Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the double-end-seal reciprocating high-speed pillow wrapping machine of the present invention includes a frame 1, a material adding device, a material conveying device 2, a film placing device 3, a material packaging conveying device 4, and a two-pass heat sealing and cutting device 8, wherein the material adding device is composed of a first feeding component 11 and a second feeding component 12 in sequence (i.e. a two-feed mode), and a material supplementing detection component 10 (photoelectric type) is installed on the frame 1 and between the first feeding component 11 and the second feeding component 12; a preheating sealing device 6 is arranged on the frame 1 and at the side edge of the two heat sealing and cutting devices 8 (the previous process), and a transition conveying device 7 is arranged on the frame 1 and between the preheating sealing device 6 and the two heat sealing and cutting devices 8. The inlet of the preheating sealing device 6 is connected with the material packaging and conveying device 4.

The primary preheating sealing device 6 and the secondary heat sealing cutting device 8 both comprise an archway 36, an upper cutter shaft 22 and a lower cutter shaft 23 are arranged on the archway 36, an upper sealing cutter 29 is arranged on the upper cutter shaft 22, a lower sealing cutter 30 is arranged on the lower cutter shaft 23, the upper cutter shaft 22 and the lower cutter shaft 23 are connected with an end sealing main shaft 16 through eccentric transmission assemblies respectively connected with the upper cutter shaft 22 and the lower cutter shaft 23, and the end sealing main shaft 16 is connected with a rotary power source 13 (a rotary power motor) through an intermediate transmission assembly; the upper sealing knife of the two-stage heat sealing and cutting device 8 is provided with a cutter 31 (namely, the cutter has a cutting function). The upper sealing knife of the preheating sealing device 6 is not provided with a cutter (namely, the cutter has a heat sealing function) and does not have a cutting-off function. The two ends of the upper cutter shaft 22 are provided with slide bar fixing blocks 24, the two ends of the lower cutter shaft 23 are provided with slide bar sleeve seats 26, the slide bar fixing blocks 24 are connected with the slide bar sleeve seats 26 through positioning slide bars 25, and the synchronous rotation of the upper cutter shaft and the lower cutter shaft is realized through the sliding of the positioning slide bars in the slide bar sleeve seats. The upper sealing knife 29 is mounted on the upper knife shaft 22 through an upper knife guide shaft 27 and a buffer spring 28 to guide the heat sealing work of the upper sealing knife. The eccentric transmission assembly comprises a connecting shaft 21, a transmission eccentric disc 20 and a cutter shaft wheel 19 (four parts including an upper part, a lower part, a left part and a right part) which are respectively connected with the upper cutter shaft and the lower cutter shaft in sequence, and the cutter shaft wheel 19 is connected with transmission wheels 17 on two ends of the end seal main shaft through a common transmission belt 18; the intermediate transmission assembly comprises a driven wheel 15 arranged on the end sealing main shaft, and the driven wheel 15 is connected with a driving wheel 14 arranged on the rotary power source 13 through a transmission synchronous belt 31. The end sealing main shaft is driven to rotate by the work of a rotary power source, so that the upper cutter shaft and the lower cutter shaft synchronously rotate to enable the upper sealing cutter and the lower sealing cutter to complete secondary heat sealing treatment, and finally, the cutter completes cutting treatment.
