Detailed Description
Example one
The present application relates to a process cartridge for an electronic image forming apparatus. The directions described hereinafter are all based on the direction in which the process cartridge is mounted on the electronic image forming apparatus, i.e., the upper, lower, front, rear, left, and right sides of the process cartridge are defined by the direction in which the process cartridge is mounted for movement. In the present embodiment, the mounting direction of the process cartridges is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the process cartridges and in the order of the position of the waste toner hopper before the front toner hopper. Two side walls are provided at both ends of the process cartridge in the longitudinal direction.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of the process cartridge, and fig. 2 is a perspective view of another angle of view of the process cartridge. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the process cartridge includes a handle 110, and a user holds the handle 110 to mount the process cartridge in the electronic imaging device; and an upper surface 120, wherein the upper surface 120 is an outer surface of the powder hopper and is located above a moving direction in the process of mounting the process cartridge. Preferably, an adapter surface is further provided between the outer surface of the powder bin where the handle 110 is located and the upper surface 120. In this embodiment, the upper surface 120 is parallel to the moving direction of the process cartridge during the mounting process, and the plane where the handle 110 is located is substantially perpendicular to the upper surface 120, so that the transition surface is similar to a chamfer, which not only can effectively protect the frame structure, but also can protect the user and prevent the user from being damaged. Preferably, in this embodiment, two transfer surfaces are provided, namely, the first transfer surface 121 and the second transfer surface 122, and through these two transfer surfaces, a protruding right angle between the upper surface 120 and the outer surface of the powder bin where the handle is located can be effectively avoided.
The process cartridge further includes an upper ramp 130. The upper slope 130 is an outer surface of the waste toner hopper and is located above a moving direction during the process cartridge mounting process. In this embodiment, the angle between the upper inclined surface 130 and the moving direction during the mounting of the process cartridge is an obtuse angle. There is also a protective cover 140 for protecting the photosensitive drum. The protective cover 140 has a projection 141 on the upper surface of the process cartridge, and the projection 141 and the protective cover 140 are integrated (referred to as a rigid connection) so that the projection 141 is abutted by the inside of the electrophotographic apparatus during the mounting of the process cartridge to move around the shaft and the protective cover 140 moves around the shaft so that the protective cover no longer covers the photosensitive drum. The structure of the protective cover portion is already known in the art and therefore will not be described in detail here.
Fig. 3 is a perspective view of the process cartridge from yet another perspective, and fig. 4 is a view of the left side of the process cartridge. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, a positioning projection 131 is provided on the upper inclined surface 130 on a side closer to the front direction (i.e., on a side closer to the front in the cartridge mounting direction). The positioning projection 131 is used for assisting the process cartridge to determine the mounting position when a user takes up the powder box and mounts the powder box into the electronic imaging device; when the positioning projection 131 is mounted in place, the positioning projection also serves as a fixing portion to abut against the inside of the electronic imaging device to assist the process cartridge not to shake in the electronic imaging device. At least two positioning protrusions 131 are provided, and preferably, in the present embodiment, three positioning protrusions 131 are provided, namely, a first positioning protrusion 1311, a second positioning protrusion 1312, and a third positioning protrusion 1313. The tip of the positioning projection 131 protrudes more upward than the upper surface 120, i.e., the projection of the positioning projection 131 on the front or rear face is more upward than the projection of the upper surface 120 on the front or rear face.
Two positioning posts, a first positioning post 123 and a second positioning post 124, are provided on the upper surface 120 near the over-front direction (i.e., the side near the front in the cartridge mounting direction). The top ends of the first positioning post 123 and the second positioning post 124 protrude above the upper surface 120, or at least should be located at the same level as the upper surface 120. The first positioning column 123 and the second positioning column 124 also serve as an auxiliary positioning effect after the process cartridge is mounted in place.
Fig. 5 is a perspective view of the left side of the process cartridge, and fig. 6 is a perspective view of the right side of the process cartridge. Two sidewalls, a left sidewall 160 and a right sidewall 150, are provided at both ends of the process cartridge in the longitudinal direction. In this embodiment, the left sidewall 160 is a conductive terminal for receiving power from the electronic imaging device to power the components inside the process cartridge; the right side wall 150 is a driving end for receiving a rotational driving force from the electronic image forming apparatus to drive the respective rotating members inside the process cartridge. Similarly to the prior art, a first left positioning column 161, a second left positioning column 162 and a third left positioning column 163 are provided on the left side wall 160 in this order from the forward direction of the process cartridge mounting direction to the reverse direction of the process cartridge mounting direction; similarly, the right side wall 150 is provided with a first right positioning column 151, a second right positioning column 152, and a third right positioning column 153 in this order from the upper direction along the process cartridge mounting direction to the reverse direction along the process cartridge mounting direction. These positioning posts cooperate with guide rails inside the electronic image forming apparatus to complete the mounting of the process cartridge.
The present invention has been described above through the following embodiments, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and also covers various modifications made within the scope of the technical solution of the present invention according to the idea of the present invention. The present invention has been described above through the following embodiments, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and also covers various modifications made within the scope of the technical solution of the present invention according to the idea of the present invention.
