The electrochemical mechanical composite polishing device as recited in claim 4, further comprising a filter box (28), a filter plate (29), and a water pump (30), wherein a fourth storage chamber is disposed inside the filter box (28), a fourth opening is disposed on a top surface of the filter box (28), the fourth opening is communicated with the fourth storage chamber, an output end of a bottom end of the water outlet pipe is inserted inside the filter box (28), a left end and a right end of the filter plate (29) are respectively connected to an upper half region of a left sidewall and an upper half region of a right sidewall inside the filter box (28), an input end of the water inlet pipe is communicated with a lower half region of a left sidewall of the filter box (28), and the water pump (30) is installed on the water inlet pipe.
