Detailed Description
The practice and use of the embodiments are discussed in detail below. It should be understood, however, that the specific embodiments discussed are merely illustrative of specific ways to make and use the invention, and do not limit the scope of the invention.
It is noted that the drawings are not only for explanation and illustration of the present invention, but also to contribute to the definition of the present invention as necessary.
In this specification, positional terms such as "upper", "lower", "inner", "outer" and the like are defined in terms of the position of the above ground pool in normal use.
As is known, any type of above-ground pool comprises a pool bottom 1 and a pool wall 2 surrounding the pool bottom 1 and connected to the pool bottom 1, the pool bottom 1 and the pool wall 2 together delimiting a water-filled area of the above-ground pool. In the first, second and third shown embodiments, the above-ground pool with massage function according to the present invention is an inflatable pool.
The pool wall 2 of the inflatable pool comprises a top sheet 23, a bottom sheet, an inner wall 21, an outer wall 22 and a pull strip structure 24. The top sheet 23 is spaced above and below the bottom sheet, the inner wall 21 and the outer wall 22 are disposed between the top sheet 23 and the bottom sheet, and the upper edges of the inner wall 21 and the outer wall 22 are connected to the top sheet 23 and the lower edges are connected to the bottom sheet to define an annular inflatable layer (also referred to as an inflatable chamber) of the inflatable pool. It is noted that in the first, second and third shown embodiments the bottom sheet of the cell wall 2 is formed in one piece with the cell bottom 1. In other words, the bottom sheet of the tank wall 2 is a part of the tank bottom 1, and the tank bottom 1, together with the inner wall 21, the outer wall 22 and the top sheet 23, delimits the inflatable layer. This is, of course, not limiting. The wall 2 may comprise a special backsheet, which is separate from the bottom 1 and connected to the inner wall 21, the outer wall 22 and the bottom 1.
The wall 2 of the inflatable pool also comprises a drawstring structure 24 arranged in the inflatable layer. The drawstring structure 24 comprises a plurality of drawstrings which are preferably evenly distributed in the annular inflated layer at equal angular intervals relative to the vertical central axis of the above-ground pool and are connected to the top sheet 23, the bottom sheet (in the embodiment shown, part of the pool bottom 1), the inner wall 22 and the outer wall 23 for limiting over-expansion of the inflated layer when it is inflated.
Preferably, in the first, second and third embodiments shown, the pneumatic pool further comprises an annular reinforcing strip 6 provided at the connection position of the pool bottom 1 and the pool wall 2 (more specifically, the pool bottom 1 and the inner wall 22), such reinforcing strip 6 serving to reinforce the connection between the pool bottom 1 and the inner wall 22 against air leakage of the pneumatic layer.
Of course, the above-ground pool with a massage function according to the present invention is not limited to the pneumatic pool. In a variant of embodiment, which is not shown, the above-ground water basin with massage function according to the invention can also be a standing basin, the walls of which are supported by a rigid support structure, which can be constituted, for example, by a plurality of horizontal support bars and a plurality of vertical support bars.
Above ground ponds typically include a pond pump 3 in communication with the fill area of the pond. Such a sump pump 3 generally includes a filter pump for filtering foreign substances in water and an air pump for supplying air to a water filled area to perform a wave making massage function.
In the first, second and third embodiments shown, the filter pump disposed within the sump pump 3 communicates with the water-filled area for water circulation by means of a water inlet line 81 and a water outlet line 82 connected thereto and passing through the sump wall 2, the water inlet line 81 being located generally above the water outlet line 82. More specifically, the water in the water-filling area, which contains a high content of impurities, can pass through the water outlet line 82 to and be filtered by the filter pump, the filtered water is then preferably heated to the desired temperature by means of a heater arranged inside the sump pump 3, and the heated water is then re-introduced into the water-filling area through the water inlet line 81. This water circulation enables the quality of the water in the fill area to be maintained within safety standards for human health, thereby enabling the user to use the above ground pool for an extended period of time.
To perform the massaging function, an air pump arranged inside the pool pump 3 supplies air to the water-filled area by means of an air inlet line 4 connected thereto and passing through the pool wall 2. The gas supplied at high frequency by the gas pump reaches the wave making zone fixed to the tank bottom 1 and/or at the connecting position of the tank bottom 1 and the tank wall 2 via the gas inlet pipe 4 and the first connecting pipe 71, and then impacts inside the water filling area at high frequency through the gas outlet holes in the wave making zone.
It is noted that a non-return valve (not shown) is normally provided on the tank wall 2, which non-return valve is connected at one end to the inlet line 4 and at the other end communicates with the first connecting line 71. The one-way valve can only be opened towards the first connecting line 71, and when the wave-making function (i.e. the operation of the air pump) is activated, the valve plate of the one-way valve can be pushed open by the air supplied by the air pump from the air inlet line 4 into the first connecting line 71. When the wave generating function is not activated (i.e., the air pump is not operated), the valve plate of the check valve is not pushed open in the reverse direction, which prevents water in the water filling area from entering the intake pipe 4 from the first connecting pipe 71.
Fig. 1 to 4 schematically show a first embodiment of an above-ground pool with massage function according to the present invention.
In this first embodiment, the above-ground pool with massage function according to the present invention includes only the outer ring wave making belt 51 having a ring shape, and the outer ring wave making belt 51 has a shape generally corresponding to the shape of the pool wall 2 (circular ring shape in the drawing). The outer band wave making belt 51 is fixed to the pool bottom 1 adjacent to the pool wall 2 and is provided with a plurality of outer band outlet holes 510 opening into the water filled area. Since the outer ring wave generating belt 51 and the air inlet pipeline 4 are located at different height positions, the air inlet pipeline 4 and the outer ring wave generating belt 51 need to be communicated by means of the first connecting pipeline 71. One end of the first connecting pipeline 71 is fixed on the tank wall 2, and the other end is connected with the outer ring wave making belt 51. When the air pump is operated, the air supplied by the air pump reaches the outer ring wave making belt 51 via the air inlet pipe 4 and the first connecting pipe 71, and then bubbles are generated by the outer ring air outlet holes 510 on the outer ring wave making belt 51.
Since the clearance between the outer band 51 and the pool wall 2 is extremely small, the outer band 51 also enables massage of the user's back when the user sits in the above ground pool and the back rests on the pool wall 2. Compared with the wave making belt arranged on the pool wall in the prior art, the arrangement has the advantages that the upward impact force of the bubbles is better, the massage function has a better bubble impact effect, and more comfortable sensory experience can be brought to a user.
Fig. 5 to 8 schematically show a second embodiment of an above-ground pool with massage function according to the present invention.
The difference from the first embodiment is that in this second embodiment, in addition to the outer ring wave making belt 51 which is the same as the first embodiment, the ground water pool with massage function according to the present invention further includes at least one ring-shaped inner ring wave making belt 52 fixed on the pool bottom 1, and the shape of the inner ring wave making belt 52 is generally identical to that of the outer ring wave making belt 51 (circular ring shape in the figure). By "inner ring" is meant here that the distance between the inner wave belt 52 and the pool wall 2 is larger than the distance between the outer wave belt 51 and the pool wall 2, i.e. in this embodiment the diameter of the inner wave belt 52 is smaller than the diameter of the outer wave belt 51. When a user sits in the above-ground water pool and the back is leaned on the pool wall 2, the inner-ring wave making belt 52 is used to massage the feet of the user, and therefore, the above-ground water pool according to the second embodiment of the present invention can realize the whole body massage for the user.
The inner wave belt 52 communicates with the outer wave belt 51 by means of at least one second connecting pipe 72 fixed to the bottom 1 and is provided with a plurality of inner ring gas outlet holes 520 opening into the water filled area, so that the gas supplied by the gas pump and reaching the outer wave belt 51 can reach the inner wave belt 52 via the second connecting pipe 72 and then generate bubbles that are impacted upward through the inner ring gas outlet holes 520 in the inner wave belt 52. By way of non-limiting example, one inner wave belt 52 for massaging the foot of the user and two second connecting lines 72 symmetrical with respect to the center of the inner wave belt 52 are shown by way of example. In fact, the number and location of the inner wave making belt 52 and the second connecting line 72 can be determined according to the size of the above-ground pool and the actual use requirement. For example, according to a variant of embodiment not shown, the above-ground water pool according to the present invention comprises a first inner ring wave-making zone for massaging the legs of the user and a second inner ring wave-making zone for massaging the feet of the user, the dimensions of the first inner ring wave-making zone being interposed between the outer ring wave-making zone and the second inner ring wave-making zone, and the outer ring wave-making zone and the first inner ring wave-making zone and the second inner ring wave-making zone being in communication with each other by means of connecting lines fixed to the bottom of the pool.
Figures 9 to 12 schematically show a third embodiment of an above-ground pool with massage function according to the invention.
The difference from the second embodiment is that in the third embodiment, the outer ring wave making belt 51 is fixed at the connecting position of the tank wall 2 and the tank bottom 1, namely, one side edge of the outer ring wave making belt 51 is fixed on the tank wall 2, and the other side edge is fixed on the tank bottom 1. This arrangement of the wave making belt can achieve substantially the same technical effects as the second embodiment.
In the first, second and third shown embodiments, the wave making belt can be fixed to the bottom 1 and/or the wall 2 by means of welding, according to a preferred embodiment of the invention. More specifically, in the first embodiment, the outer ring wave making belt 51 is fixed to the pool bottom 1 by welding; in the second embodiment, the outer ring wave making belt 51 and/or the inner ring wave making belt 52 are fixed on the pool bottom 1 by welding; in the third embodiment, the outer wave making belt 51 is fixed to the pool bottom 1 and the pool wall 2 by welding, and/or the inner wave making belt 52 is fixed to the pool bottom 1 by welding. Furthermore, the first connecting pipeline 71 and the outer ring wave making belt 51 and the tank wall 2 as well as the second connecting pipeline 71 and the outer ring wave making belt 51, the inner ring wave making belt 52 and the tank bottom 1 can be fixed by welding.
According to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the materials of the outer ring wave-making belt 51, the inner ring wave-making belt 52, the pool bottom 1, the pool wall 2, the first connecting pipeline 71 and the second connecting pipeline 72 can be selected from PVC (polyvinyl chloride) mesh-sandwiched materials and TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber) mesh-sandwiched materials. The PVC/TPU mesh material refers to a mesh material made of polyester fiber cloth (mesh cloth) and PVC/TPU films positioned on two sides of the polyester fiber cloth. In the case of the welding method described in the previous paragraph, the two parts to be welded to each other are made of the same material. For example, in the first, second and third embodiments shown, the outer and inner wave belts 51, 52, the tank bottom 1, the tank wall 2, the first and second connecting pipes 71, 72 are all made of PVC mesh material. Since the outer ring wave making belt 51 and/or the inner ring wave making belt 52 are often damaged by gas impact, the outer ring wave making belt 51 and/or the inner ring wave making belt 52 may be made into a double-layer structure to achieve a reinforcing effect.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the outer ring air outlets 510 are evenly distributed on the outer ring wave belt 51 and/or the inner ring air outlets 520 are evenly distributed on the inner ring wave belt 52. In other words, adjacent outer and/or inner ring outlet holes 510, 520 have the same angular spacing relative to the vertical central axis of the above-ground pool to enable a uniform bubble blast effect to be achieved for the outer and/or inner wave bands 51, 52.
The technical content and technical features of the present invention have been disclosed above, but it should be understood that various changes and modifications can be made to the concept disclosed above by those skilled in the art under the inventive concept of the present invention, and all fall within the scope of the present invention.
The above description of embodiments is intended to be illustrative, and not restrictive, and the scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims.
