背景技术
铸造产品在脱模时，由于浇口正下方肉厚较薄，从模具脱模受力考虑，会对模具形成拉扯，导致裂纹的发生。
发明内容
为了解决铸造产品脱模时产生裂纹的问题，本实用新型提供了一种模具顶杆装置。
本实用新型为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是：模具顶杆装置，设备基板上部位于产品固定板一侧安装限位底块，限位底块上部通过气缸固定架安装气缸，气缸的气缸杆前端与产品可动处对应。
所述气缸上安装磁性开关。
本实用新型的模具顶杆装置，通过设置气缸利用气缸杆对铸件产品可动处进行固定，减少对模具的拉扯，杜绝裂纹的发生。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的模具顶杆装置结构如图1所示，设备基板3上部位于产品固定板2一侧安装限位底块4，限位底块4上部通过气缸固定架5安装气缸7，气缸7气缸杆前端与产品可动处对应，气缸7上安装磁性开关6。
使用时，气缸7的气缸杆伸出，抵住铸件产品1的可动处，从而使产品得以固定，对可动处追加两处顶杆设置，在脱模过程中，减少对模具的拉扯，杜绝裂纹的发生。通过检测开关，检测产品位置及气缸杆伸出长度。

1.模具顶杆装置，其特征在于：设备基板（3）上部位于产品固定板（2）一侧安装限位底块（4），限位底块（4）上部通过气缸固定架（5）安装气缸（7），气缸（7）的气缸杆前端与产品可动处对应。
2.根据权利要求1所述的模具顶杆装置，其特征在于：所述气缸（7）上安装磁性开关（6）。
