In some examples, the removable battery compartment 10 is a rectangular parallelepiped structure with the removable assembly disposed on one short side thereof. In other examples, the detachable battery compartment 10 has a square structure or a cylindrical structure, and the detachable component can be disposed on one side of the square structure or one side of the cylindrical structure.
The detachable component can comprise a key plug 23 and a knob 24 for driving the key plug to move; a first positioning rod 21 and a second positioning rod 22 are arranged on the inner wall of the detachable battery bin 10 at a certain interval, and a key plug 23 is vertically sleeved on the first positioning rod 21 and the second positioning rod 22; an opening is provided in the side wall of the removable battery compartment 10 between the first positioning rod 21 and the second positioning rod 22, and the knob 24 is located in the opening.
The knob 24 is rotated, and the knob 24 drives the key plug 23 to move in a direction perpendicular to the first positioning rod 21 and the second positioning rod 22.
In the using process, the knob 24 is rotated, the knob 24 drives the key plug 23 to move towards one direction, the key plug is separated from the battery assembly, and at the moment, the battery assembly can be taken out of the detachable battery bin 10; the knob 24 is rotated reversely, the knob 24 drives the key plug 23 to move reversely, and the key plug 23 blocks the battery assembly, so that the battery assembly is assembled in the detachable battery compartment 10.
It should be noted that, in order to cooperate with the key plug 23, a clamping hole may be formed at one end of the battery assembly, and the battery assembly and the battery compartment are relatively fixed when the key plug 23 is inserted into the clamping hole; when the key plug 23 is separated from the clamping hole, the battery assembly is separated from the battery compartment.
In some embodiments, the knob 24 is provided with claws on its outer circumference, which are engaged with the key plugs 23. The knob 24 is rotated, the claw can drive the key plug 23 to move towards the direction far away from the clamping hole, so that the key plug 23 is separated from the clamping hole, and at the moment, the battery component is separated from the battery compartment; the knob 24 is rotated reversely, the claw can drive the key plug 23 to move towards the clamping hole direction, so that the key plug 23 is inserted into the clamping hole, and at the moment, the battery component is assembled with the battery bin.
The end parts of the first positioning rod 21 and the second positioning rod 22 can be provided with a limiting structure, such as a limiting groove (not shown in the figure), and part of the key plugs 23 are arranged in the limiting groove; as another example, the position-limiting column (as shown in fig. 5) is provided with a hollow portion of the key plug 23, which is sleeved outside the position-limiting column.
The limiting structure is arranged to limit the movement of the key plug 23 only in a direction perpendicular to the first positioning rod 21 and the second positioning rod 22, and to limit the movement of the key plug 23 in a direction perpendicular to the first positioning rod 21 and the second positioning rod 22.
In some embodiments, the key plug 23 has a hollow structure, such as a rectangular hollow structure, a plurality of positioning ribs 231 are disposed between two sides of the hollow structure, and the first positioning rod 21 and the second positioning rod 22 are respectively disposed between two adjacent positioning ribs 231. At this time, the stopper posts at the end portions of the first positioning rod 21 and the second positioning rod 22 are disposed inside the hollow structure. The positioning rib 231 can enhance the firmness of the rectangular hollow structure and can also improve the relative movement range between the key plug and the limiting column.
In some embodiments, the key plug 23 may be provided with a stopper 232 on one side, and the detachable assembly 2 may further include: a compression spring 233 sleeved on the key plug 23, wherein the compression spring 233 is positioned between the limit block 232 and the first positioning rod 21, and the first positioning rod 21 is close to the clamping hole. The compression spring 233 is in a compressed state when the battery pack is assembled with the battery compartment, and the compression spring 233 is in a restored state when the battery pack is separated from the battery compartment. Before the battery assembly and the battery compartment are assembled, the knob 24 is rotated, the claw 241 on the knob 24 drives the key plug to move in the direction away from the clamping hole, and the pressure spring is compressed; after the battery pack is placed in the battery compartment, the restoring force of the pressure spring 233 drives the key plug to move towards the clamping hole direction until the key plug is clamped into the clamping hole, so that the battery pack and the battery compartment are assembled. When the knob 24 is rotated to enable the claws to be separated from the interior of the key plug 23, the existence of the compressed spring 233 can buffer the relative movement between the key plug 23 and the knob 24 and reduce the loss; at the same time, the compression spring 233 can drive the key plug 23 to reset.
In some embodiments, the removable battery cartridge 10 may further include a snap assembly disposed on at least one side thereof, and the snap assembly may include a snap and a snap groove. The buckle can be arranged on the detachable battery compartment 10, and correspondingly, a buckle groove is arranged on the battery component 11 placed in the detachable battery compartment 10; alternatively, a snap groove may be provided on the removable battery compartment 10, respectively for providing a snap on the battery assembly 11 placed in the removable battery compartment 10. The buckle subassembly that buckle and buckle groove are constituteed can further promote the steadiness after battery pack and the battery compartment equipment.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments, the detachable battery compartment may further include a slot assembly, and the slot assembly may be disposed at the other end of the detachable battery compartment.
