高压电力电缆普遍采用交联聚氯乙烯材料制成,35KV及以上的三芯交联聚氯乙烯电缆结构比较复杂,其包括导线、导线屏蔽层、交联聚氯乙烯绝缘、绝缘屏蔽层、保护带、铜线屏蔽、螺旋铜带、塑料带、中心填芯、填料、内护套、扁钢带铠装、钢带、外护套等。在35KV以上电缆终端头制作工艺过程中“剥铜屏蔽层和半导电层”,目前通行的方法采用电工刀或裁纸刀进行操作,电缆的半导电层厚度一般在0.75-1.4mm,在剥离半导电层时靠操作人员的技术熟练程度用刀,经常会发生损坏电缆主绝缘层的失误操作,造成电缆使用寿命缩短。

本实用新型的目的就是提供一种结构简单,能避免切割损坏电缆主绝缘层,提高电缆终端头制作质量的35KV三芯交联聚氯乙烯电缆半导电层剥离刀。
