Background
The waterproof coiled material is mainly used for building walls, roofs, tunnels, highways, refuse landfills and the like, can be curled into a roll-shaped flexible building material product for resisting external rainwater and underground water leakage, is used as a leakage-free connection between an engineering foundation and a building, is a waterproof first barrier of the whole engineering, and plays a vital role in the whole engineering.
In order to avoid surface damage or pollution of the waterproof coiled material in the prior art, a layer of isolating membrane is generally covered on the surface of a waterproof coiled material layer, and in order to make the coiled material more convenient during construction, a layer of silicone oil is coated on the lower bottom surface of the isolating membrane, however, the isolating membrane arranged in the mode is easy to fall off during construction due to lower bonding strength with the waterproof coiled material layer, and after the isolating membrane falls off, because most of the surfaces of the coiled materials are black, the materials of the coiled materials cannot be distinguished by naked eyes only, especially, when the coiled materials of different materials need to be laid in the same field due to different purposes of the regions, the isolating membrane falls off, because most of the surfaces of the coiled materials are black, the materials of the coiled materials cannot be distinguished by naked eyes, the coiled materials of the corresponding materials cannot be laid in the corresponding regions accurately, for example, in the regions needing heat insulation, laying heat-insulating waterproof coiled materials; and paving flame-retardant waterproof coiled materials and the like in the areas needing flame retardance.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In view of this, it is necessary to design a waterproof roll material that can be well distinguished from the material of the roll material even after the separator is peeled off.
A roll of waterproofing material comprising: a bottom film layer, a first self-adhesive asphalt glue layer, a polyester base cloth layer, a second self-adhesive asphalt glue layer, an isolation film layer and an identification sheet which are arranged from bottom to top in a superposed manner,
a point breaking groove is formed in the isolation film layer, the bottom of the point breaking groove is communicated with the second self-adhesive asphalt glue layer, and the side wall of the point breaking groove is arranged flatly;
the identification piece is embedded in the point breaking groove, the side edge of the identification piece is arranged flatly, and the side edge of the identification piece is abutted against the side wall of the point breaking groove;
the bottom surface of the identification sheet is adhered to the second self-adhesive asphalt glue layer;
the identification piece comprises a PE film layer, an identification printing and dyeing layer and an anti-falling film layer which are stacked from bottom to top, the bottom surface of the PE film layer is used for being bonded with the second self-adhesive asphalt glue layer, and the top surface of the anti-falling film layer is flush with the top surface of the isolation film layer.
In one embodiment, a first silicone oil layer is disposed between the base film layer and the first self-adhesive asphalt glue layer.

In one embodiment, the tire further comprises a bottom side molding layer adhered to the side of the first self-adhesive asphalt glue layer away from the polyester tire fabric layer.
In one embodiment, the tire further comprises a top edge mold layer adhered to the side of the second self-adhesive asphalt glue layer away from the polyester tire fabric layer.
In one embodiment, in two adjacent waterproofing rolls, the top side mold layer of one of the waterproofing rolls is torn, the bottom side mold layer of the other waterproofing roll is torn, and the first self-adhesive asphalt glue layer of one waterproofing roll is adhered to the second self-adhesive asphalt glue layer of the other waterproofing roll.
In one embodiment, the waterproof roll comprises two identification sheets, the isolation film layer is provided with two point breaking grooves, the two identification sheets are embedded in the two point breaking grooves in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and each identification sheet is bonded with the second self-adhesive asphalt glue layer respectively.
In one embodiment, the base film layer is a transparent PET base film layer.
The waterproof roll is characterized in that a bottom film layer, a first self-adhesive asphalt glue layer, a polyester tire cloth layer, a second self-adhesive asphalt glue layer and an isolation film layer which are stacked from bottom to top are arranged, namely, the first self-adhesive asphalt glue layer is arranged on the bottom film layer, the polyester tire cloth layer is arranged on the first self-adhesive asphalt glue layer, the second self-adhesive asphalt glue layer is arranged on the polyester tire cloth layer, the isolation film layer is arranged on the second self-adhesive asphalt glue layer, the waterproof roll further comprises a mark sheet, a point breaking groove is formed in the isolation film layer, the mark sheet is embedded in the point breaking groove, the mark sheet is adhered to the second self-adhesive asphalt glue layer, when the isolation film layer is torn, the mark sheet is adhered to the second self-adhesive asphalt glue layer, so that the mark sheet is not easy to tear, namely, the mark sheet can be firmly adhered to the second self-adhesive asphalt glue layer, because the material of the waterproof coiled material or other information which needs to be marked is marked on the mark sheet, the material of the coiled material can be better distinguished after the isolating membrane layer falls off.

Detailed Description
In order to facilitate understanding of the present invention, the present invention will be described more fully hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.

Please refer to fig. 1, which is a schematic structural diagram of a waterproof roll 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the waterproof roll 10 includes: the self-adhesive asphalt cement mortar comprises a base film layer 100, a first self-adhesive asphalt glue layer 200, a polyester tire cloth layer 300, a second self-adhesive asphalt glue layer 400 and an isolation film layer 500 which are stacked from bottom to top, namely, the first self-adhesive asphalt glue layer is arranged on the base film layer, the polyester tire cloth layer is arranged on the first self-adhesive asphalt glue layer, the second self-adhesive asphalt glue layer is arranged on the polyester tire cloth layer, and the isolation film layer is arranged on the second self-adhesive asphalt glue layer; after the main structure of the waterproof roll is laid, the isolation film layer needs to be torn, and then cement mortar is cast on the main structure of the waterproof roll.
Further, referring to fig. 1, for example, a first silicone oil layer 100a is disposed between the bottom film layer 100 and the first self-adhesive asphalt glue layer 200; for another example, a second silicone oil layer 500a is disposed between the isolation film layer 500 and the second self-adhesive asphalt glue layer 400, so that silicone oil layers are disposed between the bottom film layer and the first self-adhesive asphalt glue layer and between the isolation film layer and the second self-adhesive asphalt glue layer, respectively, which is helpful for tearing off the bottom film layer and the isolation film layer; for another example, the base film layer is a transparent PET base film layer.
It should be further noted that, referring to fig. 1, the waterproof roll further includes a mark sheet 600, the isolation film layer 500 is provided with a dot breaking groove 510, the bottom of the dot breaking groove is communicated with the second self-adhesive asphalt glue layer, and the side wall of the dot breaking groove is flatly disposed, the mark sheet 600 is embedded in the dot breaking groove 510, and the side edge of the mark sheet is flatly disposed, and the side edge of the mark sheet abuts against the side wall of the breaking groove, so that, because the side wall of the dot breaking groove is flatly disposed and the side edge of the mark sheet is flatly disposed, there is no resistance when the isolation film layer is torn off, and the mark sheet cannot be brought up due to friction; the bottom surface of identification patch 600 with second self-adhesion asphalt glue film 400 bonds mutually, so, tearing from during the barrier film layer, the identification patch bonds on the second self-adhesion asphalt glue film, makes the identification patch is difficult for being torn from, promptly, the identification patch can bond more firmly on the second self-adhesion asphalt glue film, because the sign has on the identification patch waterproofing membrane's material or some other information that need to mark, and then also can discern the material of coiled material better after the barrier film layer drops.
It should be explained again that the identification sheet includes a PE film layer, an identification printing and dyeing layer and an anti-drop film layer which are stacked from bottom to top, the bottom surface of the PE film layer is used for being bonded with the second self-adhesive asphalt glue layer, the top surface of the anti-drop film layer is arranged in parallel with the top surface of the isolation film layer, the identification printing and dyeing layer can be marked with the material of the waterproof coiled material or other information which needs to be marked, the anti-drop film layer can play a role in anti-drop and protection for the identification printing and dyeing layer, and the top surface of the anti-drop film layer is arranged in parallel with the top surface of the isolation film layer, so that the identification sheet can be ensured to be flat with the isolation film layer, and the coiled material can be well distinguished after the isolation film layer drops.
Further, for example, waterproofing membrane includes two the identification piece, seted up two on the isolation rete the point broken groove, two the identification piece one-to-one inlays in two in the point broken groove, and each the identification piece respectively with second self-adhesion asphalt glue film bonds.

The waterproof roll is characterized in that a bottom film layer, a first self-adhesive asphalt glue layer, a polyester tire cloth layer, a second self-adhesive asphalt glue layer and an isolation film layer are arranged from bottom to top in a stacked mode, namely, the first self-adhesive asphalt glue layer is arranged on the bottom film layer, the polyester tire cloth layer is arranged on the first self-adhesive asphalt glue layer, the second self-adhesive asphalt glue layer is arranged on the polyester tire cloth layer, the isolation film layer is arranged on the second self-adhesive asphalt glue layer, the waterproof roll further comprises a mark sheet, the mark sheet comprises a PE film layer, a mark printing and dyeing layer and an anti-falling film layer which are arranged from bottom to top in a stacked mode, the bottom surface of the PE film layer is used for being bonded with the second self-adhesive asphalt glue layer, the top surface of the anti-falling film layer is arranged in parallel and level with the top surface of the isolation film layer, the parallel and level arrangement, the identification piece is embedded in the point break groove, just the identification piece with second self-adhesion asphalt glue film bonds, tearing from during the barrier film layer, the identification piece bonds on the second self-adhesion asphalt glue film, makes the identification piece is difficult for being torn from, promptly, the identification piece can bond more firmly on the second self-adhesion asphalt glue film, because the sign has on the identification piece the material of waterproofing membrane or some other information that need mark, and then also can discern the material of coiled material better after the barrier film layer takes off.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
