The portable gas-liquid mixing tooth flushing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the locking assembly comprises a compression spring, a lock catch and a gun base fixed on the machine body, the lock catch is sleeved on the gun base and is slidably connected with the gun base, a locking ring is arranged on the inner side wall of the lock catch, a plurality of locking holes are formed in the outer side wall of the gun base, a locking ball is arranged in each locking hole, an installation cavity is formed in the gun base, a locking ring groove is formed in a flow guide pipe, one side of the locking ball is in contact with the locking ring, the other side of the locking ball extends into the locking ring groove, one end of the compression spring is connected with the machine body, and the other end of the compression spring; the water inlet passes the gun platform and is connected with the feed water inlet on the fuselage, and the air inlet setting is in the installation cavity and with the installation cavity intercommunication, is equipped with the intercommunicating pore on the gun platform, and the intercommunicating pore communicates air supply opening and installation cavity on the fuselage.
