1. A screen assembly, comprising:
the device comprises a first cylinder grid (1), wherein a plurality of first juice filtering through holes (3) are formed in the circumferential side wall of the first cylinder grid (1), and a first grid (4) is formed between the adjacent first juice filtering through holes (3);
the second cylinder grid (2) is sleeved outside the first cylinder grid (1), a plurality of second juice filtering through holes (8) are formed in the circumferential side wall of the second cylinder grid (2), and a second grid (9) is formed between every two adjacent second juice filtering through holes (8);
the gear structure comprises at least two gears and a gear selection part (29), the gears are arranged on one of the first cylinder grid (1) and the second cylinder grid (2), the gear selection part (29) is arranged on the other one of the first cylinder grid and the second cylinder grid, and when the gear selection part (29) is combined with the gears of different stages, the first juice filtering through holes (3) and the second juice filtering through holes (8) are completely staggered to form no juice filtering gaps or partially staggered to form juice filtering gaps;
and the positioning structure is used for preventing rotation and positioning between the first cylindrical grid (1) and the second cylindrical grid (2) on the selected gear.
2. The screen assembly of claim 1, wherein the selector (29) is provided on the first grill (1) and the indexing is provided on the second grill (2).
3. The screen assembly of claim 1, wherein the selector (29) is a lever and the indexing is a slot.
4. The screen assembly of claim 1, wherein the indexing stage comprises:
a first gear (10) which is combined with the gear selecting part (29), wherein the first filtered juice through hole (3) and the second filtered juice through hole (8) are completely staggered without forming a filtered juice gap;
a second shift position (11) which is combined with the shift selection part (29), wherein the first filtered juice through hole (3) and the second filtered juice through hole (8) are partially staggered to form a first filtered juice gap (30);
and a third gear (12) which is combined with the gear selecting part (29), wherein the first juice filtering through holes (3) and the second juice filtering through holes (8) are partially staggered to form a second juice filtering gap (31), and the width of the second juice filtering gap (31) is greater than that of the first juice filtering gap (30).
5. The sieve assembly according to claim 4, wherein the second shift stage (11) is provided between the first shift stage (10) and the third shift stage (12).
6. The screen assembly according to claim 5, wherein an angle A of an included angle formed between the first gear (10) and the second gear (11) is not equal to an angle B of an included angle formed between the third gear (12) and the second gear (11) when an axis on which the second gear (11) is located is taken as a center line.
7. The sieve assembly according to claim 1, wherein the width of the first juice through holes (3) is smaller than the width of the second grating (9) and the width of the second juice through holes (8) is smaller than the width of the first grating (4).
8. The sieve assembly according to claim 1, wherein the width of the first and second juice through holes (3, 8) decreases from top to bottom.
9. The screen assembly of claim 1, wherein the inner peripheral wall of the first grill (1) is further provided with a guide structure for guiding the food material towards the bottom of the first grill (1).
10. The screen assembly of claim 9, wherein the guide structure comprises a plurality of guide rails (7) spaced apart on the inner circumferential wall of the first grill (1).
11. The screen assembly of claim 1, wherein the locating structure comprises a plurality of first locating protrusions (6) or grooves provided on the outer circumferential surface of the lower end of the first grill (1);
and a plurality of second positioning grooves (13) or protrusions are arranged on the inner circumferential surface of the lower end of the second cylinder grid (2), and the first positioning protrusions (6) or the grooves are combined with the second positioning grooves (13) or the protrusions in an inserting mode from top to bottom and used for relatively positioning the first cylinder grid (1) and the second cylinder grid (2).

The filter screen assembly according to claim 11, wherein the upper end of the first cylinder grid (1) is provided with a plurality of positioning lugs (5) formed by extending the outer circumferential surface of the first cylinder grid (1) outwards, the juice collecting cup (14) comprises a plurality of third positioning protrusions or grooves arranged at the bottom and a fourth positioning groove (15) arranged at the upper end, the lower end of the first cylinder grid (1) is combined with the third positioning protrusions or grooves in a manner that the first positioning protrusions (6) or grooves are inserted from top to bottom, and the upper end of the first cylinder grid (1) is combined with the fourth positioning groove (15) in a manner that the positioning lugs (5) are inserted from top to bottom, so that the first cylinder grid (1) is fixed in the juice collecting cup (14).
13. The screen assembly of claim 1, wherein the first and second grates (1, 2) are tapered in diameter from top to bottom.
14. A juice machine comprising a juice collecting cup (14), characterized in that it further comprises a sieve assembly according to any of claims 1-13 arranged in said juice collecting cup (14).
