PVC pipeline stretching joint
The PVC pipeline stretching joint is suitable for repairing and reconstructing pipelines when two ends of a PVC sewer pipeline are fixed; and has the function of resisting the expansion of the pipeline.
The PVC pipeline is maintained and changed, and tight connection can be realized only by tightly adhering and overlapping with the connection construction; when two ends of the pipeline are fixed and need to be maintained or reconstructed, the pipeline can not be stretched directly, can not be attached to and overlapped with two ends of the pipeline to be maintained, and can not be connected; the stepless direct connection sacrifices the close contact with the repaired pipeline, the leakage is easy to happen, and the success rate is low.
Disclosure of Invention
The PVC pipeline is stretched and connected and consists of an inner pipe, an outer pipe and an outer pipe sealing port; the outer diameter of the lower end of the inner pipe is the inner diameter of the upper end of the outer pipe, and the inner pipe and the outer pipe can be stretched in an adjustable overlapping area to be attached to and overlapped with a maintained pipeline; the inner pipe has two forms of direct and three-way; in order to ensure that the inner pipe and the outer pipe can still be effectively connected after stretching, the height of the maximum overlapping area of the inner pipe and the outer pipe is three times of the length of a connector at one end; the height of the interface is determined according to the pipe diameter and is directly consistent with the standard on the market; the inner pipe interface is an upper end interface which can prevent the leakage of the overlapping area, and the inner diameter of the interface is the outer diameter of the standard pipe; the outer pipe joint is a lower end joint, the outer diameter of the joint is the inner diameter of a standard pipe, and the design can avoid the damage of the residual water of the pipeline to the joint sealant during construction; the sealing port consists of a rubber gasket with a V-shaped section and a screw cap; and the V-shaped rubber gasket is extruded by screwing the sealing port to realize sealing.

Cutting the damaged area or the modified area to be connected with the pvc pipeline in a stretching way, wherein the height of the damaged area or the modified area is equivalent to that of the pvc pipeline before stretching (figure 3); smearing glue on the interfaces (1), (5), (6) and (10) at the two ends of the stretching connector, placing the stretching connector between the interfaces and stretching the stretching connector up and down (figure 4), wherein the upper end interface pockets the standard pipe, and the lower end interface is inserted into the standard pipe; the sealing ports (3) and (8) are screwed tightly.
