In the present exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a specific implementation manner of the middle frame 4 may be that the middle frame 4 may include a support main body 43, and a first support portion 41 and a second support portion 42 connected to both sides of the support main body; the first supporting portion 41 is supported by the optical film layer 2, and the second supporting portion 42 is supported by the back plate bottom 11. In the present exemplary embodiment, the middle frame 4 may be an aluminum extrusion. The aluminum extruded section has a relatively flat surface, so that flat coating of the transparent bonding layer can be realized. It should be understood that in other exemplary embodiments, the middle frame 4 may also be a rubber frame.
In the present exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the side of the support body facing the backlight 9 may be provided with a light reflecting layer 10. The arrangement can prevent the support main body from absorbing the light of the backlight source, thereby preventing the edge of the display device from being poor in darkness. One embodiment of providing the light-reflecting layer 10 on the side of the support body facing the backlight 9 may be to apply a layer of white paint on the side of the support body facing the backlight 9. It should be understood that in other exemplary embodiments, there are more implementations of disposing the reflective layer 10 on the side of the support body facing the backlight 9, for example, evaporating a reflective metal layer on the side of the support body facing the backlight, which fall within the scope of the present disclosure.
In this exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the back panel may further include a frame 12, the middle frame 4 may further include a fixing portion 44, and the fixing portion 44 may be fixedly connected to the frame 12 of the back panel. This arrangement can increase the overall rigidity of the display device. The fixing portion 44 can be fixedly connected to the frame 12 of the back panel by a bolt 6. The fixing portion 44 may be a plurality of fixing portions 44, and the fixing portions 44 may be distributed at intervals on a closed loop structure formed by the middle frame, and are all fixedly connected to the side frame 12 through a bolt.
In this exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the middle frame 4 may further include a clamping groove 45, and the clamping groove 45 is matched and clamped on the side frame. When the middle frame 4 is installed, the middle frame 4 can be firstly clamped on the frame through the clamping groove 45, so that the middle frame 4 can be conveniently fixed on the next step. Wherein, a frame forming the engaging groove 45 can share the fixing portion 44.
In the present exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the display device may include a driving circuit board 7, the back plate includes a mounting portion 13 and a protective shell 14, the mounting portion 13 is disposed outside the frame 12 and is used for mounting the driving circuit board 7; the protective shell 14 is disposed on one side of the mounting portion 13 away from the frame 12, and is used for forming an accommodating space for accommodating the driving circuit board 7 with the frame. The driving circuit board 7 may be a source driving circuit board or a gate driving circuit board. In the related art, the display device generally reserves a frame region for disposing the driving circuit board 7. In the exemplary embodiment, the driving circuit board 7 is disposed outside the frame 12 through the mounting portion 13, so that a frame region reserved in the display device can be avoided, and frameless display can be further achieved. The mounting portion 13 may be bonded to the driving circuit board 7 by an adhesive layer, or may be fixedly connected to the driving circuit board 7 by another fixing method.
In the present exemplary embodiment, the protective case 14 may include a tape portion 142 and a tape portion 141. The rubber frame portion 141 is connected to the back panel bottom 11, the adhesive tape portion 142 is connected between the middle frame 4 and the rubber frame portion 141, the adhesive tape portion 142, the frame 12, and the middle frame 4 together form a closed space to accommodate the driving circuit board 7. In addition, the side surfaces of the display device can be wound with adhesive tapes to realize the sealing of the display device.
In the present exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a schematic structural diagram of another exemplary embodiment of a display device according to the present disclosure is shown. In the present exemplary embodiment, one embodiment in which the optical film layer 2 is disposed on the outer side of the back plate may be that the back plate may only include the back plate bottom 11. The middle frame 4 can be fixedly connected with the back plate bottom 11 through the second supporting part 42. For example, the second supporting portion 42 may be fixedly connected to the back plate bottom 11 by bolts. The support body 43 of the middle frame 4 may form a receiving space with the back plate bottom 11 for receiving the light emitting source 9. This arrangement avoids the provision of the bezel 12, thereby simplifying the structure of the display device.
In the present exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a detailed enlarged view of an exemplary embodiment of a display device of the present disclosure is shown. The optical film layer may include: a diffusion sheet 23, a prism sheet 22, and a brightness enhancement sheet 24. The diffusion sheet 23, the prism sheet 22, and the brightness enhancement sheet 24 may be formed on the transparent substrate 21. The transparent substrate 21 needs to have certain strength and thermal barrier and cold shrinkage resistance, and specifically, the transparent substrate 21 may be a glass substrate. It should be understood that in other exemplary embodiments, the optical film layer may have other structures, for example, the diffusion sheet 23, the prism sheet 22, and the brightness enhancement sheet 24 may be stacked in other order, and the optical film layer only includes the diffusion sheet 23, the prism sheet 22, and so on, which are within the scope of the present disclosure.
In the present exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the optical film layer may be connected to the display panel through a transparent adhesive layer 8. Transparent tie coat 8 has stronger light transmissivity, and the light of optics rete light-emitting side can transmit display panel through transparent tie coat 8 to can avoid the display panel frame to send dark harmfully. The transparent adhesive layer 8 may be UV glue, hot melt glue, or a combination of both.
The exemplary embodiment also provides a tiled screen including the display device described above.
