Detailed Description

In this way, it is possible to easily match more types of wiper arms, connectors, and the like using the same wiper blade adapter as much as possible, which not only contributes to reduction in cost of the wiper blade adapter and the wiper by implementing mass production, but also facilitates operations such as assembly, maintenance, replacement, and the like.

A groove 122 is provided below the two bores 121 and the shaft 14, which can optionally be closed at one end and open at the other end, for a part of some type of wiper arm (e.g. a top-locking wiper arm or the like) to be inserted into the groove from the open end, as is exemplarily shown in fig. 10, by sliding the top-locking wiper arm 43 and inserting its bottom hook into the groove 122 of the wiper blade adapter 10, and then locking is formed by a locking member 431 on top of the top-locking wiper arm 43, which locking member 431 can be automatically slid into a locking mechanism of the top-locking wiper arm 43 by elasticity, for example, upon assembly. In the assembled configuration, the connector 30 is fitted to the wiper blade adapter 10 and can cover at least a part of the side portion of the wiper blade adapter 10.
The above description of the mating portion on the first side portion 12 is omitted since the same or similar applies to the two holes 131,131' and the slot 132 on the second side portion 13, and the holes 131,131' and the slot 132 therein may have the same size as the corresponding holes 121,121' and the slot 122 on the first side portion 12, respectively.

The wiper blade adapter (10) according to claim 1, wherein at least one of the side portions is provided with an interference portion configured to fit with a fool-proof structure on the connector (30) for defining that the connector (30) and the wiper blade adapter (10) can only be fitted together in a predetermined direction.

The wiper blade adapter (10) according to claim 2, wherein the wiper blade adapter (10) has a first side portion (12) and a second side portion (13) which are opposed to each other, and between which an axis (14) around which one end of the wiper arm is mounted is provided, and the fitting portion includes:
