7. The rewinding machine for producing non-woven fabric handles of claim 6, characterized in that the peripheral side wall of said tightening knob (26) is provided with a plurality of sets of anti-slip ribs (32).

The rewinding machine for producing non-woven fabric handles as claimed in claim 7, further comprising a cover plate (33), wherein a maintenance hole is provided in the left side of the bottom end of the working chamber of the alarm box (12), and the cover plate (33) is screwed to the outer side wall of the bottom end of the maintenance hole.
