tank for storing water. The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
Fig. 1 to 5 schematically show a quick fitting and sealing device for coupling a toilet tank and an inlet pipe according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the device comprises a water passing piece 2 penetrating through the side wall of the water tank 1 and a rubber sealing piece 3 sleeved on the outer wall of the water passing piece 2.

The end of the water passage member 2 located inside the water tank 1 is threadedly coupled to a locking collar 6.

when the lock sleeve 6 is screwed in continuously, the boss 21 and the lock sleeve 6 extrude the rubber sealing element 3 from two ends, so that the rubber sealing element 3 is extruded and deformed, and the outer diameter is increased;
the outer side wall of the rubber sealing element 3 is contacted with the side wall of the water inlet hole 11 of the water tank 1 after the outer diameter is increased, and the sealing effect is achieved.
The top end of one side that rubber seal 3 and lock sleeve 6 meet still is equipped with a gasket portion 31, and gasket portion 31 presss from both sides tightly between lock sleeve 6 and the water tank 1 inside wall.
The end of the water passage member 2 located outside the water tank 1 is provided with a joint 22.
The end of the water passing member 2 located inside the water tank 1 has an internal thread 23, and the standard inner member B of the water tank is connected with the water passing member 2 through the internal thread 23.
The water inlet pipe A is connected with the water passing part 2 through a joint 22.
In the present embodiment, the joint 22 is a threaded joint.
The joint 22 is connected to the inlet conduit a by means of a connecting piece 5.
A one-way check valve 4 is arranged between the water passing part 2 and the water inlet pipe A.
The one-way check valve 4 allows the water in the inlet pipe a to pass through the water member 2 while preventing the water in the water tank 1 from flowing out through the water member 2. The one-way check valve 4 can prevent water in the water tank from being suddenly discharged when the water inlet pipe A is assembled and disassembled, and further can prevent the situation that an installer is splashed or the floor is wetted from occurring.
The one-way check valve 4 is arranged at the top end of the water passing part 2 and is tightly pressed and sealed with the connecting rod 5 by the joint 22.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the one-way check valve 4 includes a gasket body 41 having an outer diameter corresponding to the top end of the joint 22, and two elastic pieces 42 extending along one side of the gasket body 41 toward the inside of the water member 2, and the top ends of the two elastic pieces 42 enclose to form a water outlet hole 43.
The working principle of the one-way check valve 4 is as follows:
when water flows into the water passing part 2 from the water inlet pipe A, the water flows to the water outlet hole 43 through the gasket main body 41, the water flow direction is the same as the extending direction of the elastic sheet 42, the elastic sheet 42 is opened under the action of water flow pressure, the water outlet hole 43 is enlarged, and the water flow can pass through;
when water flows into the water inlet pipe A from the water passing part 2, the water flow direction is opposite to the extending direction of the elastic sheet 42, the elastic sheet 42 is closed under the action of water flow pressure, and the water outlet hole 43 is reduced until the water outlet hole is completely closed, so that the water flow is prevented from passing through.
By adopting the technical scheme, the quick installation and sealing device for connecting the water tank of the flush toilet with the water inlet pipe extrudes the two ends of the rubber sealing piece, and realizes the sealing connection between the water passing piece and the water tank by utilizing the compression deformation of the rubber sealing piece, so that the sealing effect is more stable and the water is not easy to leak. Example 2
Fig. 8 and 9 schematically illustrate a quick-install and seal device for coupling a toilet tank to a water inlet pipe according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the difference from embodiment 1 is that the joint 22 is a standard quick joint, the standard quick joint is arranged between the water passing member 2 and the water inlet pipe a, and two ends of the standard quick joint are respectively fixed with the water passing member 2 and the water inlet pipe a through plugging and sealing. The one-way check valve 4 is installed inside the joint 22. The water passing element 2 achieves the effect of a sealed connection by inserting the adapter 22 into the end of the water inlet pipe a.
