The utility model provides a display stand, which comprises at least two assembled laminates 1, a plurality of buckling strips 2 and a display surface 3; the laminate 1 further includes a first laminate 101 as a bottom surface and a second laminate 102 as a top surface; all the buckling strips 2 are detachably and vertically fixed between the first layer plate 101 and the second layer plate 102 and connect the vertexes of the two; the display surface 3 surrounds and is fixed on the periphery of all the buckles 2, namely, the display surface surrounds the side wall of the three-dimensional frame formed by all the buckles 2, the first layer plate 101 and the second layer plate 102; the first layer board 101 and the second layer board 102 respectively have a plurality of frame profiles 11 connected end to end one by one to form a planar frame structure, frame corners 12 respectively located at the vertex formed by any two adjacent frame profiles 11, and a web 13 covering and fixed on one side of the planar frame structure. Specifically, the first ply 101 has a plurality of first frame profiles, a plurality of first frame corners and a first web, and the second ply 102 has a plurality of second frame profiles, a plurality of second frame corners and a second web.
It should be noted that, the vertex of all the buckles 2 connecting the first layer board 101 and the second layer board 102 means that any buckle 2 is connected between two vertexes of the first layer board 101 and the second layer board 102 located at the same horizontal position, for example, when the first layer board 101 and the second layer board 102 are rectangular, the first layer board 101 and the second layer board 102 have four vertexes, and the vertex of the first layer board 101 connected with any buckle 2 and the vertex of the second layer board 102 have the same horizontal coordinate, but have different vertical coordinates. In general, the second layer board 102 as the top surface is often required to be placed with articles for display, so the foregoing example is unfolded by using the first layer board 101 and the second layer board 102 in parallel and equal size as an arrangement element, and is also convenient for processing the frame corner 12 as one of the connection parts; however, it is not excluded that the second layer 102 as the top surface is not parallel to the first layer 101 and/or the projection of the second layer 102 to the second layer 102 in the horizontal plane is not equal, and it is necessary to connect the vertices of the first layer 101 and the second layer 102 according to the actual situation.
Compared with the existing assembled exhibition stand, the split of the exhibition stand provided by the utility model is more refined, in other words, the laminate 1, namely the first laminate 101 and the second laminate 102, which is one of the components of the assembled exhibition stand can be further assembled by a plurality of frame profiles 11, a plurality of frame corners 12 and a breadth 13; compared with other parts for assembling the exhibition stand, the first layer board 101 and the second layer board 102 with large areas are high in possibility of being damaged in the transportation process, so that the first layer board 101 and the second layer board 102 are further split into a plurality of parts, and the risks born by the parts in the transportation process can be reduced; meanwhile, the display surface 3 made of flexible materials replaces a plurality of laminates 1 originally used as the side walls of the display stand, and the transportation risk can be further reduced.
In addition, the web 13 may be changed to a different material as desired for display to change the appearance or material properties of the first and second plies 101, thereby changing the appearance, physical properties, and other properties of the display. Similarly, the display surface 3 not only has the characteristic of flexibility, but also can be printed with information such as characters and images on the surface, and provides a display mode different from the first layer plate 101 and the second layer plate 102 for the exhibition stand.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, according to the difference of the material of the web 13 covering one side of the planar frame formed by the frame profile 11 and the frame corner 12, the strength of the layer board 1 formed by the frame profile 11, the frame corner 12 and the web 13 is different, generally, the practicability of the exhibition stand is positively correlated to the strength of the layer board 1, and in order to meet the requirement of the exhibition stand for the strength of the layer board 1, a reinforcing profile 14 perpendicular to the two frame profiles 11 and parallel to each other is further disposed between the two frame profiles 11 positioned on the same layer board 1 and used for increasing the strength of the surface of the layer board 1. Taking the rectangular laminate 1 as an example, a reinforcing section bar 14 can be additionally arranged between the plane frames formed by four side frame section bars 11 and four side frame corners 12, the reinforcing section bar 14 is fixed between any pair of parallel side frame section bars 11 and is preferably connected to the middle point of the two side frame section bars 11, and a plane symmetrical structure taking the reinforcing section bar 14 as a symmetrical axis is formed. After all the frame profiles 11, all the frame corners 12 and the reinforcing profiles 14 of the same laminate 1 are connected, the web 13 is flatly covered and fixed on any one end face of the plane symmetrical structure, and the end face is used as the outer end face of the laminate 1. For aesthetic purposes, webs 13 may also be provided on both end faces of the planar symmetrical structure, and it is obvious that the inner end faces of the laminate 1 are connected to the fastening strips 2, and that the frame corners 12 connected to the fastening strips 2 should be avoided when the webs 13 are fixed to the inner end faces. The web 13 can be made of a PVC board, has strong adhesive force, high hardness, good sun resistance, no saw-tooth cracks during cutting and drilling, and has the characteristics of water resistance, flame retardance, light weight, heat preservation and shock absorption.
It should be noted that the inner end surface of the first layer board 101 as the bottom surface of the exhibition stand should be regarded as the upper end surface of the first layer board 101, and the outer end surface thereof should be regarded as the lower end surface of the first layer board 101, whereas the inner end surface of the second layer board 102 as the top surface of the exhibition stand should be regarded as the lower end surface of the second layer board 102, and the outer end surface thereof should be regarded as the upper end surface of the second layer board 102.
The reinforcing section 14 serves to increase the strength of the laminate 1 so that the outer end face of the laminate 1 can bear the weight of the display article, in other words, it is possible to select among a plurality of laminates 1 forming a display stand, and to provide the reinforcing section 14 only in the laminate 1 that needs to bear load. For example, the inner cavity of the display stand is closed, the display article does not need to be placed, only the second layer board 102 serving as the top surface bears the external pressure, the reinforcing section bar 14 does not need to be arranged in the first layer board 101, and the reinforcing section bar 14 is additionally arranged in the second layer board 102. The purpose of using the reinforcing profile 14 as an alternative part for assembling the laminate 1 is to flexibly select the installation mode of a specific laminate 1, reduce the dependence of the laminate 1 on a part and further reduce the transportation risk.
When the assembled laminate 1 and the fastening strips 2 are connected to form a three-dimensional frame, the display surface 3 surrounding the entire periphery of the fastening strips 2 can be attached to the side wall of the three-dimensional frame by means of adsorption, adhesion, or the like. In general, the display surface 3 and the three-dimensional frame are detachably connected, so that the display surface can be detached again after being used and can be used repeatedly.
Referring to fig. 1, 6, 7, 8 and 12, for the convenience of connection, a groove 111 penetrating along the extending direction of the frame profile 11 is formed on one surface of any frame profile 11 facing to the outside for fitting and fixing the edge of the display surface 3. Here, the outer side means a side of any one of the frame members 11 facing the outer periphery when the plurality of frame members 11 are connected to each other to form a planar frame structure. Based on the above arrangement, the upper edge of the display surface 3 can be inserted into the groove 111 of the frame profile 11 of the second layer board 102, and the lower edge of the display surface 3 can be inserted into the groove 111 of the frame profile 11 of the first layer board 101, so that the display surface 3 can be stretched and flattened between the first layer board 101 and the second layer board 102. In order to ensure that the upper edge and the lower edge of the display surface 3 are respectively and reliably connected with the corresponding frame profiles 11, the display surface 3 further comprises silica gel strips 31 fixed along the upper edge and the lower edge of the display surface 3, and the size of all the silica gel strips 31 is slightly larger than that of the groove 111 of any frame profile 11, so that all the silica gel strips 31 respectively form proper interference fit with the grooves 111 of the frame profiles 11, thereby facilitating disassembly and assembly and ensuring the connection strength.
Connect show face 3 in aforementioned space frame through the mode of gomphosis, compare in adsorbing or pasting, can enough realize dismantling the connection with succinct mode, can lighten the weight of frame section bar 11 through setting up of recess 111 again, convenient transportation. Of course, the frame profile 11 may be provided with a cavity 112 along the longitudinal direction of the frame profile 11 to further reduce its own weight, in addition to reducing its own weight by the groove 111.
In addition to reducing the weight of the side frame profile 11, the cavity 112 can also serve as an interface for connecting the side frame corner 12, that is, the side frame corner 12 is substantially a right-angle shape extending outward with the center connecting block 121 as the center, and the cross section of the two right-angle sides 122 extending outward matches the shape of the cross section of the cavity 112, so that the right-angle sides 122 are inserted into and fixed in the cavity 112.
The exhibition article can be placed on the second layer plate 102 of the exhibition stand as the top surface, the article can be placed in the inner cavity of the exhibition stand, and meanwhile, the exhibition purpose can be realized by customizing the exhibition surface 3 containing characters and pictures of a merchant. In order to improve the exhibition effect of the exhibition stand and adapt to the situation of insufficient light, please refer to fig. 1, fig. 4 and fig. 5, the exhibition stand further includes at least one light bar 7, and the light bar 7 is fixed on the inner end surface of any laminate 1. For example, when the top surface of the exhibition stand needs to be illuminated, the light bar 7 is preferably disposed on the inner end surface of the first layer board 101 as the bottom surface; when it is desired to illuminate the display surface 3, light bars 7 may be provided on the first and second sheets 101 and 102, respectively. In order to improve the illumination effect, a plurality of light bars 7 are arranged on the inner end face of any laminate 1.
The light bar 7 is fixed on the inner end face of the first layer plate 101 or the second layer plate 102 in a sticking and adsorbing manner, and a light bar clamping piece can be fixed on the web 13 of the inner end face of any layer plate 1, and the light bar 7 is clamped on the inner end face of the layer plate 1 through the light bar clamping piece.
Considering that the arranged display stand may need to be moved during use, in order to reduce the working strength for manually moving the display stand or avoid the display articles placed on the display stand from falling and damaging during the carrying process, please refer to fig. 1 and 3, the display stand may further include a plurality of rollers 4 disposed on the lower end surface of the first layer board 101 and locking members disposed on any one of the rollers 4 for limiting the rolling of the rollers 4. Specifically, a plurality of rollers 4 are fixed on the lower end face of the first layer board 101, for example, four rollers 4 are arranged at four top points of the first layer board 101 in a rectangular shape, if the exhibition stand is moved, the exhibition stand can be pushed to move to a specified position through all the rollers 4, and then all the rollers 4 are locked through locking pieces on each roller 4, so that the exhibition stand is prevented from moving to other positions due to accidental factors. The specific arrangement of the roller 4 and the locking member thereof can refer to the related content in the prior art, and will not be described herein.
Referring to fig. 5 and 13, when the mass of the display article placed on the upper end surface of the second layer board 102 of the exhibition stand is large, it is difficult to ensure the strength of the second layer board 102 only by means of the reinforcing section bars 14 in the second layer board 102, and for this reason, the exhibition stand further includes: at least one support pipe 5 vertically installed between the first and second floors 101 and 102, and a plurality of support pipe locking assemblies respectively provided at inner sides of the first and second floors 101 and 102 for detachably installing the support pipe 5.
The support tube 5 is vertically fixed between the first layer plate 101 and the second layer plate 102, that is, the upper end of the support tube 5 is fixed on the inner end surface of the second layer plate 102 through the support tube locking member on the second layer plate 102, and the lower end of the support tube 5 is fixed on the inner end surface of the first layer plate 101 through the support tube locking member of the first layer plate 101, thereby playing the role of a bearing beam. In order to reduce the weight of the support tube 5 and thus the overall weight of the display stand, the support tube 5 is preferably a hollow tube. The number of support pipes 5 is not limited to one, and two support pipes 5 may be generally provided between the first layer plate 101 and the second layer plate 102 symmetrically with respect to the plane of the first layer plate 101 or the second layer plate 102.
Referring to fig. 2, 3, 4, 13, 14 and 15, each of the support tube locking assemblies includes a sleeve 61 having one end vertically fixed to the inner side of each layer 1 and the other end for receiving the support tube 5, and a movable sleeve 62 mounted on the outer periphery of the sleeve 61 and moving up and down along the sleeve 61 for changing the size of a through hole 612 in the sleeve 61 to lock and unlock the support tube 5; wherein the tube wall of the sleeve 61 at the end remote from the laminate 1 is provided with an elastic opening 611 extending in the axial direction thereof. When the support tube 5 is installed, one end of the support tube 5 is first placed in the lumen of the sleeve 61, and then the movable sleeve 62 sleeved on the outer periphery of the sleeve 61 is moved upward, so that the elastic opening 611 of the sleeve 61 is gradually reduced under the constraint of the movable sleeve 62 to clamp the support tube 5. It can be seen that, in order to make the inner diameter of the lumen of the sleeve 61 gradually decrease under the action of the movable sleeve platform 62, that is, the through hole 612 of the sleeve 61 for sleeving the support tube 5 is gradually reduced, the sleeve 61 is provided with an elastic opening 611, and the inner aperture of the corresponding movable sleeve platform 62 should gradually shrink from bottom to top.
The moving sleeve table 62 can specifically adopt sliding movement along the outer wall of the sleeve 61, and certainly, considering that the sleeve 61 and the moving sleeve table 62 are both extruded after the support tube 5 is clamped, in order to ensure that the relative position of the moving sleeve table 62 and the sleeve 61 after moving is unchanged, that is, the support tube locking assembly can play a good locking effect on the support tube 5, the moving sleeve table 62 and the sleeve 61 are preferably in threaded connection, that is, the periphery of the sleeve 61 is provided with external threads, and the inner wall of the moving sleeve table 62 is provided with internal threads screwed with the external threads. After the support tube 5 is placed in the lumen of the sleeve 61, the movable sleeve platform 62 is rotated to make the movable sleeve platform 62 move upwards in a spiral manner, and after the support tube 5 is installed and clamped, the movable sleeve platform 62 and the sleeve 61 realize self-locking through respective threads.
Of course, the specific arrangement form of the support tube locking assembly is not limited to the thread self-locking of the movable sleeve platform 62 and the sleeve 61, and can also be realized by other ways, which are not listed.
In addition to the above exhibition stand with the cuboid structure and the basic functions, the present invention further provides an exhibition stand with an internal showcase on the basis of the above embodiment, please refer to fig. 16. Specifically, in addition to the first layer board 101 as the bottom surface and the second layer board 102 as the top surface, the layer board 1 of the showcase further includes two third layer boards 103, one fourth layer board 104 and one fifth layer board 105 fixed in the display surface 3 through the first layer board 101 and the second layer board 102 to form an inner showcase; the two third layer plates 103 are perpendicular to the first layer plate 101 and the second layer plate 102 and are distributed oppositely, the fourth layer plate 104 is perpendicular to the first layer plate 101 and the second layer plate 102 and is fixed on the same side of the two third layer plates 103, and the fifth layer plate 105 is horizontally fixed on the inner sides of the two third layer plates 103. That is, two third boards 103, a fourth board 104 and a fifth board 105 form an internal display cabinet capable of storing objects in the internal cavity of the display stand on which the above-mentioned functions are based, wherein the first board 101 and the second board 102 still serve as the bottom and top of the display stand, the two third boards 103 and the fourth board 104 serve as three of the side walls of the internal display cabinet, and the fifth board 105 is horizontally disposed between the two third boards 103.
