First, please refer to fig. 1A, fig. 1B, fig. 2, and fig. 3, which are a perspective view, an exploded view, and a cross-sectional view along a section a-a' of fig. 1B of a fixing device 1 according to some embodiments of the present invention. The fixing device 1 mainly includes a top case 10, a bottom case 20, a lock chamber upper cover 30A, a lock chamber lower cover 30B, a clamping assembly 40, a plurality of elastic elements 50, a communication element 60, an electronic module 70, a battery 80, a connector 90, a fixing element 100, and a fixing element 110.
The top case 10 and the bottom case 20 may be combined with each other to form an outer shell O of the fixing device 1, and the lock chamber upper cover 30A and the lock chamber lower cover 30B may be combined with each other to form a lock chamber 30 of the fixing device 1. In addition, the top case 10 has an opening 10A and an opening 10B at the front and rear sides thereof, respectively, for allowing the components of the fixing device 1 to be connected to the outside. The fixing elements 100 and 110 can be used to fix the relative positions of the elements of the fixing device 1. For example, the fixing element 100 can fix the top case 10 and the bottom case 20, and the fixing element 110 can fix the top case 10 and the lock cavity cover 30A. In one embodiment, the communication element 60 may be integrated into the electronic module 70.
Next, please refer to fig. 4, which is a schematic diagram of some components of the fixing device 1. In fig. 4, the bottom housing 20 includes a plurality of holes 22 for allowing the fixing element 100 to fix the top housing 10 and the bottom housing 20.
The lock chamber lower cover 30B includes two first stoppers 32A, 32B and two second stoppers 34A, 34B. The two first stoppers 32A and 32B form a first stopper 32, and the two second stoppers 34A and 34B form a second stopper 34. The first stopper 32 has a width D1 (the distance between the first stoppers 32A and 32B), and the second stopper 34 has a width D2 (the distance between the second stoppers 34A and 34B), and the width D1 is different from the width D2. For example, in some embodiments, D1< D2. The lock chamber lower cover 30B further has a plurality of engaging portions 36 for engaging with the lock chamber upper cover 30A. The first position-limiting portion 32 and the second position-limiting portion 34 are disposed between the clamping element 40A and the clamping element 40B and are separated from each other by a distance.
The clamping element 40A and the clamping element 40B of the clamping assembly 40 each include a hook portion 42 exposed to the housing O of the fixing device 1. For example, in fig. 4, the latch portion 42 does not overlap the bottom chassis 20 in the Z direction. The hook portions 42 of the clamping elements 40A and 40B extend toward each other. In addition, the distance from the first position-limiting portion 32 to the hook portion 42 is smaller than the distance from the second position-limiting portion 34 to the hook portion 42. In addition, the side of the hook portion 42 away from the bottom shell 20 has a slope 43 for facilitating the installation of the fixing device 1 on other external elements (e.g. a connection port of a vehicle).
In some embodiments, clamping element 40A and clamping element 40B include a ramp 44 and a projection 46 opposite each other. Next, please refer to fig. 5, which is a schematic diagram illustrating some elements of the fixing device 1 according to some embodiments of the present invention. In fig. 5, the top case 10 includes a plurality of holes 12 corresponding to the positions of the holes 22 of the bottom case 20 (e.g., overlapping in the Z direction). Thus, fixing element 100 may be allowed to pass through holes 12 and 22 to fix the relative positions of top case 10 and bottom case 20.
The lock chamber upper cover 30A includes a retaining wall 31 and a plurality of protruding columns 33, wherein the protruding columns 33 can be disposed in the elastic element 50, the protruding portions 46 are disposed in the elastic element 50, and the protruding columns 33 and the protruding portions 46 extend in opposite directions. Thereby, the position of the elastic element 50 relative to the lock chamber upper cover 30A and the clamping assembly 40 can be fixed. In addition, the elastic element 50 simultaneously abuts against the retaining wall 31 and the clamping assembly 40 to provide an inward elastic force to the clamping assembly 40.
The lock chamber upper cover 30A further includes a plurality of engaging holes 35 corresponding to positions of the engaging portions 36 of the lock chamber lower cover 30B (e.g., overlapping each other in the Z direction) to allow the lock chamber upper cover 30A and the lock chamber lower cover 30B to be engaged with each other and fixed. Furthermore, the lock chamber cover 30A further includes a plurality of holes 37 for allowing the fixing element 110 to pass through to fix the top case 10 and the lock chamber cover 30A.
Fig. 6A to 6D are schematic views illustrating the use of the fixing device 1 according to some embodiments of the present invention. In fig. 6A, the fixing device 1 is connected to an external connection end 120 (for example, a connection end for connecting an on-vehicle diagnostic system device in a general vehicle). The connecting end 120 has a stop portion 122, and the hook portion 42 of the clamping assembly 40 is engaged with the stop portion 122 of the connecting end 120, so that the fixing device 1 can be fixed on the connecting end 120 without being pulled out from the connecting end 120. Please refer to fig. 7A to 7D for describing how to fix the fixing device 1 on the connecting end 120 through the hook portion 42 of the holding assembly 40 and the stop portion 122 of the connecting end 120.
It should be noted that, since the first position-limiting portion 32 and the second position-limiting portion 34 in fig. 4 fix the positions of the clamping element 40A and the clamping element 40B, the clamping element 40A and the clamping element 40B have a distance D3 on the left side of the inclined surface 44 (-X direction, side close to the opening 10A in fig. 1A) and a distance D4 on the right side of the inclined surface 44 (+ X direction, side close to the opening 10B).
Next, in FIG. 6B, the key 130 is inserted into the fixture 1 from the opening 10B until two opposing ramps 132 of the key 130 at the top end contact the ramps 44 of the clamping assembly 40. It should be noted that the width D5 of key 130 is greater than the distance D3 between clamping element 40A and clamping element 40 on the left side of ramp 44 (the side near opening 10A), and less than the distance D4 between clamping element 40A and clamping element 40 on the right side of ramp 44 (the side near opening 10B). It should be noted that the distance between the hooks 42 is D6, and the size of the stopper 122 is D7, and D6< D7. Therefore, the fixing device 1 is still fixed to the connecting end 120 by the engagement of the hook portion 42 and the stopper portion 122.
In fig. 6C, the key 130 is further inserted into the fixing device 1 to apply a force to the inclined surface 44 of the clamping assembly 40 by the inclined surface 132 of the key 130, and the elastic element 50 is compressed to decrease from the length L1 shown in fig. 6B to the length L2 shown in fig. 6C, so that the distance between the clamping element 40A and the clamping element 40B on the left side (the side close to the opening 10A) of the inclined surface 44 is increased from D3 to D5, thereby allowing the key 130 to be further inserted into the fixing device 1. At the same time, the distance between the hook portions 42 increases from D6 to D8, which is greater than the dimension D7 (fig. 6B) of the stopper portion 122, to allow the stopper portion 122 to pass between the hook portions 42. It should be noted that, when the key 130 is withdrawn, the elastic element 50 applies an elastic force to the clamping assembly 40 to reduce the distance between the clamping elements 40A and 40B to the state shown in fig. 6A due to the removal of the force.
In fig. 6D, since the distance D8 between the hook portions 42 is greater than the dimension D7 of the stopper portion 122, the stopper portion 122 can be allowed to pass between the hook portions 42, and the fixing device 1 can be pulled out from the connecting end 120 (as shown by arrow M in fig. 6D). Thereby, it is allowed that only a specific user holding the key 130 can remove the fixture 1.
Fig. 7A to 7D are schematic views illustrating the use of the fixing device 1 according to some embodiments of the present invention. In fig. 7A, the fixing device 1 is not disposed on the connection end 120, and the length of the elastic member 50 is L1 at this time. In fig. 7B, the inclined surface 43 of the clamping assembly 40 abuts against the stop portion 122 of the connecting end 120. At this time, the distance between the hooks 42 is D6, and the size of the stopper 122 is D7, and D6< D7.
In fig. 7C, the fixation device 1 is pushed further towards the connection end 120. At this time, the stop portion 122 exerts a force on the inclined surface 43, so that the distance between the clamping element 40A and the clamping element 40B increases until the distance between the clamping element 40A and the clamping element 40B increases to the same width as the dimension D7 of the stop portion 122, so as to allow the stop portion 122 to pass through. In fig. 7D, after the stop portion 122 passes through the hook portion 42, the elastic element 50 applies an elastic force to the clamping assembly 40, so that the distance between the clamping element 40A and the clamping element 40B is reduced, and the length L1 in fig. 7A is recovered. Therefore, the distance between the hook portions 42 is smaller than the size of the stop portion 122, so as to prevent the stop portion 122 from passing through the hook portions 42, and further fix the fixing device 1 on the connecting end 120.

Claims (10)
1. A fixation device, comprising:
a housing;
the clamping component is arranged in the shell and comprises two clamping elements which are spaced from each other at a certain distance and can move relatively, wherein each of the clamping elements comprises a clamping hook part which is exposed out of the shell; and
and a plurality of elastic elements arranged in the shell and arranged at the opposite side of the clamping component, wherein when an acting force is applied to the clamping component, the distance between the plurality of clamping elements is increased, and when the acting force is removed, the plurality of elastic elements apply an elastic force to the clamping component so as to reduce the distance between the plurality of clamping elements.
2. The fastening device of claim 1, wherein each of the plurality of retaining elements includes a ramp surface, and the ramp surfaces are opposite one another.
3. The fastening device of claim 1, further comprising a lock cavity disposed in the housing, and wherein the clamping assembly is disposed in the lock cavity.
4. The fastening device of claim 3, wherein each of the plurality of retaining elements comprises a protrusion, the lock cavity comprises a plurality of posts, and the plurality of resilient elements are disposed on the plurality of protrusions and the plurality of posts.
5. The fastening device of claim 4, wherein the plurality of protrusions and the plurality of posts extend in opposite directions.
6. The fastening device of claim 3, wherein the lock cavity includes a first stop portion disposed between the plurality of retaining elements.
7. The fastening device of claim 6, wherein the lock cavity further comprises a second limiting portion disposed between the plurality of clamping elements and spaced apart from the first limiting portion by a distance, wherein the first limiting portion and the second limiting portion have different widths.
8. The fixing apparatus as claimed in claim 7, wherein the distance from the first position-limiting portion to the plurality of hooking portions is less than the distance from the second position-limiting portion to the plurality of hooking portions, and the width of the first position-limiting portion is less than the width of the second position-limiting portion.
9. The fixing device of claim 1, further comprising an electronic module disposed in the housing, wherein the housing includes an opening, and the electronic module is electrically connected to the outside through the opening.
10. The fixture apparatus of claim 9, wherein the clamping assembly is exposed to the housing through the opening.
