Fig. 1 and 2 are an exploded view and an assembly view, respectively, of a waterproof brushless motor 10 according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the waterproof brushless motor 10 includes a motor main body 101, a control member 102, and a connecting member 103 connecting the motor main body 101 and the control member 102.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, 2, and 4, the motor main body 101 includes a motor housing 1011, a motor shaft 1012, and a stator winding 1013 provided inside the motor housing 1011, and the motor housing 1011 has an opening 1014 allowing the motor shaft 1012 to protrude therefrom.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the control 102 has a socket portion 1021 and a control interface portion 1022, and the control 102 is electrically connected to an external device via the socket portion 1021.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the connector 103 has a connector interface part 1031 configured to communicate with the control member interface part 1022 when the motor body 101, the connector 103, and the control member 102 are assembled (as shown in fig. 2). In the exemplary embodiment, the connecting member 103 is approximately annular, and the connecting member 103 may have any other suitable shape as long as it is adapted to cooperate with the motor housing and the control member.
The utility model discloses a waterproof brushless motor 10 has carried out waterproof construction's setting to possible waterproof inefficacy position. The possible waterproof failure site and the waterproof structure employed at the possible waterproof failure site will be described in detail below:
the first place of possible water-proof failure is the joint of the motor shaft 1012 and the opening 1014 of the motor housing 1011. In order to improve the waterproof effect, the motor rotating shaft 1012 is hermetically connected with the opening 1014 of the motor shell 1011; specifically, a first sealing ring 1015 is disposed between the motor shaft 1012 and the opening 1014 to achieve a waterproof sealing effect by friction and pressing between the first sealing ring 1015 and an inner wall of the opening 1014. Preferably, the first sealing ring 1015 is located outside the motor shaft 1012 and is integrated with the motor shaft 1012. Alternatively, the first sealing ring 1015 may be formed integrally with the inner wall of the opening 1014, or may be a separate member from both the motor shaft 1012 and the inner wall of the opening 1014.
A second possible failure to protect against water is the joint between the connector 103 and the motor housing 1011. In order to improve the waterproof effect, the joint of the connecting piece 103 and the motor shell 1011 is hermetically connected; specifically, a second seal ring 104 is provided at the joint between the connection member 103 and the motor housing 1011 to fill the gap between the connection member 103 and the motor housing 1011 by means of the second seal ring 104, thereby performing a waterproof sealing function. In this case, the motor housing 1011, the control member 102, and the connecting member 103 are fixedly connected by a locking member 105, and specifically, the locking member 105 fixedly connects the control member 102, the connecting member 103, and the motor housing 1011 through holes 1023, 1032, 1016 provided in this order at the outside protruding portion of the control member 102, the through hole of the outside protruding portion of the connecting member 103, and the through hole of the outside protruding portion of the motor housing 1011, thereby pressing the second seal ring 104 to reduce the gap between the connecting member 103 and the motor housing 1011, thereby further improving the sealing and waterproofing effect at the joint of the connecting member 103 and the motor housing 1011. Preferably, retaining member 105 is a retaining screw and apertures 1023, 1032, 1016 are all threaded. The number of retaining members 105 is 4 and the number of through holes 1023, 1032, 1016 are each 4. Adjacent retaining members 105 are angularly equally spaced. Alternatively, the number of locking members is not limited thereto, and may be any suitable number as long as the number of locking members is ensured to be the same as the number of through holes on the respective outer side projections of the control member 102, the connecting member 103, and the motor housing 1011.
The third place of possible water-proof failure is the joint of the connecting member 103 and the control member 102. In order to improve the waterproof effect, the joint between the connecting member 103 and the control member 102 is hermetically connected by a sealant (not shown). Specifically, the surface of the connecting member 103 has at least one groove 1033 (shown in fig. 1 and 5) adapted to be filled with a sealant, and when the control member 102, the connecting member 103 and the motor housing 1011 are fixedly connected by the locking member 105, the sealant in the groove 1033 of the surface of the connecting member 103 is pressed to reduce a gap between the connecting member 103 and the control member 102, thereby further improving the waterproof sealing effect at the joint of the connecting member 103 and the control member 102. Preferably, the number of the grooves 1033 is 2. Alternatively, the number of the grooves 1033 may be 1 or 3. Alternatively, a sealing ring may be used instead of the sealing glue in the groove.
A fourth possible waterproof failure portion is a gap between the control interface portion 1022 and the connection interface portion 1031 and lead wires (not shown) of the stator windings 1013 protruding through these two interface portions. To improve the waterproof effect here, the control member interface part 1022 and the connection member interface part 1031 are hermetically connected with the lead wires of the stator winding 1013 protruding therethrough. Specifically, the control member interface part 1022 and the connection member interface part 1031 are sealingly connected to the lead wires of the stator winding 1013 protruding therethrough by a sealant. More specifically, the sealant is filled in the gap between the connector interface 1031 and the lead wires of the stator winding 1013 and the sealant is filled in the gap between the control interface 1022 and the lead wires of the stator winding 1013. This improves the waterproofing effect at the gap between the control interface part 1022 and the lead wires of the stator winding 1013 and the waterproofing effect at the gap between the connection interface part 1031 and the lead wires of the stator winding 1013, respectively.
A fifth possible waterproof failure part is a socket part 102 (shown in fig. 1 and 3), and a waterproof member (not shown) is provided at the socket part 1021 to improve the waterproof effect. Specifically, the waterproof member is a waterproof lock head adapted to engage with the socket portion 1021. The control member 102 is electrically connected to an external device through the socket 1021 and the waterproof lock head in turn.
The other part of the possible waterproof failure is the position of the stator winding 1013, and in order to improve the waterproof effect, the stator winding 1013 is covered by a sealant, so that the stator winding 1013 and the motor housing 1011 form an integral body and the other part of the fluid inside the motor housing 1011 is sealed.
The above mentioned "sealing" of the present invention refers to liquid sealing.
In summary, by providing the waterproof structure at the possible waterproof failure portion, external liquid (e.g., water) can be effectively prevented from entering the waterproof brushless motor, thereby prolonging the service life of the waterproof brushless motor 10 and the device. Moreover, through the above waterproof structure, the waterproof brushless motor of the present invention can achieve the waterproof effect of IP 68.
Furthermore, compared with the motor housing 1011 and the control member 102 which are integrally formed, the present invention adopts the connecting member 103 to connect the separated motor housing 1011 and the control member 102, which not only simplifies the production process but also facilitates the operation of the user.
