A winding roller positioning device is characterized by comprising a roller positioning plate (9) and a second roller positioning plate (7) which are arranged on a winding roller bracket, wherein rolling bearings (89) are respectively arranged on the roller positioning plate (9) and the second roller positioning plate (7); a rotating shaft (8) is installed in the rolling bearing (89), and the winding roller (80) is fixedly arranged on the rotating shaft (8) and can rotate along with the rotating shaft (8); a driven gear (73) is arranged at the shaft end of the rotating shaft (8) at one side of the second roller positioning plate (7), and the driven gear (73) is meshed with a driving gear (72) arranged on an output shaft of the roller driving motor (71); roller locating plate (9) and second roller locating plate (7) are equipped with first subdivision face (791) and second subdivision face (792) respectively, first subdivision face (791) and second subdivision face (792) intersect in the installation central line of revolving axle (8) and antifriction bearing (89).
2. A take-up roll positioning device according to claim 1, characterised in that the angle between the first and second split surfaces (791, 792) is more than one hundred and eighty degrees.

The winding roller positioning device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that a quick-connection sleeve (1) and a claw mechanism (2) are arranged at the shaft end of the rotating shaft (8) at one side of the roller positioning plate (9), the quick-connection sleeve (1) comprises an annular sleeve body (10) and a sleeve pulling claw (11); the clamping jaw mechanism (2) comprises a clamping jaw ring (20) and a plurality of elastic clamping jaws (21) arranged on the clamping jaw ring (20), the clamping jaw ring (20) is arranged on a roller positioning plate (9) arranged on a winding roller support in a relatively rotating mode through a bearing device, the elastic clamping jaws (21) are clamped in the sleeve pulling jaws (11), and the sleeve body (10) abuts against the end portion of a rotating shaft (8) of the winding roller; an axial limiting ring (81) is arranged on the rotating shaft (8), and the axial limiting ring (81) is abutted to the roller positioning plate (9) through a bearing device.

A take-up drum positioning device according to claim 3, wherein the drum positioning plate (9) is provided with a claw positioning groove (91), the end of the claw ring (20) is arranged in the claw positioning groove (91), a positioning groove pressure plate (92) is arranged outside the claw positioning groove (91), and a thrust bearing (29) is arranged between the end of the claw ring (20) and the positioning groove pressure plate (92).
