the first torsion transmission piece comprises a first tooth-shaped piece, at least one first sliding rod and a first rod sleeve, wherein one end of the first tooth-shaped piece is provided with a first tooth-shaped part, the other end of the first tooth-shaped piece is pivoted with the at least one first sliding rod, the first rod sleeve is connected with the first base, and the first rod sleeve is provided with a first clamping part which enables the first sliding rod to relatively slide after penetrating through the first clamping part so as to form torsion; and
