5. The adjustable extraoral arch of claim 3 wherein the ball further comprises a fixed portion and a rotational connection portion, the fixed portion being disposed opposite the positioning slot, the outer arch link being fixedly connected to the fixed portion;
the rotation connecting portion is provided with a rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the shell so that the ball rotates around the rotating shaft relative to the shell.

The adjustable extraoral bow of claim 2, wherein the housing is a hollow sphere, and the housing further defines an angle adjustment guide slot, the angle adjustment guide slot cooperating with the outer bow hanging member to allow the outer bow hanging member to rotate along the angle adjustment guide slot along with the ball.
7. The adjustable extraoral arch of claim 3, wherein the telescoping mechanism includes a retaining sleeve, a pressure bar, a rotation bar, and a spring member;
the fixing sleeve is fixedly arranged in the through hole, the inner wall of the fixing sleeve is provided with a guide groove, the pressure lever is clamped with the rotating rod and can be arranged on the fixing sleeve in a sliding manner, the clamping column is abutted against the rotating rod, and the spring part is abutted against the clamping column;
