On one hand, the thickened bosses 384 can increase the air storage space, and on the other hand, the sheath 38 can ensure that the massage head 30 is parallel to the skin when in use, thereby ensuring the fixed gap between the outer surface of the ceramic sheet 32 and the skin and ensuring the use effect.
Referring to FIG. 3, in other embodiments, the depth B of the grid holes 382 along the axial direction thereof is [0.5, 10] mm, such as 0.5 mm, 0.8 mm, 1 mm, 3 mm, 4.5 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm, 9.2 mm, 10 mm, etc. When the depth of the mesh holes 382 is [0.5, 10] mm, it is possible to secure a distance between the skin and the ceramic sheet 32, to reduce the user's tingling sensation, and to secure a skin treatment effect.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the thickness a of the ceramic sheet 32 is [0.5, 10] mm, such as 0.5 mm, 1 mm, 3 mm, 5.5 mm, 6.8 mm, 8.8 mm, 9 mm, 10 mm, etc. When the thickness of the ceramic sheet 32 is 0.5, 10 mm, the air ionization effect can be ensured.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, in some embodiments, the first end 341 of the mounting cylinder 34 is provided with a retaining groove 344, and the housing 10 is provided with a retaining protrusion 121, where the retaining protrusion 121 may be a convex plate, a convex block, a convex column, or the like. Specifically, the holding projection 121 includes a first holding projection and a second holding projection, the lower shell 11 projects toward the surface of the upper shell 12 to form the first holding projection matching with the holding groove 344, the front end of the upper shell 12 is provided with a notch matching with the holding groove 344, and the wall around the notch serves as the second holding projection. The first retaining projection and the second retaining projection retain the mounting cylinder 34 in the housing 10. In other embodiments, the wall around the first mounting hole 13 serves as a retaining protrusion 121 to retain and fix the mounting cylinder 34. In other embodiments, the upper case 12 or the outer case 15 protrudes toward the surface of the lower case 11 to form a second retaining protrusion.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, two opposite surfaces of the two positioning elements 116 at the front end of the upper housing 12 are used as abutting surfaces 1161, two parallel limiting surfaces 345 are disposed on the outer surface of the first end 341 of the installation cylinder 34, and the two limiting surfaces 345 abut against the two abutting surfaces 1161 respectively to limit the rotation of the installation cylinder 34.
Referring to fig. 2 and 6, in some embodiments, the upper case 12 is provided with a strip-shaped hole near the handheld portion 112, and one end of the circuit board 22 is clamped in the strip-shaped hole, which is the clamping space 122.
In other embodiments, the upper case 12 is provided with a strip-shaped groove 128 facing the surface of the lower case 11, the strip-shaped groove 128 includes a first blocking plate 126 and a second blocking plate 127 which are arranged at intervals, and the interval between the first blocking plate 126 and the second blocking plate 127 is used for clamping one end of the circuit board 22, that is, the interval between the first blocking plate 126 and the second blocking plate 127 forms the clamping space 122. In other embodiments, the strip-shaped groove includes 4 baffles, the 4 baffles enclose and close to form an accommodating space which is closed all around and opened toward the lower shell 11, one end of the circuit board 22 extends into the accommodating space through the opening, the accommodating space holds one end of the circuit board 22, and the accommodating space which is formed by the 4 baffles enclosing is the clamping space 122.
In other preferred embodiments, the first and second shutters 126 and 127 are located on opposite sides of the periphery of the strip-shaped card hole, and the first and second shutters 126 and 127 are spaced apart along the front end toward the rear end of the upper case 12. The strip-shaped clamping hole, the first baffle plate 126 and the second baffle plate 127 form a clamping space 122. The first baffle 126 is further provided with a notch, which facilitates the arrangement of the conductive wires 26.
Referring to fig. 2, 5 and 6, the surface of the upper shell 12 facing the lower shell 11 is provided with a mounting plate 125, the mounting plate 125 is provided with a reserved hole 1251, the adjuster 42 includes a connecting shaft 422, the adjuster 42 is provided with a boss 424 surrounding the connecting shaft 422, the boss 424 is tightly fitted with the reserved hole 1251 or the boss 424 passes through the reserved hole 1251 and then is locked by a locking member. For example, the boss 424 is cylindrical with a diameter of 8 mm, the diameter of the preformed hole 1251 is 7.98 mm, and the boss 424 is interference fit with the mounting plate 125. Or the mounting plate 125 is provided with a through hole, the control module 40 is provided with a corresponding screw hole, and the screw passes through the through hole and extends into the screw hole to connect the mounting plate 125 and the control module 40. Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the on/off of the indicator 44 indicates the on/off of the beauty instrument 100, and the indicator 44 is further provided with different levels of light brightness to indicate different ionization intensities of the user. In other embodiments, indicator light 44 is also provided with different colored lights to indicate different levels of ionization intensity to the user.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, a control button 41 is mounted on the free end of the connecting shaft 422, and a plurality of shift positions are provided on the adjuster 42 along the rotation direction of the central axis of the connecting shaft 422 to control the on and off of the beauty instrument 100 and the strength of ionization. There may be 2, 3, 5, 7 or more gears. In some embodiments, the control button 41 is provided with 7 steps, and the control button 41 is provided with corresponding step marks, for example, the control button 41 is in a disc shape, and the outward surface of the control button 41 is provided with 7 step marks, which are respectively an OFF step, 5 convex circles and a MAX step, wherein the diameter of the 5 convex circles is gradually increased, the size of the diameter of the convex circles represents the size of the ionization intensity, and the ionization intensity of the MAX is maximum. The upper case 12 is provided with an indication mark, and the gear corresponds to the indication mark and indicates the gear of the current position. For example, when the indicator mark coincides with OFF, it indicates that the cosmetic instrument 100 is OFF the operating power supply 28, and when the indicator mark coincides with the convex circle or MAX, it indicates that the cosmetic instrument is on and different levels of ionization intensity.
Referring to fig. 3, 5 and 7, in some embodiments, a lampshade 154 covering the indicator 44 is disposed at the rear end of the housing 15, and a through hole 153 is disposed on the housing 15 for the lampshade 154 to pass through and expose in the outside air. The upper case 12 is provided with a receiving groove 129 receiving the lamp cover 154, and the housing 15 holds the lamp cover 154 in the receiving groove 129. The lampshade 154 is made of a light-transmitting material, such as plastic, glass, etc. In other embodiments, the housing is made of a light-transmissive material, such as transparent plastic, glass, etc., and when the indicator light is on, the light of the indicator light 44 can be observed.

Claims (13)

1. A cosmetic instrument, comprising:
the shell comprises a first mounting hole and a second mounting hole which are communicated with the outside;
a drive structure mounted within the housing;
the massage head is arranged on the first mounting hole and comprises a ceramic sheet, the ceramic sheet comprises a conducting layer, and the conducting layer is electrically connected with the driving structure; and
a control module mounted on the second mounting hole and electrically connected with the driving structure.
2. The cosmetic apparatus of claim 1 wherein the massage head further comprises a mounting cylinder, the mounting cylinder including a first end and a second end opposite the first end, the first end of the mounting cylinder extending into the first mounting hole, the second end of the mounting cylinder being adapted to mount the ceramic plate.
3. The beauty instrument of claim 2, wherein the second end of the mounting cylinder extends outwards to form a horn-shaped extension part, and the outward end surface of the extension part is recessed inwards to form a sink for mounting the ceramic sheet.
4. The beauty instrument of claim 3, wherein a fixing ring is provided on an outward facing end surface of the extension portion, the fixing ring being configured to fix the ceramic sheet in the sink.
5. The beauty instrument of claim 4, wherein the outward end surface of the extension is further provided with a step groove, the step groove is communicated with the sinking groove, the fixing ring protrudes towards the surface of the ceramic plate to form a protruding ring, the protruding ring at least partially extends into the step groove, and the ceramic plate is at least partially accommodated in an inner ring of the protruding ring.
6. The beauty instrument of claim 4 or 5, wherein the massage head further comprises a sheath sleeved on the second end of the mounting cylinder, the sheath is provided with grid holes, and the outward surface of the ceramic plate is contacted with the outside air through the grid holes.
7. The cosmetic instrument of claim 6 wherein the sheath is disposed about an outer side of the extension.
8. The cosmetic instrument of claim 6, wherein the sheath projects away from the surface of the ceramic sheet to form a thickened boss.
9. The cosmetic apparatus of claim 6 wherein the depth of the mesh holes along the axial direction thereof is greater than or equal to 0.5 mm and less than or equal to 10 mm.
10. The beauty instrument of claim 6, wherein the fixing ring comprises a first surface abutting against the ceramic sheet and a second surface opposite to the first surface, and a distance between the first surface and the second surface is greater than or equal to 0.5 mm and less than or equal to 5 mm.
11. The cosmetic instrument of claim 10, wherein the ceramic sheet has a thickness greater than or equal to 0.5 mm and less than or equal to 10 mm.
12. The beauty instrument of claim 2, wherein a holding groove is provided on the outer side of the mounting cylinder near the first end, a holding protrusion corresponding to the holding groove is provided in the housing, at least one limiting surface is further provided on the outer side of the mounting cylinder near the first end, a supporting surface corresponding to the limiting surface is provided in the housing, and the limiting surface is in contact with the supporting surface.
13. The cosmetic instrument of claim 1 wherein the drive structure includes a circuit board and a high voltage module mounted on the circuit board, the high voltage module being connected to the conductive layer, a distance between a surface of the high voltage module and a correspondingly oriented outer surface of the housing being greater than or equal to 2.5 mm.
