Description

Telescopic floater arresting device
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a hydraulic engineering field especially relates to a telescopic floater arresting gear.
Background
At present, a blocking net adopted in hydraulic engineering is mainly used for blocking floaters in a water area, so that the floaters are prevented from influencing a channel, the floaters are conveniently collected and transported, and the landscape of a river channel is protected. For example, in the branch river of Huangpu river, a large amount of water hyacinth grows each year and often enters the inner river channel along with the water flow. Therefore, the water hyacinth is intercepted when entering the river mouth of the inner river channel. There are many river mouths that need to intercept the floating objects, and there are thousands of seats only in the minwhow area, the pinery area, the kups area, the purdong new area, etc. in the Shanghai. It can be seen that there are tens of thousands of rivers that need to be stopped in coastal cities across the country.
Taking the above hai jin shan district as an example, as many as 72 river mouths connecting Zhejiang are easily affected by the floating of the upstream hyacinth and duckweed. In the breeding season of the water hyacinth and the duckweed, a large amount of the water hyacinth and the duckweed cover the river surface. In addition, the water hyacinth has strong adaptability, fast growth speed and remarkable spreading speed. Therefore, the water hyacinth is inundated, not only causes visual pollution, but also can become water garbage to pollute water environment; if the floaters are not treated in time, the influence on water area landscapes is caused, the development of the tourist industry of the Fengjing town is influenced, drinking water is polluted, even river channels, reservoirs, irrigation and drainage stations and the like can be blocked, channel transportation and the like are influenced, the normal production and water conservancy irrigation and drainage are seriously influenced, in addition, the recent sudden water pollution events are frequent, the emergency plan system of the sudden events needs to be improved urgently, the normal development of water conservancy work is also seriously hindered, and the image of the Shanghai as a modern metropolis is seriously influenced.
At present, the floaters are intercepted by adopting a fixed trash blocking net, and the blocking height is unchanged: in practical application, to realize high water level interception, the trash rack must be very high, and when the water level is low, the high trash rack is unnecessary, and the net exposed out of the water surface is always full of dirt, which hinders the landscape. If the net height is designed according to the normal water level, the high water level can not block, and the floating objects can cross the net. Especially in the season that does not need to block the floater, the trash rack is inconvenient to dismantle, is difficult to maintain, and can not play any role when being arranged in the river channel, thereby influencing the landscape. This is particularly the case in coastal cities where the tidal rise and fall water levels are constantly changing, the required arresting height is also constantly changing and the height of the net cannot be adjusted adaptively. In addition, because the trash rack is fixedly arranged, the trash rack is difficult to detach for storage in seasons without trash rack.
In order to meet the requirements of urban water ecology and water conservancy landscape, a light trash holding device which is convenient for trash holding application and moving to a warehouse is urgently needed.

The trash rack 4 is connected to the hanging net connecting rod 3 and takes the cross braces 2 as leaning structures. Because the buoyancy tanks 11 of the trash holding main body 1 can float in water, all the trash holding main bodies 1 not only provide buoyancy for the whole telescopic floater holding device, but also provide supporting and stabilizing effects for the cross braces 2, the net hanging connecting rods 3 and the trash holding nets 4; the bottom of the buoyancy tank 11 can be provided with universal wheels, which is convenient for workers to carry the buoyancy tank 11 on the ground. The telescopic floating object blocking device can be of an assembled structure, namely, the telescopic floating object blocking device is formed by sequentially and alternately assembling the trash blocking main body 1 and the cross braces 2. The cross braces 2 adopt the parallelogram principle, can be extended and retracted, and make two adjacent trash holding main bodies 1 separate from each other or approach each other, thereby making the whole telescopic floater holding device extend or retract to adapt to the width of the river channel. When floating objects in water are blocked, the buoyancy tanks 11 float in the water, the blocking upright columns 12 are exposed out of the water surface, the cross braces 2 are manually operated to extend one by one, and the two sewage blocking bodies 1 closest to the two sides of the river channel are movably connected with the corresponding river banks to enable all the sewage blocking bodies 1 to lift along with the water level, so that a sewage blocking device lifting along with the water level is formed at the river mouth of the river channel; when the floating objects in the water do not need to be blocked, each cross brace 2 is contracted to the narrowest state by the device under the manual operation, the telescopic floating object blocking device is shortened to the minimum volume state, and the shortened telescopic floating object blocking device is dragged to a transport ship under the action of a carrying auxiliary tool (such as a goods guide inclined plate) and is finally transported to a warehouse on the shore. In addition, the utility model can also block suspended matters with a certain distance from the water surface under water, and the net hanging connecting rods 3 connected with the trash rack 4 are also arranged under water, namely, in the vertical plane where the net hanging connecting rods 3 positioned at the top of the blocking upright post 12 are positioned, two adjacent buoyancy tanks 11 are connected through the net hanging connecting rods 3; in order to detect the height of the floater in the water, the telescopic floater arresting device further comprises an overload alarm device for detecting the height of the floater in the water, and the overload alarm device is arranged on the river bank. When the height of the blocked floating objects in the water reaches a warning line, the overload warning device automatically gives an alarm to remind workers of cleaning in time.
The utility model discloses a telescopic floater blocks device specially adapted city river course on block dirty engineering, accord with the seasonal characteristics that block dirty engineering well: when the trash is required to be blocked, by utilizing the characteristics of portability and detachability of the telescopic floater blocking device, the cross braces 2 are opened on water, the trash blocking main bodies 1 are sequentially separated along the width direction of a river channel, the net hanging connecting rods 3 are continuously extended, and trash blocking nets 4 connected to the net hanging connecting rods 3 are spread along with the net hanging connecting rods to form a trash blocking state; when not needing to block dirty, draw in all cross braces 2 in under manual operation, draw close all and block dirty main part 1, hang the continuous shortening of net connecting rod 3, carry telescopic floater arresting gear to the warehouse in at last to do not influence the river course view.
Two specific states of use of the above retractable float arresting device:
(1) state of containment
In the season needing trash holding, when trash holding is needed, firstly, the telescopic floater holding device in a shortened state is transported to a river channel site, and the device is placed in the river channel through a hoisting tool or manually; secondly, sequentially arranging all the trash rack bodies 1 along the width direction of the river channel; then, movably connecting one trash main body 1 closest to the river channel with the corresponding river bank; then, sequentially opening each cross brace 2 and locking the cross braces 2; and finally, movably connecting the trash blocking main body 1 positioned at the other end of the telescopic floater blocking device to the corresponding river bank, wherein the telescopic floater blocking device can be put into trash blocking work. In general, the top surface of buoyancy tank 11 may be level with the static water level, and buoyancy tank 11 may also be suspended in the water as a whole.
(2) Non-trash holding state
When the trash blocking is not needed, firstly, all the cross braces 2 are manually contracted to the narrowest state; secondly, the shortened telescopic floating object arresting device is pulled to a transport ship through a cargo guide inclined plate at the bow; finally, the telescopic floating object blocking device is conveyed to a warehouse on the shore, and the telescopic trash blocking device can be disassembled, repaired and maintained as required in the warehouse.
In a word, the utility model discloses a telescopic floater arresting device compares with current trash rack facility, has following characteristics:
(1) compared with the trash-blocking project with the same width, the trash-blocking project is simple and practical, has low manufacturing cost, and can reduce the investment cost by 50 to 70 percent.
(2) The construction period is short, and the standardized production can be realized.
(3) The telescopic floater blocking device is blocked and is mostly articulated structure between main part 1 of trash blocking and the cross brace 2, connects reliably to under the condition that the aquatic floater distributes, piles up the difference, can adapt to inhomogeneous load effect.
(5) The river course width of using is wide in range, blocks the floater in aquatic simultaneously and keeps away from the suspended solid of certain distance of surface of water.
(6) Is convenient for transportation and storage.
The buoyancy tank 11 may be a cylinder or a rectangular parallelepiped. When the buoyancy tank 11 is a rectangular parallelepiped, its size is determined according to the required buoyancy. Since the buoyancy tank 11 can float in the water, it is easy for a worker to float the buoyancy tank 11 in the water.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the retaining columns 12 may be vertically arranged at the center of the top surface of the buoyancy tank 11, and the retaining columns 12 may be formed of u-shaped profiles (u-shaped profiles are usually steel): the retaining columns 12 of two dirt-retaining bodies 1 closest to the two sides of the river channel are formed by one U-shaped profile, and the retaining columns 12 of the other dirt-retaining bodies 1 are formed by two U-shaped profiles arranged back to back. The length and the type of the U-shaped section bar are determined according to the trash holding height, and generally, the larger the trash holding height is, the larger the size of the U-shaped section bar is required to be.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, the net hanging link 3 may be formed by sequentially sleeving a plurality of sleeves having different diameters. The net hanging connecting rod 3 is sleeved with a plurality of movable rings 31 connected with the trash rack 4. Two ends of the net hanging connecting rod 3 are connected with two adjacent blocking upright columns 12.
The top edge of the trash rack 4 can be connected with the hanging net connecting rod 3, other parts of the trash rack 4 can be connected with the blocking upright posts 12 and can also be connected with the cross braces 2, and by the arrangement, all parts of the trash rack 4 are pulled, so that floating objects in water can be better blocked. In addition, the trash rack 4 can be better spread or folded in the process of stretching or shrinking the cross braces 2.
In order to protect the river course both sides and be convenient for swing joint two that are closest to the river course both sides block dirty main part 1, above-mentioned telescopic floater arresting device still includes two river course shore protection 5, and two river course 5 symmetries of shore protection set up in the river course both sides, and two that are closest to the river course both sides block dirty main part 1 and set up on the river course shore protection 5 that corresponds with sliding from top to bottom.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the river bank protection 5 is further provided with buoyancy tank slide rails 6 extending vertically, and the buoyancy tanks 11 of the two trash rack bodies 1 closest to both sides of the river are slidably provided on the corresponding buoyancy tank slide rails 6.
Furthermore, the buoyancy tank sliding rail 6 may be formed by two L-shaped profiles 61 symmetrically arranged, and since the buoyancy tank sliding rail 6 extends into the water, the L-shaped profiles are usually made of stainless materials, for example, the L-shaped profiles 61 are angle steels made of stainless steel. The spacing between the two L-profiles 61 is determined by the dimensions of the buoyancy tank 11. In some embodiments, one side of the L-shaped section 61 is fixed on the river bank protection 5 by an expansion screw, and the distances between the top end and the bottom end of the buoyancy tank slide rail 6 with respect to the water surface are both required to satisfy the stroke of the buoyancy tank 11 at the highest water level and the lowest water level, that is, the length of the buoyancy tank slide rail 6 is required to satisfy the requirement of the buoyancy tank 11 to slide up and down. As a more preferred design: the opposite bilateral symmetry of flotation tank 11 is equipped with wear-resisting slider 13, and the interval of two wear-resisting slider 13 will be 2 ~ 3mm less than the width of flotation tank slide rail 6. When the buoyancy tank 11 is arranged in the buoyancy tank slide rail 6 in a sliding manner, the wear-resistant slide block 13 is tightly attached to the side wall of the buoyancy tank slide rail 6, and the buoyancy tank 11 can move up and down along with the water level under the action of buoyancy, so that the buoyancy tank 11 can be prevented from being worn in the sliding process on the buoyancy tank slide rail 6. As another more preferred design: the buoyancy tank slide rail 6 is provided with a limiting structure for preventing the buoyancy tank 11 from separating from the buoyancy tank slide rail 6.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, in order to resist horizontal load F3 of floating objects in water, load F2 of wind, and impact of waves, the trash rack 1 is provided with a balance support device 7 for preventing the trash rack 1 from falling down at least on one side in the extending direction of the river.
Further, the balance support device 7 is disposed on a side of the trash rack body 1 opposite to the floating objects in the water, the balance support device 7 includes an overhanging connecting rod 71 and a floating ball 72 submergible in the water, one end of the overhanging connecting rod 71 is connected to the blocking upright 12, and the other end of the overhanging connecting rod 71 is connected to the floating ball 72. The floating ball 72 provides a corresponding buoyancy when the trash rack 1 is loaded, thereby preventing the trash rack 1 from falling down. Under the action of the horizontal load of the foreign object, the buoyancy tank 11 is subjected to an eccentric load moment, and the buoyancy tank 11 inclines to one side, so that the telescopic floating object arresting device inclines integrally. When the inclination angle is larger than the design requirement, the floating ball 72 is immersed in the water to generate buoyancy F1, and the buoyancy is transmitted to the blocking upright post 12 through the cantilever connecting rod 71, so that a moment resisting the eccentric load moment is formed on the buoyancy tank 11, the buoyancy tank 11 is prevented from being kept stable, and the telescopic floater blocking device can float on the water surface stably to work.
In a specific embodiment, the overhanging link 71 may be a straight rod or an arc rod. When the cantilever link 71 is an arc-shaped rod, one end of the cantilever link 71 is connected to the height 1/3 of the barrier column 12, and the other end of the cantilever link 71 is bent downward and connected to the float ball 72. Furthermore, the cantilever connecting rod 71 is preferably a quarter-arc rod, and the buoyancy is axially transmitted to the cantilever connecting rod 71 and then to the arresting upright 12. The cantilever length of the cantilever link 71 is proportional to the moment against overturning, and the buoyancy of the float ball 72 is also proportional to the moment against overturning. Therefore, the length of the cantilever link 71 and the size of the float 72 should be appropriately selected according to the magnitude of the force of the foreign object on the float tank 11. When the balance supporting device 7 is in a non-working state, the floating ball 72 is slightly higher than the static water level, and is usually 20mm higher than the static water level. In addition, the strength and rigidity of the cantilever connecting rod 71 meet the structural requirements and can be made of a proper steel pipe; the float 72 is a hollow seal whose diameter is determined by the desired buoyancy. The balance supporting device 7 is simple in structure, free of complex parts and low in manufacturing cost.
As shown in fig. 2, the cross brace 2 is used to extend or shorten the main structure of the retractable floating object arresting device and the supporting structure of the whole device. And the span of the cross brace 2 after being stretched can be adjusted according to the width of the river channel. The cross brace 2 comprises two cross rods 21 hinged with each other and a locker for preventing the cross rods 21 from rotating relatively; the lower end of each cross bar 21 is rotatably mounted on the bottom of one of the retaining uprights 12, and the upper end of said cross bar 21 is rotatably mounted on the top of the other retaining upright 12 so as to be able to slide up and down.
The top of the blocking upright 12 is provided with a slide groove 121 extending vertically, the upper end of the cross bar 21 is provided with a slide shaft 211, and the slide shaft 211 is slidably disposed in the slide groove 121. When the cross brace 2 is extended or retracted, the sliding shaft 211 slides up and down in the sliding groove 121 of the blocking upright 12 under the driving of the cross rod 21. After the cross brace 2 is extended, the sliding shaft 211 can be locked in the sliding groove 121 through the locking device, so that the cross brace 2 is prevented from being extended or retracted continuously, and the telescopic floater blocking device is in a trash blocking state. The length of the sliding groove 121 is determined according to the width of the river channel, that is, the requirement of the cross brace 2 for extension or retraction should be satisfied.
As a specific implementation method of the telescopic floater arresting device, the following steps are carried out:
(1) according to the design size, the floating box 11, the blocking upright posts 12, the cross braces 2, the balance supporting devices 7, the floating box slide rails 6, the net hanging connecting rods 3, the movable rings 31, the trash blocking nets 4 and other components are manufactured in a factory, and all iron parts of the telescopic floater blocking device are subjected to rust removal, paint spraying and other rust prevention treatments;
(2) respectively assembling the trash rack main body 1, the cross braces 2, the net hanging connecting rods 3, the trash rack 4 and the overload alarm device, and finally completing the integral assembly of the telescopic floater arresting device;
(3) the telescopic floater arresting device is shortened to a minimum volume state and then transported to a river channel site;
(4) the telescopic floater arresting device is integrally placed in a river channel, the floating box 11 of the pollutant arresting main body 1 at one end is placed into the corresponding floating box slide rail 6, then the cross braces 2 are sequentially opened and the cross braces 2 are locked towards the direction of the other end of the telescopic floater arresting device until the floating box 11 of the pollutant arresting main body 1 at the other end is placed into the corresponding floating box slide rail 6;
(5) the retractable float arresting device can be transported away in seasons where trash arresting is not required. Firstly, unlocking the cross braces 2 at the outermost side, pulling out the floating boxes 11 from the floating box slide rails 6, sequentially compressing the telescopic floater arresting devices towards the direction of the other ends of the telescopic floater arresting devices, finally unlocking the last cross brace 2, and pulling out the last floating box 11 from the floating box slide rails 6;
(6) the cargo guide inclined plate is put on the ship, the shortened telescopic floater blocking device is pulled to the transport ship, then the telescopic floater blocking device is moved to the river bank through a truck crane, and finally the telescopic floater blocking device is dragged to the warehouse.
To sum up, the utility model discloses a telescopic floater arresting gear can block aquatic floater and the aquatic suspended solid apart from the surface of water certain distance simultaneously according to river course width adjustment self length to detect aquatic floater height in order to remind the staff in time to clear up.
