When the water circulation system of the fish tank 2 works, the flow limiting device 14 is firstly used, water in the fish tank 2 enters the water outlet pipe 113 from the top surface of the water outlet pipe 113, and the water quantity flowing out of the water outlet pipe 113 in unit time is smaller than the water quantity flowing into the water outlet pipe 113 due to the action of the flow limiting device 14, so that the water in the water outlet pipe 113 cannot be discharged or is discharged little, the water in the water outlet pipe 113 is gradually stored and fills the whole or most of the volume of the water outlet pipe 113, and even a part of water liquid is stored in the water outlet pipe 113 in advance;
when the liquid level of the stored water liquid is close to the top surface of the water outlet pipe 113 or is flush with the top surface of the water outlet pipe 113, the flow limiting device 14 is adjusted, that is, the size of the outlet of the water outlet pipe 113 is adjusted, so that the flow in the water inlet pipe 31 is balanced with the flow passing through the flow limiting device 14, and the water inlet and the water outlet of the fish tank 2 are balanced.

When the liquid level of the water stored in the water outlet pipe 113 is flush with the top surface of the water outlet pipe 113, the water in the fish tank 2 instantly enters from the pipe orifice at the upper end of the water outlet pipe 113, namely, the water is in contact with the existing water in the water outlet pipe 113 to form continuous flow, no sound is produced in the process, and the aim of silencing can be achieved.
In addition, in a more preferable mode, a flow rate indicator 141 is provided on the flow restrictor 14, and the flow rate indicator 141 is configured to display a flow rate passing through the flow restrictor 14.
