Claims (10)

1. A liquid cooling structure of a spiral connector is characterized by comprising a rubber core and a jack terminal which is hermetically arranged in the rubber core in a penetrating manner and used for being connected with a cable, wherein a spiral groove used for flowing of a cooling medium is formed in the periphery of the jack terminal, and a liquid inlet hole and a liquid outlet hole which are respectively communicated with two ends of the spiral groove are formed in the rear end of the rubber core; an aluminum sleeve sleeved outside the jack terminal is arranged between the rubber core and the jack terminal, and the aluminum sleeve is provided with through holes at positions corresponding to the liquid inlet hole and the liquid outlet hole; the periphery of jack terminal still overlaps and is equipped with two and arranges in respectively the first sealing washer in the helicla flute both ends outside, the periphery of first sealing washer with the inner wall butt of aluminium cover.
2. The liquid cooling structure of the spiral connector according to claim 1, wherein two through holes are formed in the rubber core, the aluminum sleeve and the jack terminals are arranged in the two through holes, an overflowing hole for communicating the two through holes is formed in the front end of the rubber core, the aluminum sleeve is also provided with a through hole at a position corresponding to the overflowing hole, one end of each of the spiral grooves in the two jack terminals is communicated with the liquid inlet hole and the liquid outlet hole, and the other end of each of the spiral grooves in the two jack terminals is communicated with the overflowing hole.

The liquid cooling structure of the spiral connector according to claim 2, wherein the periphery of the plug hole terminal is further provided with two first grooves respectively disposed at the outer sides of the two ends of the spiral groove, and the first sealing ring is sleeved in the first grooves; the periphery of the through hole is provided with a second groove, a second sealing ring is sleeved in the second groove, and the outer side of the second sealing ring is abutted to the inner wall of the through hole.

The liquid cooling structure of a screw connector according to claim 3, wherein a first fastener is provided at a rear end of the rubber core, a flange inserted into the through hole is provided at a front end of the first fastener in a forward extending manner, and a front end surface of the flange abuts against a rear end surface of the aluminum sleeve; and a stopping part which radially extends inwards and is used for being matched with the aluminum sleeve and the jack terminal is arranged at the hole opening at the front end of the through hole.

The liquid cooling structure of the screw connector according to claim 4, wherein the first fastening member comprises an upper buckle plate and a lower buckle plate which are fastened with each other, and semicircular grooves are formed in the opposite surfaces of the upper buckle plate and the lower buckle plate at positions corresponding to the two jack terminals; the buckle is arranged on each of two sides of the upper buckle plate, the buckling parts extending forwards are arranged on each of two sides of the lower buckle plate, and the buckling parts are provided with clamping grooves matched with the buckles; the upper buckle plate and the lower buckle plate are both fixed with the rubber core through screws; a raised positioning column is arranged in the middle of the lower end of the upper pinch plate, and a positioning groove matched with the positioning column is arranged in the middle of the upper end of the lower pinch plate; the rear ends of the upper pinch plate and the lower pinch plate are respectively provided with at least one clamping hook extending outwards.

The liquid cooling structure of a screw connector according to claim 5, wherein a steel chain type watchband-shaped spring plate is arranged in the insertion hole at the front end of the insertion hole terminal; the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet are both arranged at the upper end or the lower end of the rubber core and are arranged in a bilateral symmetry manner.
7. A connector, comprising the spiral connector liquid cooling structure according to any one of claims 1 to 6, and further comprising a plug housing and a socket housing which are mutually inserted, wherein the spiral connector liquid cooling structure is clamped at the front end of the plug housing, the rear end of the jack terminal is connected with a cable penetrating through the plug housing, and the plug housing is provided with two adapters respectively communicated with the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet; and a contact pin inserted with the jack terminal is arranged in the socket shell.

The connector according to claim 7, wherein a gasket and a first waterproof ring are sequentially sleeved on the cable from inside to outside, the periphery of the first waterproof ring is abutted against the inner wall of the plug shell, and a stop step located on the inner side of the gasket is arranged at the rear end of the plug shell; the outer side of the cable is further sleeved with a tail buckle, and the tail buckle is buckled at the tail end of the plug shell.

The connector according to claim 8, wherein the adapter is right-angled, one end of the adapter is in threaded connection with the plug housing, the periphery of the other end of the adapter is provided with sawtooth patterns, a hose is sleeved at one end of the adapter provided with the sawtooth patterns, a second fastener is sleeved at the joint of the hose and the adapter, the second fastener comprises an upper pressing plate and a lower pressing plate which are fixed to each other through screws, grooves are formed in the positions, corresponding to the adapter, of the opposite surfaces of the upper pressing plate and the lower pressing plate, and one end of the upper pressing plate is further connected and fixed with the plug housing through screws; the two sides of the upper end of the lower pressing plate are provided with positioning holes, and the lower end of the upper pressing plate is provided with positioning salient points matched with the positioning holes.
10. The connector of claim 9, wherein a claw is provided in the socket housing, a positioning seat is provided on the pin, a tapered groove for engaging with the claw is provided on the positioning seat, a plurality of positioning slots are provided on a front end surface of the positioning seat, and a positioning catch for engaging with the positioning slots is provided in the socket housing.
