SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The application provides a display device to solve among the prior art because long-time the use can lead to the dust to pile up the problem that leads to the display effect of LED display screen to descend.
In order to solve the technical problem, the application adopts a technical scheme that: there is provided a display device, wherein the display device includes:
the LED display device comprises a display panel, wherein LED lamps arranged in an array manner are arranged on the display panel;
the shell assembly comprises an accommodating space, and the display panel is accommodated in the accommodating space;
the shell assembly is provided with slots which are in one-to-one correspondence with the LED lamps, and at least part of each LED lamp is inserted into the slots.
In one embodiment, the housing assembly comprises a front plate and a back plate, and the front plate and the back plate are fixedly connected to form the accommodating space;
the panel is made of light-transmitting materials, and the slot is formed in the panel.
In one embodiment, the housing assembly is made of plexiglass and the slot is formed by laser machining.
In one embodiment, the display panel includes:
a substrate;
the conductive circuit layer comprises a conductive circuit arranged on the surface of one side of the substrate and a fixed disc electrically connected with the conductive circuit;
the LED lamps are arranged in an array mode, and each LED lamp is fixed and electrically connected with one fixed disk.
In one embodiment, the fixed disk comprises two conducting strips arranged at intervals, and the two conducting strips are respectively fixed and electrically connected with the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the LED lamp.
In one embodiment, each of the LED lamps is fixed to one of the fixing plates by welding or bonding.
In one embodiment, the conductive line layer is an ITO line layer.
In one embodiment, the edge area of the display panel is further provided with a circuit connector electrically connected with the conductive circuit layer to connect the LED, etc. to an external circuit.
In one embodiment, the display device further comprises a sealing sheet disposed between the back panel and the display panel.
In one embodiment, the back plate is made of tempered glass.
According to the technical scheme, the display panel is arranged in the shell assembly, at least part of each LED lamp is inserted into one slot, the LED lamps can be isolated and protected, and therefore the problem that the display effect of the LED display screen is reduced due to accumulation of dust can be prevented.

The display device 100 includes a display panel 110 and a housing assembly 120, wherein the housing assembly 120 includes a front plate 121 and a back plate 122, the front plate 121 and the back plate 122 can be enclosed to form an accommodating space, and the display panel 110 is disposed in the accommodating space. The display panel 110 is provided with LED lamps 111 arranged in an array.
Further, a groove 1211 for placing the display panel 110 is disposed on the panel 121, and when the display panel 110 is disposed in the groove 1211, a side of the display panel 110 on which the LED lamp 111 is disposed is opposite to the panel 121, that is, the LED lamp 111 is opposite to the panel 121.
The inner wall of the groove 1211 is further provided with slots 1212 corresponding to the LED lamps 111 arranged in an array one to one, and each LED lamp 111 is at least partially inserted into one slot 1212.
Therefore, in the present application, each LED lamp 111 is at least partially inserted into one slot 1212, so that the LED lamp 111 can be isolated and protected.
In this embodiment, the distance between the LED lamps 111 is limited so as to ensure the display effect of the display panel 110, wherein the minimum distance between two adjacent LED lamps 111 can be controlled within a range of 20-30mm, for example, the minimum distance between two adjacent LED lamps 111 can be 20mm, 23mm, 25mm, 28mm, 30mm, and the like.
In this embodiment, the panel 121 is made of a transparent material, such as organic glass. The groove 1211 and the slot 1212 of the panel 121 may be formed by laser processing. The back plate 122 may be made of tempered glass.
Referring to fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the display panel 110 may include a substrate 112, and a conductive trace layer disposed on a surface of one side of the substrate 112, wherein the conductive trace layer may include a conductive trace disposed on the surface of the substrate 112 and a fixing plate electrically connected to the conductive trace.
In this embodiment, the substrate 112 may be a glass substrate, and the conductive trace layer may be an ITO (Indium tin oxide) trace layer.
In this embodiment, a plurality of fixing plates may be disposed on the substrate 112, and the plurality of fixing plates are distributed on the surface of the substrate 112 in an array for disposing the LED lamps 111. I.e. one fixed disc may be provided with one LED lamp 111. The fixed disk can be two conducting strips arranged at intervals, and the two conducting strips can be respectively and correspondingly connected with the anode and the cathode of one LED lamp 111.
The LED lamp 111 may be welded to the fixing plate, or may be adhered to the LED lamp 111 by a conductive adhesive, which is not limited herein.
Further, in this embodiment, a Circuit connector 113 may be further disposed in an edge area of the substrate 112, wherein the Circuit connector 113 may be a plurality of gold fingers attached to a surface of the substrate 112 and disposed side by side at intervals, and a relay Circuit board such as a Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC) may be electrically connected to the Circuit connector 113 through a Bonding process, and the Circuit connector 113 may be electrically connected to a conductive trace layer on the surface of the substrate 112, so that the LED lamp 111 is connected to an external Circuit through the Circuit connector 113 and the relay Circuit board such as the FPC connected thereto, and thus a display function of the display panel 110 may be achieved.
In this embodiment, the front panel 121 and the back panel 122 may be fixedly connected by a fixing member such as a screw, wherein a fixing column may be disposed on one of the front panel 121 and the back panel 122, and a fixing hole abutting against the fixing column may be disposed on the other of the front panel 121 and the back panel 122, and the fixing member such as a screw passes through the fixing column and is inserted into the fixing hole, so that the front panel 121 and the back panel 122 may be fixedly connected.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2 to 4, a plurality of fixing posts 1213 are disposed in the groove 1211 on the panel 121, the fixing posts 1213 may be disposed uniformly along an edge area of the panel 121, each fixing post 1213 includes a fixing slot 1214, wherein the back plate 122 is disposed with fixing holes 1221 corresponding to the fixing posts 1213, after the panel 121 and the back plate 122 are mated and butted, an opening of each fixing slot 1214 may be butted with one of the fixing holes 1221, and the fixing posts penetrate through the fixing holes 1221 and are inserted into the fixing slots 1214 through screws, so as to fixedly connect the panel 121 and the back plate 122.
In this embodiment, the fixing posts 1213 disposed in the grooves 1211 can also limit the position of the display panel 110.
Referring to fig. 5, after the display panel 110 is disposed in the groove 1211, the positioning slots 114 matching with the fixing posts 1213 are disposed in the edge region of the substrate 112 of the display panel 110, and the display panel 110 can be fixed in the groove 1211 by butt-jointing and matching the positioning slots 114 on the edge of the substrate 112 with the fixing posts 1213.
Further, please refer to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an exploded view of another embodiment of the display device provided in the present application.
The display device 100 further includes a sealing sheet 130, wherein the sealing sheet 130 is disposed between the display panel 110 and the back panel 122, and the sealing sheet 130 is used for sealing a gap between the panel 121 and the substrate 112, so that the LED lamp 111 can be sealed in a space surrounded by the display panel 110, the substrate 112 and the sealing sheet 130.
To sum up, the application provides a display device, through setting up display panel to the casing subassembly in, and each LED lamp all at least part is inserted and is located a slot, can play the effect of isolation protection to the LED lamp.
