Description
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The utility model relates to a pull formula feeding device of washing machine especially relates to the connection structure of device and washing machine panel.
[ background of the invention ]
Washing machines are usually provided with a feeding device by means of which treatment agents such as detergents, softeners, disinfectants, bleaches etc. are added during the washing process. One common way of installing the feeding device is to pull the feeding device out of the washing machine. The cover part of the feeding device is matched with the panel of the washing machine.
The gap between the cover and the panel is a factor that affects the appearance. Too large a gap may appear to be poor in product quality, reducing user satisfaction. A reasonable value of the gap is usually set by calculation at the time of product design. However, after the mass production of the product, the gap is difficult to control and the tolerance requirement is difficult to meet. Moreover, after a long period of use, the gap becomes large and uneven, especially the upper gap 1a (as shown in fig. 1) and also the lateral gap 1b may become large. The reason for this is that the positioning system of the cover and the panel is not designed properly or the positioning fails. The positioning systems of the feeding devices of the washing machines on the market are mainly of two types:
the first cover part is free from any binding relation with the panel. The shrinkage rate of the cover material is large, the deformation is large, the size fluctuation range is large, and the gap is difficult to control. There is no restriction between the cover and the panel, and there is no positioning relation between the cover and the panel, which also results in no control of the gap.
The second cover and the panel have a binding force in the depth direction of the washing machine. This approach is logically reasonable, but still suffers from the following problems:
a. there is still an unconstrained degree of freedom for the cover, for example, under the weight of the loading device, the cover rotates about an axis along the width of the washing machine, resulting in an uncontrolled gap, especially an upper gap larger than the design would expect.
b. Restraint mechanism design draws back the position that back customer can see at feeding device, uses the back for a long time, because frictional wear, leads to panel and feeding device to appear falling the lacquer phenomenon, exposes the material primary color, also leads to the clearance grow when influencing the outward appearance effect.

[ detailed description ] embodiments
As shown in fig. 2, the washing machine 100 has a cabinet 2. The charging device 10 is designed as a drawer and is arranged on the housing 2 in a drawable manner. In the fitted state, the lid 11 of the charging device 10 remains flush with the casing 2. Wherein the cabinet 2 includes a panel 4 at the front side of the washing machine. The charging device 10 is arranged on the panel 4. The washing machine panel 4 shown in fig. 2 includes the control member 5 and is separated from the front panel 6 located therebelow. In other embodiments, the panel may extend integrally to the bottom of the housing 2.
As shown in fig. 3, the charging device 10 includes a lid portion 11 and a treatment agent application portion 12. The lid 11 is fixedly connected to the treatment agent application portion 12. The treating agent application part 12 is movable in the depth direction Y of the washing machine through the window part 41 of the panel 4. When the treatment agent application portion 12 is completely inserted into the panel 4, the lid portion 11 is engaged with the window portion 41.
As shown in fig. 4 to 8, the window portion 41 of the panel 4 has four sets of latching projections 42, which are respectively engaged with four hooks 13 extending in the depth direction Y of the washing machine on the cover portion 11. The lower portion of the window portion 41 is provided with a first positioning groove 43a, a second positioning groove 43b, and a third positioning groove 43c opened at the front, which receive a first positioning pin 14a, a second positioning pin 14b, and a third positioning pin 14c provided at the lower portion of the cover portion 11, respectively, in the depth direction Y of the washing machine. In this way, the cover 11 is substantially connected to the window 41 of the panel 4. However, further positioning is still required to ensure a stable connection of the cover 11 to the panel 4.
When determining the position relationship of two parts, fixing one part needs to restrain 6 degrees of freedom, and restraining 6 degrees of freedom of the other part is the essence of the design of the positioning system. The default design of the feeding device and the panel is that the panel is fixed, and the freedom of how to restrict the feeding device, particularly the cover part, is the main direction of the design. In product design, the "3-2-1 principle" in geometry and tolerances for positioning systems is followed to constrain 6 degrees of freedom of a part. The principle is as follows: assuming that 3 mutually perpendicular planes in the space form a reference coordinate system and are respectively a first reference plane, a second reference plane and a third reference plane; when a part is fixed in the coordinate system, at least 3 points on the part are required to be sequentially selected to be in contact with a first reference plane (3 degrees of freedom are constrained), at least 2 points on the part are required to be in contact with a second reference plane (2 degrees of freedom are constrained), and at least 1 point on the part is required to be in contact with a third reference plane (1 degree of freedom is constrained), so that the 6 degrees of freedom of the part are constrained.
As shown in fig. 5, the window portion 41 has a first support surface 44a and a second support surface 44b extending in the width direction X of the washing machine at a distance. The first and second support surfaces 44a, 44b are coplanar and preferably may be horizontal. The first supporting surface 44a is located at the bottom of the first positioning groove 43a, and the second supporting surface 44b is located at the bottom of the second positioning groove 43 b. The top of the first positioning groove 43a further has a third positioning surface 44c, and the top of the second positioning groove 43b further has a fourth positioning surface 44 d. The bottoms of the first positioning pin 14a and the second positioning pin 14b have a first protrusion 15a and a second protrusion 15b of a hemispherical structure, respectively. When the cover 11 is fitted to the window 41 of the panel 4, the first projection 15a and the second projection 15b are supported by the first support surface 44a and the second support surface 44b, respectively, from above with zero clearance, and are in point contact, and the first support surface 44a and the second support surface 44b apply a vertical upward supporting force to the first projection 15a and the second projection 15b, respectively. The first and second positioning pins 14a and 14b have third and fourth protrusions 15c and 15d, respectively, on the tops thereof. When the cover 11 is fitted to the panel 4, the third projection 15c comes into point contact with the third positioning surface 44c, and the fourth projection 15d comes into point contact with the fourth positioning surface 44 d. This restrains two degrees of freedom of movement of the lid portion 11 in the height direction Z of the washing machine and rotation about the depth direction Y of the washing machine.
Compared to the normal clearance fit, the first projection 15a and the second projection 15b are supported on the first support surface 44a and the second support surface 44b from above with zero clearance, respectively, and the problem of the clearance becoming large due to gravity is solved. In addition, the matching forms are point matching instead of surface matching, so that the product size is better managed, the precision is higher, and the clearance is easier to control.
As shown in fig. 5, the cover portion 11 has a third positioning pin 14c, and the window portion 41 has a third positioning groove 43c that receives the third positioning pin 14 c. The left and right sides of the third positioning pin 14c are provided with a fifth projection 15e and a sixth projection 15f, respectively. The third positioning groove 43c has a fifth positioning surface 44e and a sixth positioning surface 44f on the left and right sides thereof, respectively. When the cover 11 is fitted to the panel 4, the third positioning pin 14c extends into the third positioning groove 43c, and the fifth projection 15e and the sixth projection 15f are in point contact with the fifth positioning surface 44e and the sixth positioning surface 44f, respectively. The fifth and sixth protrusions 15e and 15f are curved structures, and may be, for example, spherical structures. This restricts the cover 11 from moving one degree of freedom in the width direction X of the washing machine.
In other alternative embodiments, the first and second aligning pins 14a and 14b have protrusions (not shown) at left and right sides defined in the width direction of the washing machine, respectively. When the cover 11 is fitted to the panel 4, the first positioning pin 14a and the second positioning pin 14b are inserted into the first positioning groove 43a and the second positioning groove 43b, respectively, and the left and right protrusions are in point contact with the left and right sides of the first positioning groove 43a and the second positioning groove 43b, respectively.
As shown in fig. 5, the window 41 has a seventh positioning surface 44g facing the front of the washing machine in the depth direction Y. The cover 11 has a plurality of fourth positioning pins 14d, and a front end portion of each of the fourth positioning pins 14d is provided with a seventh projection 15 g. When the cover 11 is fitted to the window 41, the seventh projection 15g comes into point contact with the seventh positioning surface 44 g. And the clamping bulge 42 is matched with the clamping hook 13, so that three degrees of freedom of movement in the depth direction Y and rotation around the width direction X and the height direction Z of the washing machine are restrained. The seventh protrusion 15g is a curved structure, and may be a spherical structure, for example.
In this way, the six degrees of freedom of the charging device 10 are constrained, being positionally fixed relative to the panel 4 after assembly.
The various embodiments described above and shown in the drawings are illustrative of the invention and are not intended to be all-inclusive. In the scope of the basic technical idea of the present invention, a person skilled in the relevant technical field can easily change the position of the object to be protected.
