Fig. 1 is a specific circuit structure diagram of the voltage equalizing device for battery modules according to the present invention.
Detailed Description
Battery module voltage-sharing device embodiment:
the embodiment provides a voltage-sharing device for a battery module, which comprises two interfaces, namely an interface a and an interface B, as shown in fig. 1, wherein the interface a and the interface B are connected through a connecting line. The connection line is provided with the voltage-sharing modules, the number of the voltage-sharing modules is set according to actual needs, one voltage-sharing module can be set, or at least two voltage-sharing modules can be set. In summary, the present invention provides a battery module voltage equalizing device, which is provided with a voltage equalizing module.
As shown in fig. 1, the first voltage equalizing module includes a voltage equalizing switch, here, the voltage equalizing switch is exemplified by MSD maintenance switch M1, and MSD maintenance switch M1 is specified as miniMSD-350A. MSD maintenance switch M1 is connected in series on the connecting line, MSD maintenance switch M1 and voltage-sharing resistor R11 are connected in parallel, the specification of voltage-sharing resistor R11 is 100R100W, voltage-sharing resistor R11 is connected in parallel with a branch, a current-limiting resistor R12 and a light-emitting diode unit D1 are connected in series on the branch, and light-emitting diode unit D1 is composed of two light-emitting diodes which are reversely connected in parallel. The current limiting resistor R12 is used to operate the two light emitting diodes in the light emitting diode unit D1 within the rated operating range, but of course, the current limiting resistor R12 may not be provided unless the two light emitting diodes can be operated within the rated operating range by other components such as the current limiting resistor R12. The other voltage equalizing module has the same structure as the voltage equalizing module, wherein the connection relationship among the MSD maintenance switch M2, the voltage equalizing resistor R21, the current limiting resistor R22 and the led unit D2 is the same as the voltage equalizing module, as shown in fig. 1, and the specifications of the MSD maintenance switch M2 and the voltage equalizing resistor R21 are the same as the voltage equalizing module, and thus, they will not be described in detail here.
When voltage sharing is needed to be performed on any two battery modules in the battery pack, or voltage sharing is performed on any two independent battery modules, for example, when the voltage difference between the two battery modules is greater than about 3V, a loop is formed, and the potential risk of circulation is increased, then, the interface a and the interface B are respectively connected with the anodes of the two battery modules correspondingly, if the anodes of the two battery modules have other connecting lines (for example, connecting lines in the battery pack), the connecting lines need to be disconnected, and certainly, in order to form a loop, the cathodes of the two battery modules need to be connected, so that the two battery modules are connected together in parallel. If the two battery modules are themselves in a parallel relationship, i.e., the negative electrodes are connected together at all times, there is no need to operate the negative electrodes of the two battery modules. When the MSD maintenance switches M1 and M2 are controlled to be in an off state, the voltage-sharing resistors R11 and R21 can limit the circulation current to be below 10A (the value can be adjusted by adjusting the resistance values of the voltage-sharing resistors R11 and R21), the loss caused by the pressure difference is mainly consumed on the voltage-sharing resistors R11 and R21, and the consistency and the service life of the battery module are hardly influenced. Meanwhile, the light emitting diode units D1 and D2 are used for indicating whether the voltage equalizing process is finished, when the light emitting diode units D1 and D2 are in a lighting state, the two ends of the light emitting diode units D1 and D2 are proved to have certain voltage, at the moment, a voltage difference exists between the two battery modules, and the voltage equalizing process is in progress; when the led units D1 and D2 are extinguished, it is proved that the voltages at both ends of the led units D1 and D2 are very small, and at this time, the voltage difference between the two battery modules disappears and the voltage equalizing process is finished. And finally, disconnecting the interface A and the interface B from the two battery modules, so that the two battery modules can recover the original connection relation.
In the above embodiment, when the voltage of the two battery modules is equalized, the interface a and the interface B are connected to the positive electrodes of the two battery modules, as another embodiment, the interface a and the interface B may be connected to the negative electrodes of the two battery modules, and then, in order to form a loop, the positive electrodes of the two battery modules need to be connected. In addition, as with the above, if the two battery modules themselves are in a parallel relationship, i.e., the positive electrodes are connected together by nature, there is no need to operate the positive electrodes of the two battery modules.
In the above embodiment, the light emitting diode unit is used as a voltage sharing indicator to output a light indicating signal when the voltage across the light emitting diode unit is greater than a certain value, otherwise, the light indicating signal is not output, and the voltage sharing in two directions can be realized by two diodes connected in parallel in the opposite direction. Moreover, the voltage sharing indicator can also be a component for outputting other indicating signals, such as: a flash lamp (for example, a flash lamp, more preferably, two flash lamps connected in parallel in reverse for realizing voltage sharing in two directions), or a sound output device such as a buzzer (for example, a buzzer, more preferably, two buzzers connected in parallel in reverse for realizing voltage sharing in two directions), or an audible and visual alarm (for example, an audible and visual alarm, more preferably, two audible and visual alarms connected in parallel in reverse for realizing voltage sharing in two directions). Therefore, the voltage-sharing indicator is an optical/acoustic indicating signal voltage-sharing indicating unit capable of outputting an optical and/or acoustic indicating signal. Of course, the voltage sharing indicator may be a device such as a voltage detection device that outputs an electrical quantity signal, besides the sound and light indication signals, and when the voltage across the voltage detection device is greater than a certain value (for example, a differential pressure set value), the voltage detected by the voltage detection device is greater, and the voltage detection device is determined to output the indication signal; when the voltage at the two ends of the voltage detection equipment is smaller than or equal to the certain value, the voltage detected by the voltage detection equipment is smaller, and the voltage detection equipment is determined not to output the indication signal. Therefore, the pressure-equalizing indicator is any device which meets the following requirements: when the voltage at two ends of the voltage-sharing indicator is larger than a certain value (such as a pressure difference set value), an indicating signal is output, otherwise, the indicating signal is not output.
In the above embodiments, the coupling relationship between the voltage-sharing resistor and the voltage-sharing indicator is a parallel connection relationship, and as another embodiment, the coupling relationship between the voltage-sharing resistor and the voltage-sharing indicator may also be a series connection relationship, and the function of the voltage-sharing indicator can also be realized.
In the above embodiment, the voltage-sharing resistor in the voltage-sharing module is connected in parallel with the voltage-sharing switch, and as another embodiment, the voltage-sharing switch in the voltage-sharing module may not be provided, so that it is equivalent to that the voltage-sharing resistor is serially arranged on the connection line between the interface a and the interface B.
The specific embodiments are given above, but the present invention is not limited to the described embodiments. The basic idea of the present invention lies in the above basic scheme, and to the ordinary skilled in the art, according to the present invention, the model, formula, parameter of various deformation are designed without the need of creative labor. Variations, modifications, substitutions and alterations of the embodiments may be made without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, which is still within the scope of the invention.
