The mounting assembly of claim 1 wherein said actuator includes an th sealing body and a second sealing body, said fifth opening communicating with said valve outlet to form a th passage, said th sealing body controlling the opening and closing of said th passage, said valve inlet communicating with said valve outlet to form a second passage, said second sealing body controlling the opening or closing of said second passage, said second passage being closed when said th passage is open and said second passage being open when said th passage is closed.
