the movable supporting shell is of a cylindrical structure, a cylinder opening of the movable supporting shell faces downwards, a fixed rod is arranged on the movable supporting shell, the upper end of the fixed rod extends into the movable supporting shell and is fixedly connected with the upper side face of the inner part of the movable supporting shell, and the lower end of the fixed rod points downwards; when the movable supporting shell is sleeved on the fixed supporting seat, the lower end of the fixed rod is over against the first spring, penetrates through the inner side of the first spring and is in sliding connection with the first spring, the fixed rod slides along the up-down direction of the first spring, and the radial size of the fixed rod is equal to the inner diameter of the first spring; when the fixed rod slides until the lower end of the fixed rod extends into the supporting cylinder, the first spring extends into the movable supporting shell, the upper side surface of the first spring is in contact connection with the upper side surface of the movable supporting shell, and the movable supporting shell overcomes the elastic force of the first spring and moves downwards relative to the fixed supporting seat until the lower end of the fixed rod slides to the bottom of the supporting cylinder; the movable supporting shell is further provided with an adjusting piece, and the adjusting piece is used for buckling or loosening the clamping hole so as to fix or move up and down the movable supporting shell relative to the fixed supporting seat.
