All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments disclosed herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
It should be noted that, if directional indication is referred to in the embodiments of the present disclosure, the directional indication is only used to explain a relative positional relationship, a motion situation, and the like between components in a certain posture, and if the certain posture is changed, the directional indication is changed accordingly.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows a disassembled view of a disposable self-heating package 100 (hereinafter, for brevity, may also be referred to as a package 100) according to a first embodiment of the present disclosure.
In some examples, the package 100 may include an outer packaging layer 1, a self-heating layer 2, and a layer to be heated 3. The self-heating layer 2 is provided with a heating material 23, and the layer 3 to be heated can contain an object 30 to be heated, such as a wet towel sheet, a facial mask and the like. The number of the object 30 to be heated is not particularly limited, and when it is a wet towel or a mask, it is preferably a sheet of wet towel or mask, which is easy to carry. The self-heating layer 2 and the layer 3 to be heated can be hermetically sealed and encapsulated by the outer packaging layer 1, and the function of the self-heating layer 1 is to provide a sealed and sterile environment outside the layer 3 to be heated, and to provide an oxygen-free environment for the heating material 23 in the self-heating layer 2, wherein the heating material releases heat due to oxidation-reduction reaction caused by oxygen contact. That is, before using the package 100 containing the object 30 to be heated, the exothermic material does not generate reaction heat due to the sealing of the outer jacket layer 1. Once the outer package layer 1 is opened/torn, the heat-generating material contacts oxygen to generate heat, and the heat is further transferred to the object 30 to be heated in the layer 3 to be heated, such as a piece of wet towel, so that the wet towel is automatically heated, i.e., the requirement of people for using the hot wet towel is conveniently met.
In some examples, the material type of the exterior packaging layer 1 is not particularly limited, and a PET material is preferable in the package 100. The outer cover 1 is formed in a film shape to facilitate carrying and reduce space occupation. The shape of the exterior layer 1 is not particularly limited, and preferably, may be rectangular. In addition, the size of the outer layer 1 is not particularly limited, and the length, width and height may be preferably 160mm × 80mm × (1 mm to 15 mm).
In some examples, the layer 3 to be heated may include a tear-off sheet 31 and an interlayer 32, and the object 30 to be heated may be located between the tear-off sheet 31 and the interlayer 32. It should be noted that the terms "first" and "second" are used herein for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implying any number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defined as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly include at least one such feature.
The type of material of the aforementioned tear tab 31 and the barrier layer 32 is not particularly limited, and preferably, may be a PET material. The size of both is only slightly smaller than that of the outer package layer 1. The bonding manner between the easy-to-tear sheet 31 and the partition 32 is not particularly limited, and for example, the edges of the easy-to-tear sheet 31 and the partition may be bonded by a hot pressing process, a welding process, or the like, so as to form a closed space for accommodating the object 30 to be heated.
In some examples, the aforementioned peel tab 31 may include a pulling portion 310 and an attachment portion 311, the attachment portion 311 being bonded to an edge of the barrier layer 32; the bonding portion 311 may be an adhesive sealing film or a heat sealing film, and the traction portion 310 is forced to tear the bonding portion in a predetermined direction. The predetermined direction may be, for example, downward (directed from the barrier 32 toward the tear tab 31).
In some examples, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 shows another peel tab 31 a. Specifically, a notch 31b (or an opening) may be provided at the center of the easy-to-tear piece 31a, a seal film 31c may be provided on the notch 31b, and the seal film 31c may seal the notch 31b, so that when the object 10 to be heated is heated and needs to be used, the object to be heated, such as a non-woven wet towel piece, may be taken out from the notch 31b by simply tearing/removing the seal film 31c, which is very convenient. In addition, the type of the sealing film 31c is not particularly limited, and preferably, it may be a pressure sensitive adhesive sealing film.
In some examples, the sealing film 31c may be coated with a thermochromic material, which may display different colors according to temperature. Specifically, for example, when the object to be heated (e.g., wet tissue) in the layer 3 to be heated and the sealing film 31c are heated to a certain temperature by the heat-generating material during use, the sealing film 31c changes color due to the application of the temperature-sensitive material, and different temperatures can show different colors, thereby indicating to a person that the wet tissue has been heated to a suitable temperature (e.g., 50 degrees celsius), and the wet tissue can be used. If no temperature sensing material is used for prompting the temperature, people need to sense the temperature by means of touch and the like at intervals, which is troublesome and inaccurate, and a large amount of heat energy can be wasted.
The type of the thermochromic material is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a thermochromic ink and a thermochromic pigment, and the thermochromic pigment is also called a thermochromic powder or a thermochromic powder.
It should be noted that, based on the above-mentioned teaching of the example, in other examples, the entire layer 3 to be heated may be made of the thermochromic material, so that the temperature of the object to be heated can be more conveniently indicated.
In some examples, the self-heating layer 2 may include a heat-generating material layer 20 and a gas-permeable layer 21, and the heat-generating material layer 20 may be closely attached to the interlayer 32. In this way, heat can be quickly transferred to the object to be heated in the layer 3 to be heated. The kind of the heat generating material 23 in the heat generating material layer 20 is not particularly limited. Preferably, the material can be composed of iron powder and/or aluminum powder, activated carbon, diatomite and sodium chloride. Specifically, the activated carbon, the diatomite and the sodium chloride form a catalyst for the oxidation-reduction reaction of the iron powder, and the iron powder and oxygen in the air generate oxidation exothermic reaction under the action of the catalyst to release heat. The heating effect brought by the heating reaction is specifically realized in that the temperature of the wet tissue sheet with the temperature of 5-10 ℃ can be increased to 45-70 ℃ within 40-120 seconds and is maintained for 20-40 minutes. The heat generating material 20 may be formed into a compact or a powder.
In some examples, the material of the air-permeable layer 21 is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, a non-woven fabric, and the air-permeable layer 21 may have a plurality of air-permeable holes (not shown) or air-permeable grooves to provide gas (mainly referring to the passage of oxygen).
In some examples, see fig. 4, which is a schematic view of another embodiment relating to a disposable self-heating package 100 a.
This package 100a differs from the aforementioned package 100 in that it may further include a heat conductive layer 4, and this heat conductive layer 4 may be disposed between the self-heat-generating layer 2 and the layer to be heated 3. Taking into account the actual use situation, i.e. after the removal/tearing of the aforesaid sealing barrier. The heat from the heating layer 2 is transferred to the layer 3 to be heated on the one hand and on the other hand also causes a large amount of heat dissipation due to contact with air. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a heat conduction layer 4 to transfer as much heat generated by the heat generating material as possible to the space between the layers to be heated, thereby improving the utilization rate of the heat generating material.
It should be noted that the material and structure of the heat conduction layer 4 are not particularly limited, and may be, for example, graphene, a heat conduction adhesive, a heat conduction silicone sheet, a heat conduction insulating material, a heat conduction interface material, a heat conduction silicone adhesive tape, a heat conduction silicone grease, a heat conduction paste, a heat dissipation silicone grease, heat dissipation oil, a heat dissipation film, and the like.
The present disclosure has an advantage over the prior art in that the disposable self-heating packaging body 100 or 100a can conveniently heat the wet tissues and/or facial mask packaged therein before use. For example, when people go out to carry a small bag/small amount of wet tissues or facial masks, a heating instrument/device or the like is not required to be specially carried for heating the wet tissues or facial masks, but the heating instrument/device or the like is required to automatically heat the wet tissues/facial masks when one wet tissues/facial masks or one small bag of wet tissues/facial masks is used. At this time, the disposable self-heating package body of the present disclosure can well meet the requirements of people in these use scenes.
It should be further noted that the self-heating layer 2, the layer to be heated 3, the outer packaging layer 1, the ventilation layer 21, and other related "layers" mentioned in the description section of the "layers" are all for descriptive purposes only and do not limit the related technical features. For example, the layer to be heated does not mean that the portion to be heated is only one layer, but it should be understood that the layer to be heated is a description of an integral or an integral part, and there may still be other layers/cavities/portions etc. inside the layer to be heated, e.g. the layer to be heated may have 3 cavities, and then one object to be heated is placed in each cavity, e.g. a mask, a wet wipe etc.
Referring to fig. 5, embodiments of the present disclosure also provide a wet wipe product 200. Which may include at least one of the aforementioned disposable self-heating packages 100 and/or 100 a. Specifically, each package body can be internally provided with a wet tissue.
While there have been shown and described the fundamental principles and essential features of the invention and advantages of the disclosure, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the disclosure is not limited to the details of the foregoing exemplary embodiments, but is capable of other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics of the disclosure. The present embodiments are therefore to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the disclosure being indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description, and all changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced therein. Any reference sign in a claim should not be construed as limiting the claim concerned.
Furthermore, it should be understood that although the present description refers to embodiments, not every embodiment may contain only a single embodiment, and such description is for clarity only, and those skilled in the art should integrate the description, and the embodiments may be combined as appropriate to form other embodiments understood by those skilled in the art.
